Friday afternoon I dropped off my flex streaming box that I don’t use at this store, and for some reason somebody shut down all of my devices, turning off my modem that I own. I called customer service and was told it would take 2 hours to turn back on. Fast forward to Saturday morning, I still have no internet and now I’m being told that because it’s the weekend the customer solutions team is closed and they can’t help me until Monday. This is unacceptable service and I can’t wait until I cancel this company at the end of the month. Will never use xfinity again and will make sure none of my friends or family do either

The WiFi constantly crashes which makes remote work almost impossible. . You can never get a live person on the line to assist you and they’ll automatically ask you to restart your modem each time - no matter what the issue is.

Employees in store were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Xfinity as a company is terrible. False charges on my account, and canceling my wifi without reason. Hours off my life arguing to get my money back after false charges on several occasions. The company is one star, I hate working with them but have no other option at my apartment. The employees at this store are 5 star though, so it evens out to a 3 star. Covid precautions were excellent.

I know this TJM & HG for over 12 years. There are still many familiar faces and new ones on every visit, but what never changes, are the organization, cleanliness and all around great quality sold by obscenely good prices.Employees (associates), are attentive and helpful, one will never feel harassed, since they are so busy filling up half empty shelves and pulling out garments out if their mobile racks.The Home Goods section is AMAZING, many times populated with some of theirs one of its kind items, which if you dont buy now, you may never see that product on sale again.Clothes are generally from established fashion designers and some high end shopping malls exclusives, specially in the RUNWAY section.Unfortunately, TJM stores dont sell shoes for men, (I never understood why), but you will find those available at their Marshalls sister stores.Its my TO GO Place for clothing, home furnishings, gifts and several impulsive buying.I hate that they make their prices so irresistible that I always end up buying more than I initially wanted to.Are you still here? Dont waste your time… GO!

Just went in to fix the password for the xfinity account, but Jimmy kept pushing to switch to xfinity for my cell carrier, he said “I must switch, that is why your password is not working”. I tried to explain him that I’m not going to do that now, I just came in to get help with password. He would not give up trying to sell me something. Such poor customer service. At least he could try helping me first. I left the store so annoyed . Jimmy please learn to hear the customers out first!

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experience. Ordered iPhone 11 Pro and it drops calls and freezes. They replaced and still having problems. They don’t call you back when they say they will, they don’t follow up on anything, and they don’t fix any issues you bring to their attention. The assistant manager Nate put a $100 credit on my account to try to get me to go away but I have a non working $1200 iPhone pro I purchased through them and they will do nothing about it.

We had to get our first-time iphone set up and pictures, contacts and apps transferred from our Samsung mobile phone -- a transfer that is rather complicated and requires expert familiarity with both systems. But Manny at the new xfinity location was superb: highly knowledgeable, very helpful, cheerful and kind -- it was a pleasure. The new xfinity store is beautiful, well stocked with add-ons and the service is excellent. Can give it the highest rating.

I made an online appointment with return a cable box. Upon arrival I was told to sit down and then about 10 minutes later when I had my scheduled appointment I went back up they asked why didnt you tell anyone you were here.I told him I had an appointment, they looked confused about the situation took the cable box and then handed me a receipt. Overall the process was very fast but the service was very abrupt and disjointed.

Did the service to start and pick up my product (router and gateway) and it sends me here. There store is closed no one here and now Im send in a different direction 20 mins away to pick up my product already on a bad foot

This has to be some of the slowest employees Ive ever observed. This location with 3 people on staff somehow made the process of returning two pieces of hardware take over an hour. If you have any other option go elsewhere.
