Excellent communication and response to questions and concerns. Always let you know when they are coming and follow up with whatever treatment was done.They let me know when they see an issue and recommend course of action. Whenever I’ve contacted them I have gotten quick response.I recommend this company. Excellent people and they make your yard look great.

Customer service is Excellent; quick, responsive, caring. Been using them for nearly 10 years.If weeds sprout up between applications, a quick call gets tech back out for additional FREE treatment! Cant beat their service at twice the price!!! Highly recommend them.

We’ve been using this service for 6months and so far so good. They are very professional and whenever I call for a touch up bc the first application has been altered by the rain so they always take the time to come back with no complaints. Luis is very helpful and professional.

These people charge whatever they feel like on your card. I have had to call more than once to have charges correctly. They dont let you know they are coming or leave flags and the bogus charges just show up on your card. It took them multiple times to get weeds under control, they just spray the middle of the yard and forget the edges. They supposedly did aeration and fertilizer and weed control and I have the worst looking yard on the street. Save your money and go to a reputable company.

I was their customer for about four years. I was getting a variety of services from them. For some reason my years never got the weed control that it should have had after so many years. When I bought a second property I decided to use them and this time it was a rude awakening. Through my home camera I saw their technician do the work, He was out in about six minutes and never covered part of the yard. When I called the number of Carrollton office the office manager she insisted that ll work was done and that the technician was there for nine minutes. Only problem is that he was sitting in his truck for a while and when I told her that the yard was not fully covered she refused to believe me. I asked to speak to the owner she said that she is the only one I can communicate with I believe her name was Shana. I immediately cancel day services since it seemed that I was paying for poor service all these years and I finally caught them performing poor service. Later owner called and offered to do a free service but I had lost their trust. I am happy to say that I woulda locally owned company and they actually do the work that was promised.

HORRIBLE company! Do NOT go with them. They will NOT communicate back to make things right! Take it from us - Dr Green Lawn care does not keep their word. We had prepaid service agreed upon for an allotment of time. Sounded like a good deal in the beginning.... During that time and after - my husband and I called several times stating that nothing was working (their treatments did NOTHING). Then, we sent them pictures. They would act like they would send another specialist out or would do something to compensate but nothing ever happened. our front yard basically totally died went down to dirt and got weeds even more everywhere - so we had to hire elsewhere to get it totally replaced (new grass and all). Then, we get another bill out of the blue saying that they had another treatment done after all that and after all our attempts to communicate on their poor service during the treatment time we had already paid for. This bill was supposedly for another treatment they did (WITHOUT our permission) once random day. We immediately called and they claim that we didnt state specifically to stop further treatments or plans... SO UNETHICAL!!! This was a couple of years ago - they keep sending that bill even after we said we didnt ask for another treatment and that our service with them had been long over and we had to get a new yard (basically). They kept sending bills, emails - we kept calling to talk/ and get it figured out. I called in October of this year to talk to management or owner. The customer service lady said someone will call me back, then in November we get a creditor letter saying that due to our lack of response they sent it to a creditor. It is very very wrong! Weve NEVER had this poor of experience with an company like this. I called just today - and got a totally different person who had excuses as to why we couldnt talk to manager or owner.... DO NOT EVER go with them - STRONG WARNING!!!! Pictures below.

That how my grass look before Dr. Green, I try many products but no much success. Now definitely I see improvement in grass condition. It still some weeds but it only middle of season and it need time. I sign up this late summer, I will upload more picture next year in Spring then Blue Violet get to bloom, when we can compare result.One year past and I still have a weeds in my yard, keeping calling to Customer service and they truly great people. But I dont see the results that I hope to see after almost end of second year.

Im not fully satisfied with the greening of my lawn compared to some of my neighbor yards who dont use Dr. Green, but have a greener lawn than I eventhough my lawn gets the fertilizer and weed control. Other than that, Dr. Green is a competitive lawn care company.

Been using them for 5+ years now...Pros: Overall, the healthiness of our backyard grass has gotten much better. The front yard has seen less crabgrass over the years (it still comes back though). Shrubs appear to be a bit healthier than when we started service. When I call to complain if something hasn’t been done right, the owner has always been helpful in trying to find a resolution.Cons: Front yard grass continues to thin out and has found some fungus now (not necessarily their fault, not sure). Always have to double-check throughout the year that they actually come out enough times as agreed on for service. I pay for an annual service up front and continue dealing with payment requests throughout the year...not a massive issue, but annoying for sure.Overall...it’s a slightly above average service that I always consider changing each year but don’t want to because it’s convenient and the owner is always accommodating when I let him know there’s an issue. That’s worth it considering all companies have their challenges.

Ive been a customer for several years at two different properties. My lawn is weed free and fire ants are almost nonexistent. Always professional technicians and on time.

Had more weeds than I knew what to do with...within 10 days 90% were gone. Within 2 mos, 98% were gone! Yard looks great!

