Clean, bright, atmosphere. New spa chairs, tvs to watch while relaxing. I highly recommend Mary. She is an expert nail technician. If you are getting a nail design, whether it be by brush or3D design, and dont know what type of design you want, she has plenty of suggestions!

This place is very clean. And the ladies are professional. HONEY did my mani & pedi and she did an excellent job. My only gripe with this place is that I think the price should be cheaper. I paid $75 for gel mani, regular pedi & brow waxing. I usually get this service for $65 but I wont complain because my nails dont chip or break.

A beautiful salon. I highly recommend the spa pedicure with the herbs. I got chamomile. My feet are as soft as a baby’s. This the best pedicure I ever had!

****WARNING DO NOT let Heidi, the older lady with glasses, do your nails!! I mean no harm but that woman can not do nails like my nails came out awful I had to get them removed right after. The only thing nice about the set was the color I chose, but the shape and polish that she did was terrible. And had the nerve to say it cost 50$, I showed the other workers they immediately took them off and didn’t charge me for anything. In conclusion, DO NOT LET HEIDI do your nails you will be upset.******

I always pay 145-185.00 for my nails n toes. An every time m nails are done. The gel polish lifts within the next three days. For the money I spend I want good gel polish not the dollar store!!!

The salon it self is beautiful. My nail tech was Sophia she was super sweet and helpful w me picking my colors out ( I did 4 different colors) I asked her before we began how much was the particular look I was going for going to cost she said $55 (I did have a broken nail). I was getting a refill and that was my absolute max price because I paid $50 to get them done (at another salon). The reason I gave 3 stars is because when we were done she told me it was $60 because I has more then 3 colors (plus a design). I informed her that’s not what she told me but I still paid it. All I have to say is if a customer as the price with a picture of what they want before you start, it should be the same price when it ends.

I was treated well but I paid MUCH more than I ever paid at other salons. Mani and pedi with some designs $100! MOST IMPORTANTLY, my nails started breaking within one week after my visit. By two weeks, I only have 3 nails left! I will NOT go back!

It was good. It was not my first choice but my normal place was booked that day and Luxe nails had availability. Their nail art was good, but I also felt they wanted to sell you the highest price item of their menu and they were quite persistent and I dont like that. Their prices are really good in comparison to some of the nail salons in the area, but be careful when tiping if you dont give exact change, they just keep the rest. It was a small amount but still its the principal that counts. On a really positive note, I learned that the most popular person there is Mary and I understand why, she actually was the one that provided great customer service, was really creative with her Art and was really sweet to her clients. So next time if I have to come here I will ask for Mary.

Cathy did my nails and she did them amazing!! I came in only knowing what color i wanted and left with designs and everything she did great and she did my eyebrows too!!! I’ll be going back to her only from now on

Clean place they are compassionate to your needs. Sometimes they move a little to fast. Overall the pedicures are worth going for.

My first 3 times coming there my nails were perfectly done by Sofia and she takes her time with shaping and making sure nails on both hands are even. The last 2 times Ive came there I was seated with I believe his name is Son and he rushes his work nails be uneven and the shaping is not right. I tip good and my last 2 experiences made me change my mind about returning.

I wish I could give negative 5 stars Worst gel manicure and ever. The color was all over my fingers and cuticles. When I asked her to take the polish of my fingers, she said oh, its gel so I cant get it off. I asked for acetone to do it myself. It looked like a child did it.**UPDATE**4 days after getting this gel manicure, the polish peeled half way off two of my nails. I had to take all of the polish off and get my nails redone at a different salon today.

My cuticles were not properly trimmed. I showed the technician where I wanted them fixed. She did not completely correct what I asked her to correct. My cuticles break and crack easily so I like to have them very well trimmed. That did not happen even after asking. The color applied was similar to the one I chose but not the same. After the cuticle thing, I wasnt going to bother especially after showing the color three times. Comes time to apply the hand cream for the hand massage. The technician reached over and pulls a paint brush out of the cuticle oil and painted my entire hand with it (including the cuticles) with the oil! Then puts the paint brush back into the bottle of cuticle oil! She did not use hand cream.

Ive been seeing the same nail technician for years ( Mary) for years. She is so sweet and very professional. She quotes me the prices before she renders service. All of the techs are professional and the shop is always clean. The overall experience is very nice. I really like that Luxe Nail Spa is conveniently located and close to Route 541, Hwy 295 send the NJ Turnpike.

