My SUV had an interior detail. They cleaned it better than I could and it looks really good. Its probably the best detail Ive had in years. But Im still looking for that next level of detail. Something more like cleaning the stitching in the leather with a pick. When I dropped off the vehicle I noticed a door ding and wanted to have them fix that but I ended up not asking. About an hour later when I was home waiting, their partnered business called me and said they saw my vehicle had a door ding and offered a price to repair. I thought that was convenient and nice. Down one star because I had to call a couple of times to schedule an appointment.

No one (inside and outside) were wearing a mask though it is mandated by law and there are signs on the doors requiring a mask be worn indoors. Then they couldn’t find the person in charge of detailing customer’s cars. And though it says that express services don’t need an appointment, they chastised me for not having one. I ended up leaving...

I’ve been here twice now and both times were a great experience. I pick one of the more basic plans around $36 for the outside and inside. I was happy on my first visit and extra happy on my second visit. Great customer service, decent area to wait and my vehicle looks brand new! The effort is much appreciated and I want to thank you!

No one who checked us in or worked on our car was wearing a mask They were walking inside and out with out a mask. When we asked why the person at the counter said they were following all of the protocols.😩. Very mediocre cleaning job.

We have 2 annual pass car washes and have had our cars detailed here several times. Allen and his team always treat us like family and do such an amazing job on our cars. Thank you for always taking care of us. Go in get some gas and grab a platinum car wash you wont be disappointed.

Stopped in to get my truck washed today and purchased the platinum wash for $24.99. They werent very busy and it didnt take long to complete the wash. The guy came inside and said the truck was ready and when I took the first look it didnt take long to see how bad they failed to clean my truck. There was little rocks everywhere in the cab, they evidently spent very little time vacuuming. Most noticeably was the exterior, the hood was still dirty and the doors had dirt under the door handles. After tax and tip, the wash cost close to $35. All I can say is I wont be going back. I ended up going to another drive through car wash and cleaning the truck myself. Save youre money and avoid this place.

Happy Canyon Car Wash is conveniently located and does awesome work! Billy and his staff are great to work with. They also offer clear bra and window tinting. I have not used these services yet but will the next time I need a car tinted because of how convenient it is! I highly recommend Happy Canyon Car Wash.

I got the platinum wash for $24.99. The wash was just ok but there was lint from the rags everywhere. Inside and out. I had to go home and wipe everything down. I suggest micro fiber.

For the price its pretty good, but the washers are a little lazy. I unbuckled my car seats so they could move them but they still didnt vacuum my back seats. The second time I went, I put the car seats in the trunk for them and they did a good job vacuuming but they didnt wash the fingerprints off my windows. I appreciate how fast they are but I would like just a little more attention to detail.

Don’t go here if they’re busy or ever. Wash looked great but it looked like they never ran the vacuum through it. I stopped back by 2 hours later after I got home and looked through my car. The manager basically said you can see how busy we are. Terrible Customer Service. I’ll go back to Water World and pay $35 as opposed to $27 and get what I paid for along with Excellent Customer Service.

Horrible experience. Tried giving this place multiple tries as we love to support our local businesses. Very expensive and every time they do a horrible job. My last straw was dealing with the owner who clearly does not care about his customers.

After using them for about three years with acceptable results, they dented my Audi and wont pay for fixing it because I cant explain how their machine could have done it. Have pics the day before and just after.If you care for your car avoid these guys.

Used to be a quality car wash. Went in and car was damaged and wash was poor quality. Purchased most expensive wash and was highly disappointed. Seats, mats, trim was all still dirty. Widows were all streaked. Damaged my drivers mirror. The technician admitted the wash damaged the mirror and manager stated they would fix it. Came in to speak to owner and was cussed at and called a liar, over a $50 dollar part and $40 dollar car wash.

I am horrible about keeping my pickup clean. I honestly do not remember the last time I cleaned the windows...LOL!!! I had pulled all the junk out of the inside to take the dogs to be groomed and decided to run into the wash. What great service and the p/u looks as brand new as 2001 possibly can.

This was a horrible experience, they broke a driver side mirror, admitted the problem, no one with authority responded! Once I got ahold of a manager he said it wasnt their issue! Instead of paying for the $47.00 mirror, offered to give me 2 washes at $21.00 each. This place has no authority and does NOT handle issues in a professional manner. I was a loyal customer of 2 years and will now take my business elsewhere! I also will file a small claims with the courts.

