I LOVE this place! It was my first time here and the ladies were so nice. We had great conversation and she worked really hard on my nails. The lady was very careful and payed attention to detail. The pricing is great, only $45 for dip! I had a great experience and I will definitely come back. The best nail place in the area!

So clean and lovely. My daughter had her first mani pedi and they took so much time with her even at reduced prices. No rushing. Everything was opened before you and liners in the pedicure. Best experience and prices are completely in line with anyplace around.

They are AMAZING!!!! My dip nails still look fabulous and its been 2 weeks!!! The staff is super nice and friendly, the place is clean and refreshing. It was an amazing experience all round. I have been to this salon a few times and I am always left more than satisfied. This salon is exceptionally clean (they use an autoclave for sterilization!!) and the technicians spend extra time making sure you are happy. I won’t be visiting any other nail salon locations besides this one.

I tried inail pro for this first time on Monday. I had such high hopes! I received a spa pedicure and regular manicure. The spa pedicure was pretty good. The manicure was awful! Today is Tuesday and my nail polish is all off! I picked a special nail polish for $8 more that was suppose to last like gel. Didn’t even last 12 hours! I wish I had the time today to go back while they were still opened. I will just take the loss and keep searching for a nail place!The facility tries to be extra clean but the nail tech (Marco) handled all sorts of things with his gloves on and then me.There also isn’t any privacy and the techs stop what they’re doing to answer the phone. They were short staffed that day so I’m not sure if that’s the norm.I would have gone back if my manicure lasted at least 5 days!Also, you need to ask for the spa manicure and pedicure. Their “regular” does not include anything!

My daughter and I enjoyed a perfect winter spa day. The botanical pedicure was exceptionally spectacular and our flawless manicures were wonderful as well. Our favorite place to be pampered!

I love this place! Everything is so clean from the floor to the ceiling. The staff is super friendly and does an excellent thorough job on nails! Not to mention the prices are great and they have a wide selection of colors to choose from. If you haven’t tried this place out I highly suggest you go!

Just got back from iNail Pro. I live the way my nails turned out and the staff was so kind and attentive. Especially like the aspect of being able to pay from my phone on Venmo! So convenient and my nails calendar out great.

I just love this salon... been going there since it opened about 4 months now... when I first went in my nails were extremely damaged from acrylics for over 20 years... the owner recommended the dip and nails have come such a long way... Pedi chairs are amazing and tubs are covered in plastic so feet are always put in a clean tub...salon is super clean and all instruments are sanitized and files are never used more than once..as a matter of fact they give you them to take home...products are organic and can’t say enough about their customer service...also have a rewards program where you can earn free services...right on Cambridge road.. so convenient to get to. Five stars from me!

If there were any option to giveNO STARS, I would. The visit started off great but ended horribly. My 11 year old daughter and I got a Mani/ pedi. When it was time to pay, I was told that I had to pay the adult price for my daughters services because she was big. When I referred back to the policy that lists the price for 12 and under the person ringing me up says that her manager said no because she was too big. The manager and person ringing me kept speaking in their language and then proceeded to ask me if my 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAD AN ID!!! This is obsurb!! After going back several times, they finally charged me the correct price. Granted my daughter is tall for her age. Her father is 67 and Im 58. I felt so bad for my baby as she stood there embarrassed. Its bad enough that she has to deal with this at school. This interaction was very unprofessional and inappropriate. I was disgusted and appalled. The manager is the blame and should be ashamed of herself. I will never visit this salon again and I want all of you to know how this salon operates.

This place is great! I tried it shortly after it opened and it is now my go to place! It is soo clean and everyone there is so friendly! Jasmaine is wonderful! She is such a perfectionist! I know when I leave I have had the best service! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely love this place!! I’ve been looking for a nail salon in Burlington that is consistent, with every employee taking great care of me when I go in! They will take the extra time to make sure quality and care go into every treatment, whether it be a simple manicure or a full spa pedi and mani, they care about the customers!! I have definitely found my new spot! Also working in the service industry I’m very tough on my hands, and it’s rare when my gel manicures last longer than 4 days. But when I’ll get them done here they will last for 2 weeks!! If you’re looking for a clean, trustworthy spot to get your nails done, this is the place for you!

I wanted to like this place because of its reviews, however, I had a terrible experience. I called in and asked for a 10:30am pedicure appointment. The lady on the phone asked if I could come for 11am. I said I couldn’t do that, and requested to come another day if they had nothing available. She told me to come at 10:30am and she would have someone free for me. I asked 3 times, are you sure? As I had plans that day and needed to be elsewhere prior to noon. She said there would be no issue coming at 10:30. I walk into the salon and firstly, all the staff turned and looked, not one greeted. Just stared. I said hello, I have a pedicure for 10:30? Someone walked over and told me to go pick my color. Looking at the staff already I noticed not a single nail tech was available. I went along with it and grabbed a nail color as the woman I spoke with reassured me I would be starting my pedicure on time. Sure enough, I waited 25 mins (was 10:55am) I grabbed my purse and got up. A nail tech scurries over to me and asks me if I am ready. I explained I cannot stay any longer and that I’ve waited so long, and had places to be. She said “well I can do your pedicure really quickly please? It’s ok.” I explained it is not ok, I’m not going to stay later and give my business to someone who clearly isn’t considerate of MY time. And just wanted another client to wait. Will not be coming back and do not recommend this place.

Great service and kind staff!

Made an appt to get dip done during my lunch break. Arrived a couple min before appt and checked in. Was told to pick a color so I sat down and picked a color and waited.. 20 min later was called up and I said I was getting a dip so she handed me the correct colors to pick from 😡 so I sat again and another girl comes over and says ok I just need a few min!! I said I had an appt half hour ago and I’m on my lunch break so no I can’t wait any longer. So I got up and left!!!! Don’t bother making appts with them. While I was waiting another customer walked in that had appt and she was told to come back in an hour cuz she misunderstood what she wanted for ! Only gave it a 1 star because it’s the only way to post!

Very clean, very pleasant people and enviornment.

I went there for a mani (gel) and pedi.. it was pretty busy in there and I left unsatisfied. I contacted Weilan and she was extremely polite and apologetic. I went in several days later and she redid my dip powder manicure. I cant explain how happy I was when I left. They have herbal pedicure spa treatments that relaxes you and helps with calluses. I will never go anywhere else for a pedicure. This place is a gem! I cant wait to go back for a mani and pedi.

I came here on a whim and they were so accommodating! The place is very clean which a large color selection. All of the staff are very welcoming (shoutout to Marco who is extremely funny and Jasmine who is a sweetheart) they did an excellent job on my gel mani and pedi and I’ll definitely be back again :)

Pathetic service and I do not recommend this place. They do not do any regular cleaning service correctly. When I asked for it they said you need to pay extra.

I know Weilan before from another place and I am so happy she has her own place now, she is doing great job with my nails and I just had an experince yesterday with Rattana she is amazing she did the best I have ever had, will be my best place from now on!!! Thank you Weilan best of luck !!!

I like this place but I don’t like how they overcharged me a few times already!!!! I got acrelic fill not full set, full set is $30 and I only re-filled them and I paid $35, it’s only $20 in the board and they changed me $35 and not once but multiple times, that’s not how you do business