Went with a friend that highly recommended this Nail Spa. The nail tech (Quinn) who strongly suggested that I needed a full set of acrylic nails be replaced, my nails were fine, just needed a refill.After having my old set taken off, with PAIN! I had a new set done. I paid $55 for a full set.... unreal, never paid that much...after 8 days the nails started to get loose.... :( I called the Spa and explained what was happening, they told me to come back and they will repair them. I when in the next and they refused to repair or even compensate me because I now needed a refill.... they are out of there minds. This is why I am leaving this review, otherwise I wouldnt normally do this. Be careful what you get when you ask for something totally different.

My nails were done by Cathy. She insisted I get something other than what I wanted but finally stopped when she realized I wouldn’t give in. Didn’t put primer on the first time. Painted 3 nails & had to take them off because I told her she didn’t cut my cuticles. She gave me an attitude & said there would be an $8 charge to cut them. She didn’t file my nails until I told her she needed to. She also said glitter polish is considered a design and would charge $5 extra for glitter polish on 2 nails.

My experiences with honey is always great. Jennifer does my moms pedicure and always take extra precautions due to my moms diabetes condition. In addition, the facility is ALWAYS clean!

Poor quality work. I had a refill done and I am only giving one star because she was nice enough to replace the nails that were falling off or soon to do so. Other than that, this place deserves a zero simply because of the horrible job. The customer service portion was fine. It was simply the poor nail work that is what made this a bad experience. Some of my nails are square, some of them are round, others are sqaure-oval. When she asked me if I want to cut my nail down, i said yes. She started drilling them down and didnt ask how short. Then showed me one nail and said okay? So i said okay because its not like she was going to go back and add another nail. Some of my nails do not have an apex, if you know about nails you know they need an apex and it will prevent them from breaking. When I say no apex I mean the nail is FLAT. Nails have a natural curve from side to side, well not these because she didnt go along the natural curve. So some of them look flat and wide. Total disappointment. Never again, even if it was free the next time.

I have been going here for over 2 years and my experience is always good. Mimi takes very good care of my nails and my feet, my gel always lasts at least 3 weeks! Jennifer cares about her employees and customers and is always super friendly when I see her.

I refuse to go any place else. Jennifer and Mimi are awesome, Ive been with the salon since I first moved to the area and they were on High St. I have a great experience every time I go and if they are busy good for them Ill wait! Its hard to find good people and good service! Keep up the great work Jennifer!

Honestly I was going to share my experience on here but I am not going to however I am going to say its a shame about my experiences I also even go back and give them a try all the time for the past couple of years because how close they are and also how they treat my mother but its always a problem with me always being judged talked about handled incorrectly and roughly skipping steps just starting an issue even when I try to put headphones on something happens. I see other people do get great service Im just not one of those people. Truly a shame.

Good service

Dont waste your time because this salon will not give you the appropriate time needed to do a decent job. I got a full set, and the gentleman who did my nails made it too clear he was in a rush. Then another woman came in and asked him to fix her nails that he messed up the day prior. After that he rushed even more. My nails are uneven, and he didnt even bother to clean up the polish he got on my cuticles. Clearly they are doing something wrong when customers need to come back to get a redo.

I drive a good distance to have my eyebrows care for by Mary. Before Mary began doing them I always left nail salon frustrated. If you want someone who listens and execute properly, go in and ask for MARY

I got my dip done on July 3 by July 5th half of them had broken. I had family and a birthday that weekend and had no time to go back to get them fixed. Today, I left work early because they looked terrible. I walked in and started to tell the manger and she stopped me and asked me who had done them. I told her and she told me she would be over to fix them. She asked me about the color and I told her I wouldn’t mind the same color as long as the same thing didn’t happen. They admitted she had applied the dip too thin and that’s why it broke.She said let’s change the color and do a new set. I agreed thinking “wow she’s really trying to make good on this. Maybe I will come back to her”. She finishes asked me if I liked them and I said yes. Then she says I’ll give you a $10 discount. “I’m paying for this!?” She said you normally pay $35 not $25. I tried to keep my cool. Put I raised my voice and said so let me get this straight I come in here on the 1st to do my nails leave you a $10 tip and 4 days later my tip starts chipping and breaking and I’m paying you? You wasted my time having to come back here. Then she said she’s going to just charge me $10 for the polish change. YOU SUGGESTED THE POLISH CHANGE! I paid the $10 to get in with my life but I’m not going back.

I asked for dip powder full set, with almond shape nails and instead got acrylic with regular polish square nails. The nail tech Son does not listen!

