Excellent customer service and communications. Very responsive to questions. Perhaps not the least expensive insurance but certainly the best coverage and service. Sometimes, one gets what one pays for. My last insurance company, a famous national name, denied coverage on 2/3 of the roof from hail damage and had remote options for minor fender bender repair forcing me to travel a good distance. Penwell and Erie did not do that. Highly recommend them and have for our children and friends.

This was truly a great experience. Heather answered all the questions we had and was very upfront about any concerns with shifting our coverage over. Her communication was top notch and the office staff was excellent as well. The rates were lower for better coverage on our home and auto insurance as well! I wish we would have moved sooner.
