Since Verizon Wireless seems to be closing a majority of their corporate stores, these authorized resellers are becoming more important. The corporate stores were a time warp anyways. No matter what I went there for, it was a minimum of an hour. This place, however, is the complete opposite. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they dont know something (I can ask really detailed and odd questions), they find the answer in no time. I just wish getting answers from Verizon directly was as easy.

Staff was so helpful, we got iPhones and an Apple Watch. Very impressed with service.

Sam and Jordan were both super patient and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. We went in to trade in phones and the whole process was very painless!! They were able to transfer everything from our old phones to the new ones, which a lot of Verizons will not do anymore. I was very pleased!!

Austin did a great job making all the changes happen in one shot. Made sure to double check everything and even set my sons phone up with case and all.

Horrible. When you walk in, you are greeted with a sign that tells you to check in and wait outside.After doing so and waiting 45 minutes and watching the parking lot traffic turn twice, I go in and say something.Here theyve just been taking walk ins!!According to the female inside, they are not even notified when somebody checks in!!

Ryan at the Cambridge location was awesome to work with. He went out of his way to help me get the accessory I needed. I am happy with the device I purchased. The reason for a 4 star rating is because Verizon no longer will allow you to add a purchase to your bill like in the past. It is very inconvenient when you are in a hurry and have lost everything and you cant go in a grab something you needed after having an already bad day. I needed something quick and easy. But they no longer make a purchase convenient

Dealt with the manager during my visit, I found her to be very condescending while also giving me false information regarding the transfer of data between my old iPhone to my new, being that it had to stay in the store connected to the WiFi. Very strange that I was able to let it use the Bluetooth connection to transfer while I drove to my next destination. Will NOT come back here. It has seriously went downhill in the past few years since my last visit.

My wife and I decided to get new phomes. We werent for sure exactly what phone we were going to get originally so our service rep allowed us to try a couple. Once we were done deciding, our service rep Sonni was more than glad to help us finish the process and get us up and running. Would shop there again. Check them out.

I came in not really knowing why my phone was acting up and Melissa there was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly and she got me set up with a new phone. With my oldpold constantly restarting it was a little rough with transferring data to the new one but she was patient and very helpful even as we moved towards close. I really appreciated all her help and how easy this store experienced was.

Worst customer service Ive ever had. The manager sonny will lie right to your face. Hide extra fees and taxes, not tell you that it may take months for your bill to be correct. Stopped in multiple times and she just keeps saying Ive done my part, it will be corrected eventially. Its been over 3 months and nothing.

Transferred business cell phones from Sprint to Verizon! Jonathan did an execellent job!

Came into to get an iPhone 11 which told us it was unavailable to get in store so we ordered online no big deal the employee told us to come back to transfer the phone, no big deal. So we came back to Verizon when there was no one there, told us that she only help us with a fee of $20 so we weren’t going to pay $20 dollars if we already payed $750 for the phone told us that we should do it at home which we really can’t with a iPhone 6. DO NOT GO HERE***MILITARY AND MILITARY FAMILYS & FRIENDS, **DO NOT GO HERE*** Go across the way to the other store, out of town, out of state or anywhere but this store. We purchased my in-laws phone, case and screen protector where we are stationed and mailed them home for our parents. When they went into the store to get help setting up the phone (18th, February) the staff member was disrespectful, rude, impatient and lied. They said they could not assist with the phone set up, that it was not their job. When our in-law asked for assistance putting on the screen protector they were told it would cost them $20 dollars for them to apply it onto the phone. Then the worker proceeded to ignore our in-law as if they were not there!! I am appalled at the treatment received. To the worker, find another job that doesnt involve customer service. Find something that makes you happy, maybe euthanasia of puppies at the pound.

Was told I couldnt change a prepaid into a post paid, but I could add it to my existing verizon account. I didnt want that as I was using the prepaid for work purposes.So I said Ill open up a new post paid account with a new #. No I was told Its fraud to have a prepaid and post paid account in the same name. Ok, you lost that sale to ATT. They serviced me.

Im literally not even kidding. Stood here for 25 minutes while the only lady here chatted with the one customer she had. Definitely could have just walked up and seen my situation, as my galaxy buds I purchased less than a month ago stopped working. Shes chatting as I stand here and it rolls past 25 minutes. Its so frustrating, I just want to get this done and go home.Ended up being 40 minutes and being something she couldnt even help me with. Wish she took 2 seconds to ask me what I need and then told me to hold in instead of leaving me standing there for 40 minutesPlease dont tell customers as soon as they come in youll be with them in a minute if you know it will be more.

Girls in there really took me. Overcharged me. Didnt explain any fees. Made me sign things I didnt know I was signing. I like my verizon service but this store turned me off of the whole company. Matter if fact I disliked my experience here so much I traveled to another city just to go to a different store.

My wife bought a new phone at this store and whoever set it upLocked her out of it . She tried to return it and the mgr said he couldn’t take it back in that condition. They are the ones that put it in that condition. Finally she contacted corporate and they sent her anew phone. The certified Verizon store ( the other Verizon store in town) said she was not treated right and they did a great job getting her back on service. Corporate said they will deal with the uncertified store that caused this . Warming, beware of the uncertified store in Cambridge
