Came home to no air, randomly called this place, and within 30 minutes, a tech was out diagnosing the issue. He fixed everything within an hour or so for a very reasonable price. I Highly recommend!! Great customer service and very fair.

We woke up this morning to our AC leaking water into our downstairs room. We dont use that room so not sure how long it has been going on. I called and within an hour Shannon was out. He took care of everything quickly. Was very honest and upfront about everything.

My mother in law’s hot water heater completely quit working. There was no water flowing through it at all. She is 90, suffering with dementia, and this was an emergency to us in order to properly care for her. I called Addison Smith who quoted me a very fair price to replace the hot water heater. This was around noon and they had a technician at her house later that evening. Cody was very courteous, professional and did and excellent job! We appreciated his willingness to work late, being diligent and taking care of our needs. I am SO THANKFUL we called Addison Smith for a second opinion. Our technician Shannon, quite literally saved us from another company blatantly LYING about what was wrong. A different company tried to charge us $5000 for a whole new system, saying ours was beyond repair, and that the lines were leaking refrigerant. We called Addison Smith and someone was out within 30 minutes after we contacted them. Shannon did a simple repair costing us less than $200, and there was no leak. Thank God for honest people.

Our furnace went out unexpectedly on the coldest night of the year recently. I tried a few things until I threw in the towell. Called you guys late at night to set up a visit. David Templeman came out EARLY yesterday 7/14 afternoon to disgnose the issue with my upstairs heat pump. It was 100° in my bonus room and almost as hot outside. He worked quickly and solved the problem and got the unit up in about 30 minutes! He gave me helpful information and I believe I saved what could have been replacing a unit with a lesser company. Addison Smith recently did a total overhaul on my heating and air system, replacing the AC unit, furnace, and even all the duct work. David, from Addison Smith, came out to look at our HVAC system after the heat stopped working last week. Of course it was working when he came out Friday afternoon, but stopped working again that night, and he came out late that night to find the problem while it was occurring. Turns out the blower motor was overheating. Instead of trying to sell us a new system, as Ive heard plenty of other HVAC companies do, he searched until he found the hard to find replacement part and came back out to replace it for a very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending Addison Smith (particularly David) to anyone looking for an honest HVAC service company!

They have been working on a water main break at loves in waco for the third day now . Every time i pull up their they are all just standing around talking and playing on their phones . It has two resturants and the showers shut down for the truck drivers . Not to mention the money they are going to charge loves whenever the finallydecide to fix it . I work in the utility buisness and when the power goes out you get every customer back on as soon as possible and their is no time to play on your phone or stand around talking about it . I am definantly not impressed with the lack of urgency to get their customer back to making money .

Called this past Sunday with a furnace not working at my mothers house. They sent out a guy within a very short time he (Chad) identified the problem, gave me an estimate for the repairs and we agreed on a convienient time this week to have the work done. (On my lunch break)Lee showed up, replaced the bad part with a new one and verified everything was working properly before we settled up and both left.Everyone I delt with from beginning call to the hand shake at the end was very polite, punctual, and professional.I can’t begin st say how happy I am with the service I received for everyone at Addison Smith... and it on a SUNDAY at that!!Defiantly will be recommending them to every one I hear is in need.

I can not say enough good things about Addison Smith! I recently had a new system installed at our house. Lee, John, David and Curtis worked long hard hours to convert two units from the mid 80’s into one big unit! Throughout the whole process they were kind and respectful and very helpful! They all made sure to do a through job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed and working properly. I also got a Trane Nexia thermostat and Lee made sure I knew how to use the thermostat and WiFi settings! I would recommend Addison Smith 100% to anyone! If you want the best go with Addison Smith!

My 13 year Ducane nightmare was on its last breath. I called Lee and lorelei at Addison Smith. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When install time came they were on time and had everything running with my new Trane in one day (what a great piece of equipment). The system has worked wonderfully. Customer service has been spot on. Any questions I have had after the install have been answered and access to Addison Smith personnel is very professional. Theres no doubt Addison Smith is THE best bang for your buck. Thanks again for making this easy!

These guys are horrible. They did service at my home a few years back and Im still horrified by the experience. I left a review with details as to what happened. It has mysteriously disappeared. They will charge you triple the cost to fix your problem and then damage your system to make more money in the near future (i.e. 3 days later). Stay far away from these people.
