I had the worst experience here. They were so unprofessional and did not care about customer service. They open at 8am and I had an 8:30 appointment. I got there around 8:20 and there was no one there. I waited outside, in the cold because I had walked there, for over half an hour and no one showed up. I called and left a message saying I was cancelling that appointment but left my number hoping to reschedule and got my hair cut somewhere else. I spent all morning trying to find someone who could color my hair last minute with no luck. I called them back to see if I could still fit in later in the day. The woman who answered the phone had got my message and said she would call the original stylist I made the appointment with and then call me right back. This was over a week ago, and Im still waiting for that call.
