Back in March my fiance added our kids and me to his Verizon plan hes had for over 10 years. We went to the Hunt Valley location and told the sales manager exactly what we wanted. Long, long, long story short, many dollars spent, rude comments and bad treatment from customer service. We went into the Cambridge Verizon store where we met Travis, the Sales Manager. He actually listened to us and he actually HELPED us!! The first sales manager totally ripped us off and customer service was no help to us at all. They were just rude and nasty. Travis was able to get our plan down to the cost it was suppose to be from the beginning and he was completely respectful and nice while doing it! We will definitely be back to see him whenever we need any other Verizon or cellular help. Plus we will be recommending him to our friends and family!!

The cell service is terrible - signals drop even in the middle of Cambridge. I returned the phone and closed the account and they said I didnt and now its in collections. I have the receipt, but its impossible to get a hold of anyone to have this taken off of my credit report.The store has been zero help. They are fraudsters. Im glad I went back to AT&T. Now I have to waste time getting this off of my record - avoid this company like the plague.

Stopped in the store on Friday to get the Galaxy S21 Ultra from Travis Whittington and he was excellent with the sale. He explained the phone to me perfectly and he made I understood my phone completely before I left. If you are looking to upgrade or add a new line get with Travis and he will not disappoint you.

Unfortunately, the issue I had, this store could not assist with. However, the associate was extremely friendly and apologized that he couldnt help. He did direct us to a corporate store for assistance and provided us with a telephone number where we could resolve the problem.

My cellular expert made upgrading my iPhone a painless, pleasurable experience! He took his time with me while I asked multiple questions, and was able to help me select accessories that fit into my budget. When my phone arrived, he went out of his way (on his time off! ) to accommodate my schedule. Then, he programmed and transferred info from my old phone, installed a screen protector, and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchases. Came in just to add a military discount. She was very inviting and got that done quickly. While she was helping me she let me know the deals going on as well and I decided to upgrade from my old iPhone 6 since my battery was draining. She knew the product, was very friendly and got it done without any issues. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store again!

Ive managed to fix my phone so well Ive needed help ASAP. Twice. Both times, I have showed up at their door, almost closing time, holding my phone up high in an unmistakable signal that I need their help. Both times, I have been treated as the customer theyd been waiting for all day.Great experience each time as they unwound the twisty spirals I had inflicted upon my stupidphone. Just spent quality time with Customer Service Representative William Becker. I just had the most professional experience in such a long time. He is very through, knowledgeable, helpful and most of all patient. I had a million questions and he took the time to address and answer each one. I did not know what kind of phone I wanted, he listened to me and brought out 3 choices based on my requests and I now am the owner of the V20. Plus a tablet! Very friendly staff who are more than willing to help with anything you need. They have all the new phones that are listed on Verizons website, and at the same prices too. When I need to make cash payments on my Verizon account I always use this store because they are fast and friendly, even if they do charge a $1.00 fee to process a payment like that. The fee alone is why I knocked a star off as that isnt required by them.

In February I traded my basic cell telephone for a smart phone. Since I have had this basic telephone for some years this was a big change for me. My sales person William took me through all of the information I would need and all the basic features of my new telephone. In addition he took all of my information stored on my basic telephone and transferred them to the new smart telephone. In addition William showed me the Verizon web site with the operating manual for my new smart telephone so that any questions I had this web site would be a resource. Since February I have learned a great deal about my smart phone and all that it offers including the GPS feature which I used to great satisfaction on an occasion when I was in Washington, DC, questioning how to return to Baltimore. I am very satisfied with the smart phone and the support I received and continue to receive from my salesman William.

I came in the Verizon Wireless Store unsure of my decision about which phone I would end up purchasing. So I went around checking out the phones. I still ended up unsure and my sales associate Tony was very informative about the phones I was indecisive about. He made my decision so much more easier to make and helped me transfer the info from my other phone and did it all with a smile.

Emily should receive a Customer Service of the Year award.I had to replace my phone. With Googles fun and games of one account for everything, I could not access my email or blog on my replacement phone. Using the Playstore apps put me in an endless loop of accomplishing nothing.I took my phone in and asked her to put the tempered glass protector on my phone because, basically, I have big, clumsy fingers and no patience plus you only get one shot at getting it on correctly or its ruined. Emily patiently cleaned the phone and placed the cover on perfectly. She then took the time to place another cover on my other phone.When she finished some twenty minutes later, I mentioned about my trouble accessing my email and blogger accounts. I told her about a week prior, another Verizon rep had tried to get me access and couldnt get it working. She started playing with my phone and, unlike me, didnt get frustrated with Googles circular logic to access accounts. Her fingers flew across my phone buttons and across her keyboard to her desktop computer. It took her almost an hour, but she knocked down every roadblock Google tried to put up and got me access to all of my accounts and got my phone to automatically update new email coming in from my Hotmail accounts.Emily spent a good hour and a half with me, but she got my phone in perfect order. I reckon she gets paid based on the sales she makes. Spending over an hour with a customer who isnt buying anything is a level of customer service that is rare these days. When it comes time for me to upgrade my phones, you can bet Ill wait until Emily is manning the store and have her help me with my upgrade. She knows her products and I know shell set me up with exactly what I need and have everything working perfectly.
