Calling this place for 2 months for service and they just ignore me!!!!! terrible business practices and the secretary not nice at all

They were very quick to respond for service call. My 7-year old nephew greeted him first. Rich asked if my nephew was going to be his helper. And off to work they went. Rich was quick to figure out that my capacitor on my C/A unit went out and replaced it. Rich was very friendly, quick and professional. And my nephew learned a few things and made a new BFF. I have used this company 8 to 10 times over the last 10 years they are good at what they have done in the past for all of my repairs. They even came to my work for a third quote on a new AC unit for our office and they fixed our AC unit after two other companies had condemned this unit and wanted to replace it for 6,000.00 and there bill was 250.00

Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Did not clean up after service and was asked to leave.
