If I could put zero stars I would. Michelle one of the recruiters was completely no help. I waited a week, after being told I would hear back that day and received no response. Within that week, I called multiple times and was told they would leave a note for her to give me a call. Nothing of course. So I decided to walk in. Upon walking in she was unprofessional. However, finally being able to start Monday and finding me an assignment. She had then let me know that I would be receiving a text from her with an address to my assignment that day. I received nothing. I then proceeded to messaging her today, receiving a response stating, “I’m sorry. What company are you scheduled for.” There is absolutely no consistency with what I have been told. She doesn’t want to help you nor does she communicate with you. ProLogistix itself is an amazing company, but they lack in hiring staff with appropriate customer service skills and any form of professionalism.Edit: After receiving their response, I would like to clarify that it was not the ProLogistix in Ontario, CA. It was the Carson branch.

Prologistix made sure they hooked me up with a good job, and good paying too, and my recruiter Michelle went above and beyond to take care of me, she was super nice, friendly, helpful amd down to earth, highly recommend Michelle and prologistix if youre in need of work!!

Theyre a great place to find work.... But dont get the benefits 📦... I almost feel like quiting just to get them removed... Dont get your money taken for no medical attention
