Maybe If I leave a review they will come fix the damages and stop tearing up our front yard. It took me a month of calling before I got an answer which is basically that I need to continue to fix the issue on my own since they are contracted through our community. Ill let the pictures speak for them selves.

Superscapes is the the Lawn care of my subdivison, twice they cut my sprinkler line and when I called to look and fix they refused. the lady was very arrogant and refused to take any responsibility. do not hire them as they grew a lot and they dont care about customers, they only care about big contracts they have from subdivision like the one they have with mine, which pay them more than 600K per year.

I never knew how many services a landscaping company could not only offer but master and with ease. We were given Superscapes info as a referral on our neighborhoods website and have renovated the entire exterior landscaping/lighting, outdoor living area w/ kitchen, fireplace, covered terrace, etc., morphing our boring backyard into an exotic oasis! The process was fun, they demonstrate superior artisan-ship in everything they do and the work was done expeditiously and priced very reasonably. We highly recommended Superscapes to anyone in north Texas who wish to transform their home into a sanctuary!

Superscapes did a great iob during the sales process understanding our needs and create a plan that works well for our budget. Our main contact Jeremy was great to work with, very courteous, responsive throughout the process. The initial installment of plants, and grass went well, and they completed the work with-in few days.The nightmare started after that starting with the irrigation systems. The system was not working well and some of the areas were getting flooded and others not getting water at all. Water was flooding in our neighbors causing them grief. We stayed patient and continue to work with the company because they assured us that they will get everything fixed. It took 6 weeks to get the irrigation fixed with so much water wasted. After that when time came to fix the damages, and complete the work, for 2 weeks they went dark with no response to my messages and then finally a response that they will not be taking care of the warranty. I have 2 dead trees, several small plants that are dead, and some areas of grass that need replacement, and two hanging pots that were never installed.First week, after the job I was so happy with the work that I was looking to write a review with 5 stars, and 2 months later it is disappointing to be writing this review.

We can not rave enough about how pleased we are with our landscaping completed by SuperScapes. The landscaping turned out just as we wanted. Dustin Sewell and his team were amazing! We were not sure what we wanted and Dustin guided and recommended wonderfully. The renderings helped us visualize what our yard would look like and it all lived up to them! What blew me away on top of the amazing landscaping is how clean and thoughtful their crew was. Every day prior to leaving they cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. There was no trash, dirt or tools left anywhere. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. I have never worked with a company that has such a great process from start to finish. We just hired them again to update our front yard and are having another great experience. Highly recommend! We love SuperScapes!
