Just dont choose this State Farm. I really like State Farm insurance, but do NOT go to this branch. It takes me several days and nagging emails to hear back from the front office lady and I can never get ahold of anyone else. When I called to update my renters insurance the front office lady said Well.. Thats just a horrible address! Way to make someone feel good! Its so unprofessional. Her emails make no sense and have poor grammar. I can never get ahold of Dave directly, only the front office lady Bonnie. Ive decided to just use a different State Farm branch. I emailed another one that was immediately responsive. I have asked for a quote on adding a vehichle and have not gotten an answer in what is going on 6 days. They act like they dont care if they have your business, quite frankly.

I had a positive experience with getting set up for auto, home, and life, and service afterwards with David Zook State Farm.

Filed a flooded basement claim 7/5 and still no call from Zook or anyone from his office to offer any help ... basement is still not put back together because State Farm has not returned my calls, extremely disappointing

As long as you are requesting home or auto insurance, they are top notch. Not the case when you have a problem and you need your insurance benefits. Office staff are not knowledgeable and not willing to help. You can never get an answer and they basically email and say things like you have contacted us numerous times, and we have told you we cant help you. You might want to think twice before using this agent (although we have never spoken to David Zook).
