I came in here with my Cousin. We showed up at 11 am. Told them we wanted 2 pedicures and manicures.During my pedicure the lady began digging in the side of my toe to the point it bled. She never asked if I wanted this and never asked me if I was OK.Well now I have an infection. Who knows if the tool she was using was freaking clean.On top of that they were so slow that my cousin never got to get her nails do e because she had to leave to go to work. We were there for over 2 hours it should no take that long to do 2 pedicures and 2 manicures.Im never coming back here and by the way I never signed any sort of liability policy so if this infection gets bad and I need to see my doctor I WILL SUE THIS PLACE.

For the price, the work was very good. I cannot speak on other people’s experiences but it seems like the staff doesn’t speak English very well. They are all very kind though and I recommend this place.

I got a pedicure and the lady made my ugly fat nurse feet almost cute!

They were VERY unprofessional when I politely asked them to file my nails straight (because she was doing them completely crooked) and she got a huge attitude. I ignored it until she grabbed my hand & yanked my wrist.I spoke to the manager (male) who had to have heard the entire encounter-working right behind us...& he said “if she says they are not crooked, they must not be”. He didn’t even bother looking at me or my nails.Since when is the PAYING CUSTOMER not right?!? If I want my nails done a certain way, then do them that way, uncross your eyes, have some customer service-or at least some simple politeness & maybe you’ll have return customers !!!I paid for what she had done (messed up)...& left...had to find somewhere else to go fix it!

Went in for a full set and pedicure they were very rude to start with so I should have just left but I gave them the benefit of the doubt!! The young lady sat me and began to work on my hand immediately I seen that she had placed the tips on side way and said something she ignored me and kept working I said something about it again and instead of fix the problem she cut them off and said that that no one else would be able to get to me!!! Very unprofessional!!! Will not recommend this place to anyone that wants to treat themselves!!!

Overall I was not satisfied with my pedicure. For starters there was no bath salt or any kind of foot soaking ingredients added to the water. Which it really didnt matter bc soon as I put my feet in the water she took them out and started to cut my nails. I also did not have the option to choose what kind of package deal that I wanted done (as I was really looking forward to the hot wax added to my aching feet). No hot towels or lotion added on my legs or feet. I didnt even receive the basic foot and leg massage. It felt like a rush job that only made me wanting to go to some where else and get it done right.

They do such a great job for your buck the best value on nails in Burlington never go to holly hill nails they will screw you this is the place to go.

Great nail salon! The guy that did my nails knew what he was doing. He told me the last place filed my nails too much (almost down to the meat). He was gentle and my nails look 150% better. They were also honest about pricing, and didnt haggle me because I got regular polish and not gel. Highly recommend.

This is the only nail salon in Burlington I will go to. K Nails is a small place where the staff take their time and charge fair prices. As a CMA, I am plagued with ingrown toe nails from being on my feet all day in nursing shoes. This is the only salon I’ve been to that gently corrects the ingrown toe nails as part of the pedicure. They are all so careful and gentle; my feet feel so much better when I leave. Every time I go, it’s a great experience and well worth the money spent!

Nice place, not crazy busy, nails were good.. did great job with my cuticles... only negative is she didn’t go all the up to my cuticles with the polish which will make me need a another manicure sooner... only reason for not the 5 stars

Love This Place!... Ask for Cloud.He is the Best Nail Guy Ever! So Good that I will drive 45 min to have him do them. I Moved and Tried to find a replacement. Cloud is Irreplaceable!

Very slow. Techs do NOT engage you in friendly ir otherwise conversation. Very new and clean equipment. More affordable than pro nails.

I would suggest you call first the wait time can be a bit much but the staff is ok and they try to meet your needs. They accept cards and the location is quiet and generally clean. Parking is usually available.

The only place I will go to get my nails done. Best pedicure in town for a reasonable price. They really take their time working on your hands and feet.

I play guitar and only need three acrylic nails. Tham did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Great job and very thorough with their work. Customer Service skills can stand a little work though.

I asked for a new set and I got a fill in. Suzy was rough and fast doing my nails as if she didnt want to.. She broke my skin drilling my nails so carelessly. She apologized but I still wasnt happy. There was no need to rush because I was one of the three people there. And the best part is... I was charged $36 for a fill in. I wont return. Thats outrageous.

I went here bc I read alot of good reviews but it was just ok... the salon itself needs a deep cleaning/remodel and new chairs (not very comfortable) . The lady that did my pedicure did a good job though and let me soak awhile but didnt even ask how I was doing or have any small talk.

Owners are rude. Very hateful to me. Never darken their door.

She dug her nails into my skin and left marks on my fingers. It took them a week to heal.

They were nice and did good but they didnt do what I wanted to my nails. And messed up on the design.

Overpriced for kids. And they were 20 minutes late opening today and when I mentioned it she said oh we dont open til 10 but sometimes we come in early so when I said you shouldnt post a sign saying your hours on Fridays start at 9 am she ignores me.