For me, there are two major factors that make a nail salon stand out above all others; great massage chairs and an epic color selection. Luxe Nails in Burlington had both and then some. I visited on a weekday morning at around 10am and when I arrived there were 4 other women already there so I already know that the weekends must be crazy there. And they are one of the only nail salons that offer jelly pedicures! Definitely will make this spot my new local go to salon. My toes and nails look divine!***Edit***I had to stop going here. The young lady cut me twice and Im anemic so I bled for awhile. She wasnt very apologetic and the way she treated it was not very sanitary. I took my daughter here (shes 12) and she complained that the artist pinched her repeatedly while painting her design. She had a small scratch on the side of her finger for about 2 days. Needless to say, I had to find another spot.

Great place to get your nails done. Was a little irritated that my technician left...I found someone else there that do a pretty hood job. Love the way they wax my brows. Appointment is recommended because they can get busy. They always trying to convince you to get something to spend more money so be careful...lol..very nice, professional techs

I have been a client of Jennifers for over 20 years. They do excellent work and if for some reason youre not happy they will make it right.

Asked for French tip nails and was not correctly done, ended up telling my nail tech remove and just put plain clear due to the mess. Honey advised doing my nails was not worth it because it take to much time and she don’t make enough money for doing long nails, I stated but you guys charge more for long nails, she said $10 extra is not enough. Nails are very bulky looks thick and all different shapes some are crooked. Once I went to pay I advised she can swipe my debit card. She then asked multiple times for a tip. Won’t be returning.

The woman who did my nails was rushing and duck up my nails u can literally see 2 different sizes for my middle nails and on top of that she was rude! It was my first time in the shop! Never again

This place is horrible. I visited a few months ago and they cut my toe so badly during a pedicure and then were completely rough with it as it was gushing blood. I got a gel manicure which was done very sloppy and the gel polish was on my skin and never removed. Then when paying with your card, they ask how much of a tip youre leaving before swiping, as if youre obligated to leave a tip. If I were leaving a tip on my card, I would have let them know so before hand. They act as if youre obligated to leave one. I ended up getting a really bad infection from the cut around my cuticle. My toe was bruised for 2 weeks and then my skin completely peeled off. It was absolutely disgusting and something Ive never experienced before. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I apologize for how long this is but this was the worst experience ever. I’ve gone a couple of times and usually don’t have a problem but when I went today I was given the worst attitude. I asked the woman if I could have my acrylic nails removed and just get a gel manicure on my natural nails. The entire time she kept trying to convince me not to get them taken off and every time I said I wanted them off the more I got an attitude. When she finally started removing my nails she tried to pry them off with some tool that ended up ruining my one nail. After telling her to stop she continued to do it until I finally started getting upset. When she got up from her chair to get the stuff to remove my nails she threw her towel down and stormed off. After feeling completely uncomfortable I told her without making a scene that I just didn’t feel comfortable getting my nails done. As I walked away and to the door I can hear her saying rude things about me and then had the audacity to ask me to pay. I slammed a 5 dollar bill on the counter and left crying.

Came to get a refill for an event. Never again the service was horrible, my fingers were cut all up polish all over my cuticles it looks like my 4year old niece did them. Then when I asked for a manager I was told the nail man does great nails, like my dissatisfaction wasn’t enough. Just rude!

Got my nails done and I was shocked at how terrible of a job was done. I got a basic white color and they were messed up. One of the nails had a huge bump on it and others were half painted. After they were done I had to go get money out of my car and they owner chased after me thinking that i was not going to pay. They also questioned me if I was going to pay or not like how rude! I highly do NOT recommend this place.

It really depends on who you get. I’ve been going here for a while and it’s always hit or miss. Some people that work there don’t even seem like they have the qualifications for the job. I got my nails done today and they are really bad. I asked for an almond shape full set and all the nails are basically different shapes. My pedicure was 25 dollars and it lasted 15 min. I’m just disappointed. I’m finding a new place to get my nails done.

All charges are inconsistent. Every salon worker charges a different price. Ive visited four times due to the convenience of the location, each time I visited I received the same service, yet a different price all higher than the previous. There definitely wont be a fifth visit.

Excellent nail service. Definitely would recommend;however, I would prefer if they had more color options for the dip powder.

NEVER going here again!!! I went in for a simple eyebrow wax and the lady that had do my eyebrow did not know what she was doing! One of my eyebrows is round with no arch and the other is thick and arched!

