I typically get SNS and pedicures here. I am always satisfied with how it turns out and how professional everyone is here. I keep coming back because I know I can trust them to take care of me & have a clean environment 😊

Zero stars is what this place should be rated. 530 appointment for mani pedi and 45 mins later nothing done. 3 different people worked on me in the 1.5 hours it took to just get the manicure. I left with nail edges rough and not filed evenly and my gel polish not evenly applied. I was referred to the salon by a close friend that raved about the service and why the increased prices made it worth it because of the service. Worst nail experience ever!!! Hot garbage that I paid 38 dollars for a gel manicure that I’ll have to go to my regular salon to redo. First and last visit.

Very rude employees and not very qualified. My mother took my wife here and they could understand anything my wife and mother were saying. After the high pricing a day later my wifes nails are falling off and chipping not to mention it looks terrible. I would recommend more nail schooling as well as customer service training. Will not go back and waste money.

Friendly staff, eager to please and flexible. The poor reviews I have read about did not match my experiences at all! I reccomend Lana for SNS. She is my personal favorite and a nail magician! 30$ for sns, I added one ombre nail for a 5$ upcharge. WORTH IT! my nails last 2 weeks easily. Highly recommend.

I went to iSalon for a gel manicure. The manicure itself was just okay. I thought it was a bit pricey for the experience/ambiance. I believe it was around $40 without tip. I pay between $20-$32 at other salons for the same service.Also, when I had the isalon gel removed at a different salon my nails were more damaged than usual. I have a manicure approximately every 2 weeks and I was alarmed at the condition of my nails. The technician told me that the gel polish used was extremely thick.

I went to have my hair colored and cut, I was put with Yvette. I wanted to cover the blond in my hair with the same (or fairly close) brown as my roots (a medium brown color). We found the matching color and she disappeared for 30 min. She then came back with a brown so dark it was almost BLACK! Then, I wanted the bob cut and she proceeds to push my head so that its completely crooked and she cut my hair sooo uneven! I then try to tell her its very uneven and she tried to convince me that the short side was longer and that I needed to cut more off of it! To top it all off what should have taken an hour at the most took 3 hours because she kept disappearing and we were there past closing when all the other hairstylist had gone home. I cant speak for the other stylist but I seriously do not recommend going to Yvette. You will come out with something completely different from what you wanted!

$400 for a group of six and the s&s nails did not look very good at all, the edges were really rough but they did stay on my nails for almost a week

Please do not get your nails done here. I went on a Sunday morning with a friend and we both wanted SNS dip nails. We had simple designs with pictures but the ladies could not figure out what to do. My nail tech kept burning my finger with the nail tools. Literally two days later, one of my nails chipped which never happens with SNS. A week later, almost all my nails are broken and chipped. A part of my real nail got ripped off in the process. Do not go here.

Not sure if the front desk woman was in a bad mood or stressed out but it was definitely known she wasn’t having the best of days. Got nails done on Sunday, the were all cracked by Wednesday🙃.

Jordan was fantastic in fixing the shot show I had going on w my hair.Very clean and through in cleaning, checking temps, keeping masks on and making sure everyone was safe.

I just got my nails done today for bridal pictures and they look amazing. I have been hesitant to get my nails done due to COVID but iSalon has taken so many precautions to keep customers and staff safe that I felt completely comfortable. If you need your nails done you should call and make an appointment. They are fabulous!

Upgrade the pedicure to aroma therapy, well worth it!! 45 min massage! Wine?! I Also recommend the gel manicure, held up for over the two weeks promised, and I am very rough on my nails.Taylor was so nice and did a great job on my hair. She was patient, and asked a lot of questions to make sure that she could give me exactly what I was looking for. She also does a great job on eyebrows.The staff was pleasant and patient. I changed my mind on color 3 times, and the nail tech did not get aggravated. Great job to everyone! I stopped by while out of state and Im very glad that I did.

The owner cut my hair and I told her not to cut much and then she pretty much gives me a buzz cut worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten very rude too

Great salon. I am grateful to the professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff because I present as a challenging client. Since I am allergic to many products, the owner has allowed Taylor to experiment and work with whatever products I am able to tolerate but will still allow for a good salon experience.

I think his name is Calvin. Anyway, I am living in Texas and we visited Burlington for a wedding, so we went in to get our nails done. When we left, all I could say is WOW. I love my nails and how in the world in a little town like this and there is a nail tech like this guy is? All he needs to do is to move to Dallas and i’ll Be much happier. Ive been going here for a few years. Not once were they rude. They have tested up my hair and they do a great job.

I went to iSalon because it was recommended to me. I asked for a full set of acrylic nails. The first nail tech glued the nails on, then a second nail tech applied the acrylic, then the first one finished the job. I was told AFTER the nails were glued on that Id be charged extra because of the length that I requested. Additionally, the prices in the nail salon did not coincide with what was listed on their website. I mentioned this and was handed a printed price list. My nails lifted within the first week. I soaked the nails off and now there is green on several nails. Apparently the nails were not applied correctly (with gaps underneath) or the utensils used were not clean. This salon was highly recommended to me...I was extremely disappointed with my experience and will not return or recommend them to anyone else!

