I went in for a gel fill in and to get my 3 year old daughters nails painted. They were so sweet to her when they painted her nails. She absolutely loved it! The lady that did my nails did AMAZING! She took her time and didn’t rush to get it done. You could tell that she cared about the way my nails looked in the end. I have never had such great service at a nail salon. This my new go to!

I got a pedicure and I got Tina who is normally ok to work with but today she was slower than usual and one of the other nail techs I believe he calls himself Tony was bothering her about being slow. He took one if her clients because they had been waiting. She took her frustration out on me. She was putting soap on my foot and just dropped it causing me to hit the heal of my foot. It still hurts. She didnt apologize. When she got to the point where she was to rinse off my feet and legs the water was to hot and I told her and she ignores me and continued anyway. Never will I go back there again. Tina needs to get her attitude under control because I did nothing to her. This makes Sun nails look bad.

Had a great pedicure as always but I had a very great, polite and sweet lady name brenda. She was fast and perfect with my nails and did a beautiful job with her designs she put on my nails!

I had my lashes done by Melody. She is AMAZING. The salon is clean, focused on Covid safety protocol and I was seen right on time for my appointment. Melody did a wonderful job and was so professional and personable. Truly an enjoyable visit!!

I’ve been going to Sun Nails for SNS manicures for the past year. They’re fine, just depends on who does it. They usually chip after a week or so. I mostly went because it was convenient and the prices were reasonable.I recently went for a regular manicure and it was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The shape of my nails were all different and the polish looked lumpy and was all over my skin. My friends even commented on how poorly done it was. I could have done better myself. I was in a hurry to get to an appointment so I left. I came back the next day to ask for the color and shape to be redone. They did, but they still charged for a full manicure. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this salon and I most definitely do not recommend it to anyone else.

This is a great salon - Ive been going there since they opened! Cleanliness is always the BEST, especially with the basin covers!! The owner, Lena, and her daughter, Melody, were at the former salon I went to and have always done an awesome job! The other techs do as well 🙂. Most of these folks even remember my favorite color!! I have never witnessed disrespect from any of them to customers/clients - men & women of all colors/ethnicity/age, etc.

27.00 dollar pedicure are a good value, great service.

They are super busy on Friday afternoons/evenings, but the staff made sure that everyone was taken care of, and stayed late to finish manicures and pedicures. I got a pedicure (Classic $25), and the technician did a wonderful job! I have been to other places in Burlington who charge extra to remove calluses, but not here at Sun Nails. She scrubbed my feet, and they look and feel great!

Ive read some comments on here and I dont think people on here are patient people. When you go to a nail salon you have to realize that youre not the only one who want your nails done especially when theyre busy! They run a nail salon not a daycare!Ive been going since theyve first open. Ive always had great service coming here, the staffs remember my name, and they are friendly. Im not a friendly person and Im a very picky person!! The nail polish quality are great and they will tell you if something is wrong which I love because thats their job! The SNS option is great! I suggest you give this place a try! You wont regret it! My nail tech is Melody, tell her I sent ya!

Tried out Sun Nails after going to the same salon for over a year and was more than satisfied. These ladies are AWESOME! I would say it is by far the BEST pedicure I have ever received and the nail tech was so careful and particular with my gel on my nails. If you are looking for a new salon in Burlington, I would recommend them 10/10.

I have frequented Sun Nails since they opened, following the owner, Leena, when she left her previous employ to open this salon. She and her staff are friendly, efficient, and highly skilled at manicures and pedicures of all kinds. They also do waxing. Prices are competitive with other salons and less than some.The salon is impeccably clean. They use disposable liners in the pedicure basins. All equipment is either disposable or autoclave-sterilized. They have an impressive variety of gel colors.

Had a very nice nail technician named Destiny. She was thorough and did outstanding work on my feet. They felt devine.

I have had my nails done here since it opened. In fact, I have followed Melody for quite some time. She is the best!! The people who work here are very friendly and professional. They know you by name and in most cases, even remember what color you had from time to time.They are busy!! So, if you dont have an appointment, you may have to wait a little while. But, that is always the case when someone is great at what they do!!

