Choate Irrigation is the best sprinkler system company hands down. We have been in our home over 7 years, and have used them the entire time. If you want superior customer service, and the work done right the first time, you definitely must go with Choate Irrigation. Thank you once again!

Absolutely the worst mannered supervisor of customer service. If there was a way to give them a zero star, I would have done so. They were contracted by our builder to install the sprinkler system. We have 11 zones and zone one is for the front yard. Instead of putting half the heads on one zone and the other have on zone two, they put 75% of them on zone one (about 20+ heads) and 25% of them on zone two (about five heads). My zone one hardly has any pressure and half the yard is dead due to lack of water. When I called to ask why it was done that way, all I heard from the supervisor is that it was out of warranty. I repeated to her that I was not calling for warranty service but rather to see if someone can come by and check to see what can be done. To do so, they want to charge me $135 plus any and all other charges for parts and labor. Worst company ever. No wonder my builder fired them and contracted another irrigation company for their homes.

In a new construction home for about 9 months, noticed a couple sprinkler line leaks and a rotary head too high. Called Choate, the vendor who installed the sprinkler system, to schedule repairs. They were able to have a crew came out the next day. They made all repairs quickly and tested the entire system. They were very friendly and did a great job.

We had a pool put in the back and Our Country Homes had Choate USA give them a price quote for our backyard for it to be completed after the pools completion. Our Country Homes then gave us a credit for that amount. They let us know that they would be giving us the discounted quote for our builder but that they would honor this quote when they came back to finish the job after closing when the pool was done. (The quote ended up being $3,000 to $4,000 less than four landscape companies weve contacted) When our pool was complete and we contacted Choate to complete the project, they informed us that they were too busy to finish our job. Not only is this completely a lack of integrity and an exact example of bad business, but the job that Choate USA completed on the front of our yard was sloppy to say the least. We have pictures of trash and empty water bottles that were left under the sod. One random hole was deliberately filled with water bottle trash and then covered with a rock before sod was placed on top. Some patches of the sod were 80% weeds that we literally had to cut out. The grass looked as though it had never been rolled. Random people who came by our house actually asked us if they were going to roll our grass. We paid extra for a Magnolia tree in which the roots were not even buried. The front yard was zoned with 8 zones, leaving only 5 zones for a backyard on a half acre lot which is five times bigger than the front yard. When we attempted to contact the company to come back out just for the front yard repairs, we were given the run around, not called back, and finally told it would be 3 to 4 weeks. We are NOT the type of people who leave bad reviews or complaints ever but I honestly do not know if I have ever dealt with a company and been treated so poorly. We would never want someone to have an experience like weve had!

Absolutely ridiculous people. I called them about a broken head on my new house in Princeton, TX part of The Trails at Riverstone community. Two technicians came out and told me ATT had cut a head off with their trenching tool and to claim through ATT. I did exactly what they said. Then they told me that being I had called ATT my warranty was no longer valid. The two customer service reps I talked to were not very nice about it either, just reporting they were not going to fix my problem without a 130.00 fee up front to come out and begin looking at the issue anymore.They have no ownership of their work. Buyer beware. Do not deal with these people. Bypass them. Hire someone else. You’re better off!

Customer service is bad. Lisa RosalesCall Center Manager just called me a liar. A person in their office told me one thing and then Lisa says oh no they didnt tell you that because we are not authorized to say that. No one in their office knows what is going on. The Manager was suppose to call me Friday to authorize work for my system. He never called, then went on vacation for a week. Nice way to treat your customers.They didnt install my system to City Code and now Im trying to deal with them on that.I wasted a day waiting for Choate to come out and work on my system. They cancelled all appointments for the day yesterday due to a light sprinkle in the morning. I finally called them around 4pm and they said they called all the customers and left a message. I said uh no you didnt I did not have any missed calls from Choate.Mark P. Choate you should be ashamed of your business!!

This Company have the worst customer service, work quality, and will not stand behind the rushed shabby work the do.I would not wish this company on my worst enemy. Watch out for the (illegal) workers work ethics...BE YOU WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY
