I have never been in a salon so peaceful and lovely. I felt truly pampered! This place is set up for a full luxury experience. The dryer room is more like zen room. I cant wait to go back. Taylor is magical!

Salon West & Spa is the absolute best experience I have ever had in a hair salon. Their customer service and attention to detail is exceptional. I love the tranquil setting, the refreshments that they offer after a long day at work really hit the spot.... And my girl Diana Ingle is the BEST.... it took me a VERY long time to find someone as good as Diana after I moved to NC 18 years ago, Diana is an amazing colorist and I always get multiple compliments on my cut and color... LOVE Salon West!!!!

If you want your hair styled in the best possible way the one place to go is Salon West, and more important Tiffany is THE ONE to do it. Tiffany always has a smile on her face and the most caring. and positive attitude that is possible. Tiffany makes you feel that she is part of your family, and to me she would be the ideal daughter if one could choose. Also McKenzie, Carolyn and the staff makes you feel welcomed whenever you are there.

Followed my stylist here and salon is very nice with amenities to feel beautiful. Exceptional customer service and staff. Always accommodating and just a great place to walk out feeling new and smiling. Too many positives to list!!

By far worst salon experience ever. Took my girl there to get her hair done and she left upset and disgusted by her hair. The lady that did her hair completely ruined it. She didnt do what was asked. See picture below. We were told we would have to pay for it again if we wanted it fixed, after only originally comping 75 off of the hair cut and color at first we finally convinced them to completely wipe the cost of the first haircut only for her to tell us we would have to pay full price for it to be done again to fix it. Upon going back in there, (dumb idea, but it needed to be fixed), she went back in only for them to ruin her hair some more and not even fix the issue. We ended up having to go to a different Salon and pay close to 300 to have her hair fixed because it was so messed up. And she now needs the special treatment shampoo for her hair. Needless to say she wont be going there anymore and I will go out of my way to make sure people know about this issue. While it may not be every stylist that works there, the owner wasnt very willing to work with us to get her hair back to normal nor did she seem concerned at all because it would cost her money out of pocket to pay the stylist to fix it. Part of owning or managing a business is taking responsibility for the actions of the people you have working for you.

Tiffany is the BOMB dot COM. Shes always down to do whatever crazy thing I want to! Shave the side of my head? Sure! Purple streak? No problem! Crayola red? Her specialty! She even knows I dont mean it when I say I want bangs!! After years of going to see her, I have never had a bad experience!

I will definitely be visiting Salon West and their stylist, Kristin, in the future! She did a fantastic job cutting my hair and was as sweet as can be! She has earned herself a new regular client!! I would recommend her to anyone who comes through to this salon!!

Kealy is absolutely amazing! She takes her time and she also talks you through of what she is doing and how she is doing it. She reassures her work before she does it. So easy to talk to! The atmosphere of this salon is amazing!

Mackenzie does either my hair or my daughters hair monthly. There is not a time that I go in there that Im not pleased. She goes over and beyond to ensure she fulfills your request. I could not be happier with the results I get from her. I highly recommend her!!

This newly opened salon is beautiful and filled with lots of pretty, smiling, happy faces. Just a wonderful place to be and definitely a happy place! The owner has done my hair for years and I have nothing but nice things to say about her! The massage therapist does a fantastic green tea foot scrub! The facialist has helped me with my headaches! And the manicurist does a wonderful champagne pedicure! I love this salon!

Diana Ingle has been my hair stylist for years, so when she moved to Salon West & Spa, I followed her. Im so confident in Dianas talent that I usually just tell her to cut and style my hair however she wants. Ive never been disappointed!