Literally sat there for 45 minutes to be ignored. Im not gonna say officially why I think but it has to do with my skin pigment if you know what I mean 🙄 they treated everyone even the people who came in after us and still let us sit there . If you really want a real nail salon go to serenity nail studio down the road . Way better service . Forget sun nails 🙃

Went to get SNS. Decided on ombré pink and white and Anita took her time. She made sure it looked very nice. They even added a tip on my nail so they were all even.

I called asked how much for a fill in was told $15. My nails are NOT oval, but she was shaping them oval working rapidly I had to stop her. Then she started filing them shorter and told me would need to have them taken off and new nails next time. They just want to make fast money. I was not offered anything to drink I had no idea they had any kind of refreshments. Then I was charged $17 for my fill in. Im white so its not a racial thing just rudeness. There are so many nail salons now. They charge $100.00 for lashes if you want lashes go to NT NailsThey charge $30

Got a gel manicure, it didnt las a week, polish is chipped and actually peeling off of several nails, I will not be returning. I feel like I wasted my money.

I am here getting my meni/pedi done and feeling really insulted and discriminated. Out of all the reasons I will just point out one. So after I was seated and everything for the pedicure 2 other persons came who were greeted so nicely and even offered coke 🤔while I wasnt even offered water. I am so thirsty but dont wanna ask for anything because.....I am not coming back here anymore ☹🙁

I have to be honest when I first went in I did sense there was a favorite type of person they preferred but I paid for the service..it was bad the polish chipped almost immediately and lasted no time. I went back to see Lena and remained a customer for a few months until I just got tired of the disrespect. If you are brown your appointment is not honored you will be seated but wrapped in foil so u cant leave for waiting too long while being put aside to satisfy other customers. Also, if someone comes and you are in the seat it then becomes a rush job especially if done by Lina she has the least amount of respect the daughter and Tony and atleast friendly and treat customers with a lil respect. I will never return. I will continue to spread the news!Thanks and Good luck!

Ive had two gel manis and one tangerine pedi. Tony did all three. He took his time and was very nice, i had major neck surgery and he made sure i was comfortable. Sometimes they sre super busy and you do have to wait unless you make an appointment.

Worst experience ever. I kept asking for a full set of acrylic this time, but because she didnt want to take the time to put tips on, she just did what she wanted which was SNS. She did a half ass job, and they look horrible. I will have to go to my regular place tomorrow to get them fixed. All they care about is getting people in and out the door, not giving good service or doing what people ask.

So i have been here a couple times i went in yesterday at 6:50 they close at 7:30 we sat affer tellimg themTwice what we wanted done ten to fifteen min while sitting the owners daughter told me and my friend it would be a while for us to get our toes done i saod thats fine so twenty min in the owners daughter said can y’all reschedule cause we will be working late and we dont want to work late and then she said yall can schedule an appt well first of all my husband is viet and hos family own thwie own salons in tx ans this was very disappointing to hwar feom the owners daughter she has done my nails before also i paid alot of money and the second day i had them they were falling off i do not recomend this nail salon managers daughter is disrespectful to her coustmers we waited a while for them to say okay its going to be a while we agreed and we sat for twenty min to get a we dont want to work late and get a appt very rude so we went to a nail salon dowm the road called belle vida omg best service and employees ever they close at 8:30 we made it at 7:40 they worked with us and were very respectful i do not reccomend sun nails i reccomend belle vida nail salom s church street

Friend recommended me this place. Walked in and place looks great, super friendly and offered refreshments. I must say best nail place in Burlington! They dont just put anything on your nail, they have SNS powder and its phenomenal. Took my sister with me and she had gel powder full set done and I did French SNS. Everyone that kept walking in or calls ask for SNS and now I see why, she def took care of my natural nails! Being from up north they use a lot of gel powder and now def found the best place in the south!!