The worst nail salon EVER!!!! My nails lasted 2 days and were terrible looking when I left! Today I also noticed that she did not cut my cuticles properly because they the skin is now peeling up my finger!!!! Terrible just terrible! Do not go here! There are plenty of places you can go to there’s a nail salon on every corner just steer clear of this place.

Ive tried to give this salon a chance. Its convenient and looks somewhat clean. But they are just over priced and the work is shotty at best. I have tried several techs and the overall work is consistent. If youre getting a Gel Full Set id recommend going else where unless you only need them for a short period of time. Ive tried to get my nails to stay nice for 2 weeks from this place and it just doesnt happen. Typically I can go close to 3 weeks before actually requiring a fill in but these split and chip close to the middle of the 1st week. Ive gone as a walk in and waited and Ive scheduled appts and still waited. On 2 occasions my pedicure was cut short because I waited so long for my scheduled appt that on one occasion I agreed to just get gel polish thrown on and no full pedicure and the other ran well past their closing time of 730.Go else where

I dont know the women who did my nails, but she was very violent. She popped off my acrylic nails (violently) when I asked for a soak. I repeatedly told her it was painful. It was apparent after other customers were staring at me as I jumped in pain. I was supposed to get a full set after my acrylic take-off but I had to stop because her service was way too painful. I do not recommend.

Poor customer service. If I ask you fix something I don’t expect attitude in return! I’ll never come here again. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Ive been coming here for 2 years now. If you want to make sure there isnt a long wait, its best to make an appointment. They get pretty busy Monday through Friday after 5. Everyone is very friendly. The salon is very clean.

Ummmm I dont recommend coming to this place. I am a cosmetologist & they are so unsanitary. Not to mention to the girl sitting next to me had fungus on her big toe & they were using tools that werent disinfected before or after used on her. I was going to get my nails done as well but I decided to leave after that.My pedicure.......was done completely lazy & rushed. She asked me to pay while I was sitting at the dryer (which wasnt on btw) & then asked me how much tip I was leaving as if she assumed I was going to leave a tip. At that point i told her I was not leaving a tip & she walked away with a hair flip.Just go somewhere else. Gel nails in mount laurel is great & happy feet in moorestown is great as well. I came here rushing & was passing it. Wont be back.

This nail salon sucks, they are rude as well, you sit there for so long waiting for service which is ridiculous. I asked to get a gel manicure and the guy almost started putting acrylic nails on me until i told him i was there for simply a regular gel mani. what a idiot. I also got pedicure and the guy was so rough it was horrible. DONT GO HERE

Asked for a refil from gel POLISH to regular polish, thet tried charging me to take the gel polish off because i was planning on getting regular polish but wasnt going to charge to take my polish off if i was getting gel polish again. So i ended up having her just take my nails off which i didnt want to do at all and in the process she like ripped them off leaving my nails in pain even after i had left and then didnt put a second coat or top coat on my daughters nails and was kind of rude the whole entire time. They lost my business for good .

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I started going to Lux in Burlington in the Walmart plaza June 2017. I hadn’t gotten my nails done in years and wanted to try gel manicures. Today - 8 out of my 10 nails are riddled with nail fungus! I didn’t go to any other nail salon just Lux every time! I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. 3 of my nails are starting to lift off of thier nail beds. Reading some of the recent reviews made me remember that I never saw them using disinfected tools. They would just pull thier tools out of a dusty plastic box. I pretty much went to the same 2 technicians every time except for 2 times I went to 1 other technician. Although I remember all if thier names I will not post. I’m so embarrassed to even show my hands and now have to make an appt to get some type of medication for this.I did read reviews prior to going back in June and they were pretty good reviews at the time. When I went today to see the reviews it looks like they just don’t care about what they are doing anymore. That is what prompted me to add this review. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if it was possible.Unless you are bringing your own tools for them to use - DONT do it!

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!! They do not care about customer service or the customer experience. First couple of times I was there my gel manicure chipped! Still deciding to give them a chance I ended up going to Peter (who does nails good but too rough) I made an appointment arrived ON TIME and still waited for 30-40 minutes to get my nails done!!!!!! Whats the purpose of the appt? No one apologozed, no compensation, no NOTHI G! I spoke with the owner Jennifer and instead of her listening she began to get argumentative with me! UNBELIEVABLE! Do ypurselves a favor and go somewherw where your busineas is valued and the nail techs actually knows what they are doing.

Friend of mine just had an awful experience! I’ve never had an issue with them before she occasionally has but only little problems. Today takes the cake. Left crying and they still made her pay for the removal of 1 nail!! Will never ever go back!
