My husband and I recently relocated to Indianapolis area from Wisconsin. We needed to switch our cars and rental over to Indiana, as well as inquire about other insurance options. We were driving and realized we were near Michaels office and decided to walk-in and give him an inquire. It was one of the most pleasant and relieving customer service experiences ever. We were not only able to switch our coverage immediately, but were able to upgrade our rental coverage and an umbrella package for less than our previous rates. In summary, we walked out saving money with increased coverage and the peace of mind knowing we made the right choice with Michael.