Manager Suzette just hung up on me while I was asking her if she could tell me which of their stylists has more experience. I told her I was not asking for her personal PREFERENCE but rather which of the stylists had the most EXPERIENCE. She got offended and hung up on me. Suzette, put yourself in the customers shoes.

Know the prices before going! My 12 yr old daughters dry haircut was $30 same as mine, and the cut I got was not at all what I wanted. I dont get it, there were no products used on my daughters hair, so why was the haircut so damn expensive? Well stick to great clips from now on.

This was my first time coming here. I had heard great reviews about this place, so I decided to give it a try. My nail technician was doing a great job no complaints until another nail technician asked my sister to rudely get up and go wait in the waiting area. When I first walked in they offer her a seat right next to me. I was highly upset it showed in my expression. I would never come back here again this bad experience. Bad customer service!

I love my stylist, Bre, who does hair magic with cut and color. And my favorite pedicurist, Jasmine, is wonderful.

I just want to say that I love Yvette and her Staff! They treat me like family! Taylor never fails with my complicated hair color requests! She really listens to me and even taught me how to effortlessly curl my own hair! Trina introduced me to SNS for my nails-which is all natural and so good for my nails! I would recommend iSalon over all of the other salons! Staff are very professional and care about clients happiness!

My hair was long. I visited this place to get a hair cut & style. Due to previous bad experiences, I made an appointment with the owner. She had me waiting for more than 45 minutes. I showed her a variety of images to show exactly what I wanted. Long layers and angle for my face. While she was cutting she was complaining about another customer. After continuous interruptions, she another hairstylist to assist her finishing up my hair because she had injury on her arm. I was and I am not satisfied with the finished cut as she totally ruined my hair and made it very short. The color she applied did not last and the price was ridiculous.

Always a great experience. Staff is friendly and always making sure you are happy. Have gotten haircuts and pedicures.

This place is always so clean, nice, and due a great job. I always love my nails, I due SNS and they have never failed to make them pretty. The pedis are so relaxing and they listen to what you want and try to accommodate you to your wishes.I was behind a big party for pedis and instead of rushing to get me done and out the door they stay late and took the same time as normal and that says alot about how much they care for their customers.Great place, great service!!

The place looks nice but the girl spent 2 hours doing my lashes and they looked horrible! Clumpy like mascara not natural looking at all! I called and spoke to the manager and she was very rude. I will be taking this to the BBB.

Got a Horrible facial for prom, the owner was rude, did not listen, could not do wings and broke the container of glitter I brought for eyeshadow, totally messed up my eyebrows and went way too heavy on blush with NO FOUNDATION!!! I went home and did a much better job myself. This was last years prom, and I want to be fair I dont know the others workers quality but the owner is awful.

I took my 5 year old for her first pedicure and could not have asked for a better experience! Will definitely be back.

Had a gift card so I thought I would try it out. Never again. Lady there Im assuming was the boss was SO RUDE!! While paying for my pedi another staff member began yelling at the girl taking my money to hurry up, bc customers are waiting!! Um, what am i?? As my nails are drying I look up and theres a sign saying customer satisfaction is first priority...obviously not.

They couldnt find our reservation time in the book after I booked by messaging them via Facebook. Another lady asked if we had booked from some site and that they dont do bookings from there. I showed her the message from Facebook that confirmed our appointments. The ladies that did our feet, did well(only reason for 3 stars). The woman that checked us out was more concerned in texting on her personal phone than she was checking us out. Very unprofessional. My mom handed her the tip for the ladies that did our feet and she just casually set it aside. Im hoping they received their tips.

I paid for a mani (gel nail polish) and a pedicure. The polish was not applied well and when I spoke with them they made me feel as if I was just someone on the street who needed their nails. I was charged to fix their negligence. The nail tech broke my cuticle duri ng the manicure and two weeks later I have a huge blister. They were more interested in customer conversation and their cell phones than me as a customer. I wont return.

This salon does not even deserve a single star! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. After giving the stylist Taylor explicit instructions on what I did not want she proceeded to do exactly what I had asked her not to. When I brought my concerns to the owner she was unreasonable and extremely unprofessional. This establishment readily took $130 yet refused to take accountability for their mistake offering only lies and excuses. Fortunately I was able to have my hair fixed at another salon where I was informed many of their customers come to them from iSalon with the same experience as I had. I urge anyone thinking of going to this salon to reconsider as they will gladly take your money and give you nothing of value in return.

I have been a customer of isalon for 13 years. Bought my Mom a giftcard to have her nails painted with a gel French tip. When she arrived she decided to have a design placed on one nail and have her toes polished. She was charged $50 for the extras on top of the $25 giftcard that I gave her! The extras cost twice as much as the initial gel polish and she didnt get a mani or pedi! I WONT be using isalon anymore, dont give them your business, just go to B Nails in Graham instead!

There was no top coat put on my toe color, my French tips were yellowed when I got home. I proceeded to remove the top coat they had put on my finger nails over the acrylic to see if it would remove the yellow tent. It did to some extent. Very disappointed especially as it was the day before my bridal portraits and there wasnt much else I could do in time to fix it.

This salon is the best in town.
