I booked a facial today, and the salon and my techician were fine. The facial was fine if one was most interested in a relaxing, feel good treatment. But it was more of a massage than a facial. Perhaps it was my fault for not asking more about the service, but in every other facial Ive had, they examine your skin under a magnified light, and adjust treatment as necessary. My skin felt good after the treatment, and dry skin was removed, but my pores needed more treatment. I appreciated that they used my preferred Aveda products. If I were to book another appt, I would be more precise in the service I was expecting.

We just moved to Burlington and this place was exactly what we were looking for. I love that the massage and pedicure area is more private and away from the salon area. The set up is really nice and welcoming.Dana helped me customize a package that worked for a special occasion I was planning and her staff were very helpful in setting up the small details that I couldnt do.I recommend speaking to the staff since there are so many options for services. Kerri does various massage techniques that I have been looking to try. I know I will be going back soon.Thank you Danas Total Image.

Dana has been my stylist since I was a child. I still call her up with random questions and she is ALWAYS willing to help. Her staff is courteous and knowledgeable. She keeps her business smooth and professional. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been a customer for years and wouldnt trust any other salon with my hair or my daughters hair ecspecially since weve had previous bad experiences with my daughters hair! Shes half African American and half Caucasian so her hair is tough to deal with. But we have had amazing lucky at Danas Total image. Plus massage therapist is awesome.

Definitely recommend Justin, he fixed my hair a few months after Riley messed it up. He does a good job and I recommend him to everyone.
