Absolutely pathetic service. I have used Lawn Connections for almost four years and quite frankly I’m a fool for continuing to extend second chances.Horrible customer service! I can count on two hands the amount of times they have no showed, with no excuses no attempt to contact me for a makeup, nothing.Orlando, the manager, sincerely needs some serious work in customer service. When I explained to him that my lawn had not been mowed in over two weeks, he stated we cannot control the weather and hung up on me. I live on the top of a hill and was able to have another local individual mow my lawn just fine. As have all of my neighbors. I shouldn’t have to run over and ask my neighbor’s lawn service to mow my yard because Lawn Connections is too lazy to complete it. Furthermore, if a company is unable to come due to rain, I would presume you would contact the customer, explain the situation, and schedule a make up on one of the many sunny days that have since occurred. Particularly since this courtesy has been requested in writing more than once.Save your time and money, this company isn’t worth it. There are plenty of local individuals that do a better job anyways.

Theyre so great! Our lawn looks great and I love that theyre a one-stop shop. Michelle in the office is super quick and responsive and a delight to work with. The team did a great job with the mow and were right on time. Im looking forward to working with them on future landscape needs.

Very disappointing. Put down a deposit to put lights on our home. They came out almost two weeks before Thanksgiving to measure and give estimate. They no showed on us two times, promised to get them put up before Thanksgiving and I received a email today that they need to change our estimate because lights they ordered are not enough to cover our roofline. So unprofessional and extremely disappointed. Do not use this company.

The best people.very hard workers very clean and neat. Definitely I recommend.

Lawn connection took our front from a clean slate to a beauty flowing landscape. Our house is now complete.