I am incredibly upset with the lack of respect and service provided to me. While they did a great job of detailing my car, I find it rude and dishonest that the workers took the change that was in my console of my car as well as me having to drive another 30 minutes out of my way to go back and pick up a full crate of personal effects they forgot to put back in my car. Unacceptable especially considering I was so kind and generous to tip over 30% since I know how hard of a job that is. While I even confronted them about my missing change, I got a simple answer of they did not see any if there was. I know I had a lot of change in there and didnt realize they detailed the glovebox and console. Had I known that I would have taken everything out of my car and spared them the time to rummage through my personal effects and the possibility of them thinking its okay to steal someones money especially when theyre a nice tipper. Absolutely horrified with this dishonest and disrespectful service. It is never okay to allow theft in an industry of such.

Bent anntena, left rags on the hood, bought the platinum package and they still didnt even vacuum the floors or get all the dirt of the windows and other spots. Company is shady and doesnt cover damage down to your vehicle. Car in and out in no time, no quality time spent on cleaning vehicle.

I brought my 8 year old SUV in to get detailed because the VP of my new job was flying into DIA and I had to pick him up the following Monday at 8am and drive around for the day.I made an 8am appt on a Saturday knowing the car would have to dry for Monday. The Mgr there said he would call me in 2-3 hrs. The day went on and no call. Finally at 5pm I went back, there was a young girl there and she could not find my keys, and when they did, all the windows were closed and the seats completely wet. There were parts of the interior that looked OK, but the front pass. seat; although wet, still looked very dirty. other parts looked untouched. The girl was very upset(Perhaps a bit too upset with her people to show a customer) at her people and was yelling at them. She wanted me to come back the next day (Sunday) at 8am for a redo and told me everything from: no charge, to free car washes, to 50% off. I really just wanted my car cleaned for my boss. The seats were so wet, I left all the doors and liftgate open all night long. When the seats were still wet in the morning, I called he and told her I could not take the chance they would not dry by Monday, so I told her I would return next Saturday. I filled out a form before I left.The following Saturday(today) I went back. Only this time the Mgr, and that girl were not there, instead it was the owner Alan. I explained to Allen what happened the Saturday before and he took a look at the car. He agreed there were places that looked untouched, and that it shouldve been a better job, but that everything may not come out, because my car was 8 years old. Fair enough. I told him I did not need it until tomorrow and to take his time. The next day I came back and was surprised at how good it looked. Almost everything looked fantastic. Not just good, but fantastic. The front passenger seat looked almost new, and it was pretty bad. Despite all the promises of free to half off, Allen did charge me the negotiated rate ($160-10% Disabled vet Discount= $144, plus I left a $5 tip); but in hind sight it was fair and better than I expected, so I paid it willingly.My wife looked at it when I got home and said they got out what the place across town could not, 2 years ago. If they would have done this good a job the first time, without all the drama, I would have given 5 stars.Having been a small business owner for 21years, my advice to Allen is to get better employees and train them in both management and customer service, or be there every day yourself.I would go back again

Unbelievably bad service. Had two cars in front of me and waited for over an hour to get my car back, mostly because the people in front of me in line continually had to ask the staff to come back and clean the car throughly. The staff is incompetent and lazy, as seen by the fact the car is never clean when it comes out the first time. I will never be using this car wash again, and if I could give a lower rating than one star I would.

Unfortunately I wont be returning to this wash. I purchased the top package and my truck was returned with a lot of water/dirt spots throughout, bugs on the windshield, spotty vacuum and floor mat job, and blotchy tire shine. In addition, the employees were impersonal and didnt seem real motivated. I had to step right up in front of someone and address him before he would even look at me when I came to pick up the truck. Then when I drove away I noticed the radio antennea had been broke off. I returned to the wash to ask about it, I was told Well it was probably broken off in the wash which is not our responsibility, sorry. I called and talked to a manager a couple days later and was offered a refund on the wash but got the same story on the antennea being told he couldnt make any decisions like that. I asked to speak to someone that could and was told he would have the owner call me, a call I never received. I understand that if that is the policy about damage in the wash, fine, but a call back would have been nice and/or an attempt to make things right anyway as a standup business owner in that community.

Terrible customer service. I began calling and leaving messages on a Wed. Finally talked to someone on Saturday. They could not get me in for over two weeks to clean the interior of my small car. Going somewhere else. Hire more people already!
