My alternator went out on my truck and they had it fixed and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. The service and professionalism is outstanding! I highly recommend them!

Traveling cross country with truck and 5th wheel our check engine light came on just outside of Caper. Ken’s was able to get us in the next day and fix our issue (fuel filter needed to be replaced). Very reasonable rates and quick turnaround.

We took our vehicle there to have some warranty work performed and they did an amazing job. We had an aftermarket warranty that turned out to be difficult to work with. They went above and beyond to contact the warranty company and get as much covered as possible. They were able to do this is a fairly timely manner as well. Unfortunately a couple weeks later we had a part fail and they were quick to get the vehicle back in, assess what had happened and fix it. We highly recommend Kens Auto and will definitely be taking our vehicle back when needed.

I was referred here several years ago as it turns out it was the best referral Ive had to have my vehicles worked on they dont charge like a dealership but they do more and a better job than most dealerships I have ever had to visit dont gouge you on price and they take care of you like youre one of the family. I had to have my air conditioner repaired and they charged me half of what three other outfit said it was going to cost.

Make sure you let them know if you want a quote first. Theyll just do what they want and try to charge you even without approval. Luckily it didnt have to go to court.

Had my car towed there because it wouldnt start. The next day the mechanic called me and said it was just a wire disconnected (Im guessing from the last mechanic who worked on it). Only charged me the minimal amount for labor.

If you dont like/trust your mechanic its because youre not gong to kens auto. Both Ken and his son Kevin are men that you can trust and they proudly stand behind their work!!

They are an honest shop, it was the third shop my truck had gone to, and they were the only ones that fixed the issue without wanting to buy new parts. Good price fast work.

The absolute worst service ive ever had. Had to pay 300 just to look at something. Then loading up my car on a trailer he didnt want anyone to help me. His old dad helped thankfully and wben ken come out he was screaming at him. Very bad arritude Ken. To your elderly dad thank you sir!!

Wasn’t helpful at all. Stopped in on a road trip with a frayed belt and they shrugged and said they couldn’t get to us for a week. Didn’t even give a suggestion of where to go or what to do.
