They sent a tech out he ran some wiring, setup the modem, then went back to the office and was doing remote setup. He called back an hour later and said if they cant get 9MBS they wouldnt send any. Seriously, they have enough so Id actually be connected to high speed about 6MBS according to the tech. So now I still have nothing, ridiculous

Waited until the day of my appointment to cancel. I work from home and was really relying on them coming to install that day. They should of told us over a week ago when we ordered that they couldnt service us. Now i am sitting here scrambling for internet so I dont lose my job. These people should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!

Called in on a monday to get service started and I needed it for school before the weekend and she said it would be turned on by Thursday. I then get a text that says it wont be hooked up till the following week. Call them and was on the phone for more than 2 hrs trying to find out why they cant turn it on and why it was rescheduled. I hope the internet isnt as bad as their service..

Been without service for more than 18 hours. Called support and the only available tech to fix is not for 10 days. No problem getting my money on time. The worst service and support. Where I live I basically have this company for internet nothing else reliable that is available. They know it and dont care one bit. As soon as the day comes when something better is available I wont be able to switch fast enough.

This company is a complete joke. Twice now I have called and scheduled to have service provided to the house I am currently renting. Twice now they have scheduled me on a Thursday between 8 and 12. Twice now no one has showed up, no phone call or anything. Dont waist your time. This company is extremely unprofessional.

If I could give a zero star I would. For 4 months my internet has not worked right Ive called over 20 times they have came out and they have not fixed the problem. I have waited 2 days for them to come back out and fix it and just found out they have rescheduled my appointment for october. Now I think its time to call the BBB

Not happy... on the with Michael as I type... over an hour now and its my vacation....been fighting intermittent service for threeish weeks now. 4 tech on the phone, two on the ground, first didnt show up.. second was helpful and honest admitted he couldnt be sure issues were fixed.. this AM my boy gets sick and no one can contact me.. no phone or internet! Thankfully it wasnt an emergency! Service is less than 6 months old, I want it fixed today but Frontier says Im not in a high demand area.. keep trying Micheal! Bet I get a bill for the whole month! Just finish with Micheal... guess Im flagged if there is a cancelation other wise tomorrow AM.. again been trying to get this fixed for weeks.... waste another day and send me a bill.. super!

Poor customer service, consistently gives run around when something goes wrong. They dont have a headquarters etc. Most of the time you get a non English speaking idiot that cant comprehend whats being said. what a waste of money. super slow speeds, nothing good.

I will never use this company again . I disconnected my internet with them March 14th and I paid my final bill. I had to call again in April was told not disconnected at that time . The representative promised the error was fixed and I owed nothing then . I called again in May supposedly dealt with. Last week was told it was dealt with . Told today they were reviewing it and would make a decision . Im wondering how many other people they are scamming !!!!A very disgruntled former customer 😬😬😬😬

Well we was supposed to get wi-fi installed today atleast thats what they told us on the 18th but now today they was supposed to be here 8-5 but never showed so we called and they said we couldnt get it?! Come one atleast tell us the first time we called that we couldnt get it!! You guys should know how to do this crap! Dont tell us one time that we can get wifi then turn ur back on us and say that we cant!! That is absolute bull crap!!

I call BS !!!I called your number as listed on the web and twice got a foreign gentleman trying to talk to a Shelly!!!Very poor connection. How can a prospective customer proceed to set up service with THAT as an example?????
