The most unprofessional experience. I’ve spoken to 3 different people and they all told me different things about when my internet can be set up. The date keeps being moved back from Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and now they’re telling me Monday. On the day of the scheduled first appointment, the technician told me he doesn’t know if my building is compatible with their satellite. So they never came. Then they said they had to order a part. Then they told me they don’t have any technicians available. I already paid for everything and I didn’t get an apology from anyone and the manager argued with me over the phone about how it’s not their fault. I wish I was not locked into a 2 year contract because this company is the worst.
