From the moment I sent my first Facebook message requesting a quote to less than an hour ago I have been incredibly satisfied and my faith restored in hiring someone to do some work on our house. We have tried for 8 months to find someone to stain our back deck and repair our front deck/paint it, trim hedges etc and it seemed like every single time I’d find someone they either wouldn’t show up or not even return a phone call but with Pro Finish it was completely opposite! I messaged them and within 30 minutes they responded to me and then came out less than an hour later and gave me a free quote. I showed them everything I needed accomplished which included replacing floodlights on the side of the House that was impossible for us to reach, pressure washing, staining a huge deck, repairing and painting our front porch and trimming down massive holly bushes. Not only did they respond promptly, they showed up exactly when they told me they would start the work and were 100% professional through the entire process. They even finished faster than I had expected. I wasn’t asked to pay anything upfront and when I asked to at least pay them something after their first full day at my house they insisted I wait until they were finished with everything. They cleaned up after themselves and honestly I couldn’t be more happy! Do not even hesitate to contact Anthony. I will use them for every single project I need completed if they are able to do it. We are blessed to have a company here in our town as professional and honest as this one!

They trimmed my shrubs, sprayed some heavy duty weed and grass killer and laid mulch. They also cleaned my gutters. I’m really pleased with their work. I highly recommend these guys, great work.

Pro Finish left my yard in a disgrace with the wheels from their truck leaving deep tracks in the soil and they damaged my driveway with their heavy equipment. It looks like huge deep cat scratches going up and down my driveway. My calls to resolve have gone unanswered and Ive since had to hire another company to fix the poor work that was done. Ive literally paid the equivalentof two jobs to get one job completed properly. Im so disappointed. I know some consumers are unreasonable with their complaints but I can assure you this is not the case. This complaint is legitimate and if only I knew how to post pictures of the way my property was left, I would. I live out of state and wasnt there to manage the work that was being done. I trusted the company to do the work I was paying for. They never once gave me a heads up about the damage. Anthony just took the money and discreetly went on as if no damages were left behind.I went through Home Advisor so I trusted the work and the company. I was sent pictures by the owner that were cleverly taken to manipulate the look of the work that was actually completed and I took the time to go online and leave a great review, completely unaware of the actual condition of my home. If you hire Pro Finish after reading this review I just implore you to be present as the work is being done or you too may be leaving public complaints on the internet. I wish this werent the case. Believe me I dont take pleasure in complaining about small businesses, I take would much prefer to be boasting about great work instead so they canprosper and grow, but unfortunately in this instance I simply could not. I have to let my neighbors and those in the area know... let the buyer beware with this one.Do better by your customers Pro Finish!Un-Pro Finish!!
