I wouldnt do business here with Jill. Had a horrible experience here with her. She dont want to do anything in person just over email or phone and than uploaded a policy that I didnt even sign and get paper work and a bill in the mail about it. She didnt even tell us that she even did it. So not cool and illegal in my opinion

I reached out to Melea @ Rupp Insurance today for an updated Declaration Page for a mutual customer and was taken care of quickly and professionally. I could not ask for more.

My opinion is that Jill is horrible here. She wants to do everything over email and phone instead of in person. This leads to a lot of miscommunication. We took our business elsewhere. In the end she uploaded Auto insurance when we had not signed the application. Is that even legal? To make matters worse, she didnt tell us she had done this. One day we get a bill for auto policy that we didnt sign up for.

Unprofessional do not use.