Do not use! You will regret it, I promise. Signed up solely because I thought the seeding and aeration portion was a good deal. It turned out to be a nightmare. The guy showed up the day of with no gas for aerator, so I had to fill it up with my gas. Then, it seemed like hed never run an aerator before. Tore up the yard and the seeding was spotty at best. Had them come back to reseed. I wish I had taken pictures at the time, but I did not. Once my yearly commitment was up I called multiple times to try to cancel and they would always push back. Eventually, I got confirmation of cancellation and they still showed up and charged me. I am still fighting with them over this and they have sent me to collections. All their service vehicles look terrible. The quality of work and service matches. Bookkeeping is suspect and customer service is too. If they say they showed up and spayed, you will be charged. When they show up and spend 5 minutes on your yard, you will be charged. You will regret using these people. I have since signed up with another company that is head and shoulders better.

My lawn looks great, they keep me informed if they find issues and also solutions!

These guys are easy to work with. Very easy to reach if you want to schedule or reschedule the appointment. Will come out and spray the lawn without disturbing you or getting in your way.

Weed and feed contract so far been out 2 or 3 times lots of rain in DFW neighbors have very green lush lawns no weeds, mine many weeds not very green either.3stars to see if another round or 2 fixes and Ill update this or if they feel to come fix it.

I had services in 2019 and a majority of 2020. In 2019 Dr. Green preformed lawn care and the results are great. I noticed a much healthier lawn with little to no weeds. At the end of 2019 I agreed to sign up for their pest and mosquito control.Promised many things with regards to pest control; plugging weep holes, inspection of interior on each treatment as necessary, and cleaning up of any insect nests.2020 was a completely different year, the first pest treatment was below average with a tech who said he had quit but was called back for the week. Lawn treatment was also declining with constant weeds coming up. They would also treat the front yard and leave without even opening the back gate as they used to.Called many times for retreats and asking for more of a notification on what service was being performed. That didn’t happen and retreats didn’t pan out to much.When I asked to cancel remaining services I was advised of a cancellation charge for a service I didn’t know they performed, let alone agreed to. Called back a few times to dispute and asking for a manager to call back with no response from DR. Green.Based on my experience this year, I will not be going any future business and would not recommend.

The weed and feed services have been very good for my yard. My lawn looked great this past summer and even into the fall.

The communication is a little lacking and when I called in to address an issue the customer service rep acted like I didnt know what I was talking about and wanted to argue with me. Never argue with the customer.

My consultant, Luis was very understanding and accommodating, he worked with me on pricing, options, and even some education about lawn care. I was going to cancel next years contract, but after speaking with him he helped me realize I “should” stick with them..... So, I’ll give it one more year and see what happens.

This is by far one of the most fraudulent companies. My yard looked even worse, my grass turned yellow. I called them to cancel the service and they still sent someone over to my property. Do not use these guys as this is not an ethical company and I hope I never see their letters or coupons in my mail box again

Dr. Green is horrible. Their people are done with my front yard within the few seconds it takes for my camera to come on or they skip it. Less than a couple minutes on backyard that is and has been full of weeds. I find this picture of the advertising funny but not funny. The grass near it us just like the rest of my yard.

We have been using Mr. Green for almost four years. Our front and backyards had weeds that looked like trees. They grew over the winter and magically appeared at the beginning of the Spring. We have been using Mr. Green ever since. Our yard is beautiful now!!!

Dont ever do the pre pay, once they got the money, then u need to be really lucky to get the good service, other wise most of the time the service man get into ur lawn just to keep their tag,( not every one), and got the worst customer care service, u will see two different faces when u call them to buy a new service/ call them with a complaints.

I have had an excellent experience since I started using Dr. Green services. They send reminders before the come, do as promised and my lawn always looks good. I believe its worth the price to have your lawn fed without having to purchase the product yourself and then having to apply it.

I have lawn service with DR. Green for more than a year now .. but now they are doing a terrible job with weed service .. I called them twice saying my lawn ya full of weeds .. one time they came and serviced and weed got better now I still see a lot of weeds .. every time I call they say the next service the next service is due, we will go head and do the next service .. they try their best not to redo the Service .. at this point I am tired of calling them .. since I had complained, at least they should come and see the service worked .. no one came to double check .. I still see a lot if weeds .. if anyone request I have pics .. I even recommend other people to this service but now I regret ... please before you sign up make sure you see the work they do ... they were good at first .. but now the quality went down I have weeds all over my lawns .. After over a decade with another big brand lawn care service that was always raising our rate and with whom the service was becoming more and more impersonal, we made the switch for 2019 to Dr. Green. I had lengthy conversation with the leadership of the company from the very beginning. They listened closely to my concern - my lawn had suffered from a disease in 2018, and sent someone out to evaluate and assess my situation. They offered a price significantly lower than what I had been paying, and they have paid personal attention to my lawn throughout the year as we are helping it to heal. They are always responsive to my comments, questions, and concerns, and they have helped educate me about lawn care and about how and why the treatments they are doing are being effective. Very glad to have made the change.

