This is for the location right at the bridge:They must have had a bad day. There were two sales reps on the floor, serving three separate customers. I was greeted by both and invited to sit until they could assist me. With 2 customers still finalizing transactions, I had been sitting for at least 15 minutes when a couple walked in and started browsing....I continued to wait. To my surprise, one of the reps left both his early customer and myself to peddle wares to this couple. Two additional, separate customers also entered store with little acknowledgement. I got up and left, as did the two last walk-ins. I suggest making an appointment at this location if you want to be served. The staff needs time management training and needs to warn customers if it is not a first come, first served system. This location is polite, but that alone does not constitute good customer service. Maybe they should stay curbside only if there is not enough staff to handle walk-ins. I will try the Cambridge Plaza location. Post got stores reversed.

My iphone 7 tanked on Sunday and Apple was little to no help Sunday evening. I contacted TCC first thing Monday morning and Kirk offered some suggestions over the phone but suggested that I come in. I work an hour away but live in the area so Kirk offered other stores to help quicker. I ended up traveling to TCC after work and met with Kirk and Hailey. Friendly, clean store and knowledgeable. After determining the phone was done, Hailey offered suggestions of products, pros and cons of each as well as the best incentive offers. Least amount of time that I have ever spent in a phone store!!! Highly recommend Hailey Hurt and Kirk Wroten!!

Meriam was amazing today. Most painless phone buying experience ever. We were taken care of right away even though they were clearly busy for black Friday.
