Medley is a family oriented company that has never failed to handle any work I have needed done in a timely and efficient manner. They have never once been anything but polite and professional, never trying to push unneeded work while doing their routine maintenance each year. Latest work originated from me inquiring about warm areas in parts of the home. Shaun gave me three options and I chose 1 that included installing an Air Scrubber to clean our air that I have wanted to do for awhile along with return duct work. Before they came out I decided not to do portion of the work, but no bother, they adjusted and came out and did the work in a timely manner and left everything in tip top shape when they left. Could not ask for a better group. Theyre even fantastic when you call the office with any questions, always polite. Keep up the great work guys.

These guys were absolutely GREAT. I called at noon on Friday of Labor Day Weekend, and not only did they come out but they gave me repair options as well as a system analysis. I chose to have a new system and, though the parts would not be available until that Tuesday, they saved the day and brought out window units that helped us get through the holiday weekend quite comfortably. Responsive and professional. I hired Medley AC to do a tune up on my AC unit. They replaced the fan motor. And then after they left, the fan motor stopped working. I didnt know til the end of the day when I came home. I reached out to let them know and was put in touch with the owner, Taylor, I believe. He walked me through a simple process that got the unit starting again, but then an hour later it stopped. I contacted him again and he sent a tech to come out the next morning and take care of it. Turns out the fan they replaced my unit with was bad and they replaced it. They couldnt have been nicer about it. No muss, no fuss. Highly recommend!

Texas & his team were very nice, efficient, and cost effective. We had to replace our whole system very quickly, and the team was easy to work with and installed a new unit within 4 days of us needing them. They even offered to temporarily fix our unit while we waited for the full install. None of the other companies we talked to offered that solution and it made life so much cooler while we waited! We both work from home and the Medley team was really quiet during the install and it was not disruptive at all. We trust this team and will be using them for maintenance going forward as well.

AC went out late on Wednesday night. I have a one week old newborn so needed to get it checked out quickly. I called Medley the next morning before 7:30am and walked them through what happened and why it was so urgent to get it repaired. They were able to get someone out by 8:15am that morning to take a look and diagnose the problem. I needed a new compressor which they offered me three different deals at three different price points. By that afternoon the repair was complete and the house was cooling down quickly. Medley was awesome, professional, friendly and timely. They really made me feel like they cared for me and my family.I would highly recommend calling Medley for any HVAC issues or even just maintenance. I for sure will be using them again.

Great service. Was very quick and responsive. We had our A/C go out and last night and I called them first thing in the morning and they showed up in an hour. After being ripped off by another company, it was such a pleasure working with Medley. They really made the whole process stress free. We had our new air conditioner installed on a Tuesday, and on that following Friday night it wasnt working. I called Medley at 9 pm on that Friday night and someone answered the phone. I was assuming that I would just leave a voicemail. I was so impressed with the fact that Texas, the owner, answered. He said he would make us a priority and he was at our house on Saturday morning at 8 am, as promised. Texas told us that the compressor was a lemon and that he would make sure that we get a brand new one. We got that brand new compressor installed that same day. Talk about great customer service!!! Then we had another problem with the air conditioning a couple of weeks later. It just stopped coming on. I called Medley again and Texas came out and figured out what the problem was in a short amount of time. I never knew that air conditioning units have a safety switch. One of our pipes was clogged and the safety switch automatically turned off the air conditioner so we wouldnt have any flooding in the house. Texas gave me the name of a very good plumber that he uses, and the next day he came out and fixed the problem. The plumber, Tyler, made us a priority too. I would highly recommend Medley. They wont try to scare you into buying something you cant afford. Their prices are reasonable. We are extremely happy customers!!

The staff are very personable and always willing to take the time to show you exactly whats going on and answer any questions I had. When asking about a weird circulation issue, he brought me up to the attic with him and pointed out exactly how the system worked, which is great for me to know for future considerations. Prices seemed reasonable, and in Texas a well-maintained AC unit is a necessity. They always give me all the options, and arent ever pushy if Im not able to sign up for the work needed (at least, not at the moment).Overall, highly recommended.

The Medley Brothers have done a fabulous job. I had my AC coil replaced 3 weeks ago by a different company. Two days after replacing the coil, I woke up with a leak in my living room and part of the ceiling came off. I immediately turned off the AC and tried to get the initial AC company to come out and fix the issue and damage. The other company did not come out because they knew the damage was pretty big from the pictures I sent them. Soon after that I was referred to Medley from my neighbor. Medley came out and tested my whole system and showed me the leak on my outside AC line. The previous company changed my coil without even testing. This is difference between pros and amateurs. Medley did the job right in one day and everything is working properly. I trust Medley to do the job right the first time. I have also used them to fix another ac issue at my rental property. Needless to say, the tenant is quite happy with how the AC is working during this hot summer.

In addition to the heat, this summer we were living in quarantined times: we were working from home and our kids began school at home through virtual classrooms. So our house began feeling like an inescapable oven. My first call to Medley Heating & Air Conditioning was late on a Sunday afternoon. The owner, Texas, answered the phone and came to the house that very day to get an idea of what was going on. He not only told me what was wrong with our AC system, Texas took the time to show me what the issues were. During this initial consult, Texas was able to give me a few options for the work that was ahead. He was very honest about what I could expect going forward. He also encouraged me to contact other providers. I didn’t but I mention this to show that Medley never pressured a decision. Medley not only responded quickly during the period leading up to the work, giving the estimate and getting a detailed picture of what was wrong with our AC, Medley’s response was amazingly fast in getting the parts and work done, as well.In fact, the members of Medley were very much like family members or friends as they estimated and completed the work on our AC. They showed concern for our budget. They were conscientious of our house and treated us with the utmost of respect as we had to continue with work and school as they were working inside and outside the house.Medley ended up installing several pieces of new equipment in order to get our house cool again. Every item was explained to me and options were given. During the job, a few unexpected things happened: the drywall in the utility closet and some of the old fittings for the A/C were no longer usable. The Medley workers went so far above and beyond: they repaired the drywall, which was damaged before they started work, and improved the connections for our system without any additional charges.It was clear that the Medley team genuinely cares for their customers and cares about doing the absolute best job possible. Seriously love this company. We used them at our old home and I had quotes from 4 companies...all others said we needed an entire new a/c system but Texas came out and said nope...just a quick fan replacement. $200ish compared to thousands...Take house number 2 now-he caught bad electrical work from an electrician we hired. An HVAC guy knew more about the problem than our own electrician. Super knowledgeable and extremely honest so I’m not second guessing anything they say. We won’t call anyone else now, I highly recommend Medley!

Taylor was very knowledgeable about the small details in making our unit work properly and offered a reasonable plan for monitoring the system as it approaches the end of its warranty. He will be back in the next year (or two) to change the evaporator coil and do an annual service check.