We have been using this company for awhile and have not gotten the results we had hoped for, but this last time really was the worst. The tech-Juan chemically burned our grass to the point that it is brown. My husband called immediately when it started turn yellow and the operations person only emailed him back with a lame explanation. Now my front is in bad shape and my back yard is destroyed. I called yesterday to talk to someone and never got a call back and this morning no one answered my call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ill make this simple, DO NOT GET THIS COMPANIES SERVICE. If I could give zero stars I would. I was a new customer, that wanted a full year service with Aeration. The customer service up front are very friendly and helpful, however they are misleading. If you have animals or work during the day, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I was told they could work within a specific day for service... that is NOT TRUE. They can only guarantee a M-F service and you wont know what day until they leave you an automated call the day before. Personally, I cannot work like that. I cant leave my dog inside all day and wait around all week for them to possibly call or come, I have to plan my weeks with work.Additionally, I was called to receive service for Thursday. I did not receive service Thursday. I was told I would receive service Friday, it is 5:04 P.M. and I never received service. I called at 3 P.M. and spoke with office manager to find out where my technician was. She never called me back. I spoke with the owner and cancelled my service, he told me that was the right decision because he could not guarantee service days. Wasted several hours of my time with this place, never again.

I recommend STAY AWAY. We contracted with Dr Green and were promised a free grub control and free aeration. We never received the services promised and when we objected our account was turned over to collections. These are very bad people to do business with. STAY AWAY!!!!! you have been warned.

They always call the day before they come and due my lawn. Very professional service tech. Always willing to answer my questions. I am happy with the quality of service.

Consumer beware. I paid in advance for a specific number of treatments and at the end of the term, I told them not to come back, but they came and did an unauthorized treatment anyway. When I complained about it and explained that I wasn’t happy with their results, they asked to have a manager come out and look at it. All he did was give me more excuses about how it was my fault that the bad results existed. I have heard all the excuses throughout my time with Dr. Green of how it wasn’t their fault: (I didn’t water enough, I’m watering too much, I’m watering at the wrong times, weather, etc., etc, etc.) They even blamed the city for replacing the sidewalk. Unbelievable.They killed my newly sodded St. Augustine during their visits and I had more weeds this past spring than I have seen in years. So apparently whatever they were spraying, was damaging to the grass, but not the weeds. I suspect they just don’t do what you pay them for. Obviously their pre-emergent application they do in the fall doesn’t work.Then afterwards they had the audacity to charge me for the unauthorized visit and to this day continue to send me annoying emails and bills with added interest. Even though I’ve explained to them that I don’t owe for this and have tried numerous times to get this resolved through their management. It’s my opinion that they should have to in fact reimburse me for the services they did that didn’t net any results. But they don’t listen when you call them out for their poor results.Since I’ve ditched them and started treating my lawn myself, I now have a much better looking lawn. But I still am not having luck bringing back my St. Augustine thanks to Dr. Green.Just beware. They don’t do what they promise and resort to very shady business practices when confronted about it.

From initial contact thru each treatment visit, Dr. Green has been professional, prompt, and thorough. My yard is now looking better than it has in many years at a cost far less than my old service. Dr. Green treats on a schedule that makes sense without coming so often that the only thing thats no longer green is your wallet! Advance notice of visits are nice and they always show up when they say. Great company!

I had used their services for last year for six months in 2019 and never renewed for 2020 with them though got multiple sales calls for renewal which eventually I declined. However, their system keeps billing invoices for services performed. Luckily, while technician was placing invoice i told him i have not and never renewed my services.However, i still get collection calls, please be aware i would never recommend them to anyone.

I had been with the company for many years since they started business in Dallas area. My grass had much less weeds now. They will come back to redo if you have concerns. Besides they have kept my price almost steady and reasonable. I don’t have complaints!

This is our second year with Dr.Green and so far we are satisfied with the service and the responsiveness. Anytime I have asked them to come back for a treatment they have done so after inquiring about my concerns and any specific areas that may need treatment.We would like them to be out the day they say they will. That is one area that needs improvement.

Great service and easy to get hold of the customer representative. My front and back lawn look nice, weeds are under control, and if I do see weeds spreading, I normally call them and make follow up service, and they will send their crew for another treatment normally within just few days without any extra fees.

Dr Green was responsive when I had issues with my lawn. They came out and listened and were very responsive and corrected the problems . I’ve renewed with them for 2021 for this reason.

Do not use. They use blackmail tactics to get you to stay with them. They recently came to my house to control bugs in the yard. When they came, they actually sprayed my porch for bugs, and not the yard. When I complained, they offered to give me credit for the service, but only if I stay with their service, otherwise they would charge me, even though they did not do what they were supposed to do. In addition, my yard service has been horrible, and getting worse every year. I dealt with fungus and weeds in the yard all year. Just bad overall stay clear of this company, blackmail tactics are not the way to handle poor service.

I had them for over one whole year. Would not recommend them to anyone. My yard looked almost same as my neighbors who did not have any treatment. I still had big grass weeds which I asked them to address. But despite their treatment, there was not much of a change. I got products from Home Depot and Lowes and took care of the weeds myself. Also they damaged my yard with their free aeration treatment and punched holes on the sprinkler covers in the yard which are clearly visible on the ground. They would not great the shrubbery and front flower bed, so I had to take care of that myself. Save your money and find some other service. My wife cant stand their yard sign due to the pathetic service that we have got for the whole year.
