I stayed there for three months. The room was very clean and well kept. The area is very quiet and plenty of parking. The owners were very accommodating and very service oriented. They always checked to make sure all is going well. It felt like an extension of my family. I will definitely live there again if I am in the area and I definitely recommend it to my family.

The room was so much more than I was expecting. Had a kitchenette and ironing board and closet and TV. The front desk woman was a total sweetheart and they are available at all hours. I was locked out of my apartment and had to check in at 4am, however they managed to make my hard situation nice and I ended up having a good stay. Definitely stay here if you’re looking for a good affordable option in the area!

Great place to sleep and very friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. I wish I could have stayed a few nights more. The price was just right !

Air conditioner didn’t work in our first room, moved next door and only one tv in the front room but none in the bedroom. We asked for our money back and they only gave us 50% off and we weren’t here for two hours ! Don’t stay here very unprofessional

I wish I could leave 0 stars... NASTY PLACE! My room was filled with bugs, including spiders and ants. HIGHLY recommend you spend a little more money and go across the street. This place is a DUMP and the owners didn’t care one bit. SAVE your money. DON’T stay here!

Rooms have stove, fridge and microwave. very sweet husband and wife that own this place. were accommodating to my needs. all for great rate.

Verry dirty room booked for a week but only stayed one night asked to be refunded due to the terible smelly room and how dirty it was no dishes to use bathroo verry moldy the lady at the front desk refused to refund us she had a nasty and verry poor customer service practics so we left after an hour long conversation on getting a refund for a week stay when we only stayed one nigt and couldnt stomach the bad smells and dirty room cops were called and we finly got our refund so be warned public not a place to ever go

Very clean and spacious! Doesnt smell like smoke or stink in that weird hotel sort of way. Staff is friendly, and its very quiet here. Definitely recommend this facility!

I stayed at Corporate Suites for 3 1/2 months. Everything in my room was clean, expect the carpet on the floor it looked bad. The important stuff was clean. The place is in a nice area. Very quite. The people that run the hotel are nice. They treat everyone equal. The only reason I dont rate the hotel higher is because they have a LOT of rules that you have to follow.

Great value, great customer service

This is an extended stay but they do not provide dishes, utensils, etc. They only have flat sheets which dont stay on the mattresses, especially the pull-out. They barely provide towels and give you hassle if you need new bedding or towels. The owners are nosy and made me feel uncomfortable. Wifi didnt reach the room I was in because it was too far from the office.

This is the nastiest Please I have ever seen in my life we were here for 3 days and Not once did anyone come in to clean the room and no clean towels so when I asked for clean towels I was told we could only have one bath towel and 2 wash cloths for 4 people and my daughter didn’t want to go to bed tonight because she said this place is nasty and that’s sad coming from a 6 year old so I went and pulled the covers back and the bed is covered in bed bugs and when I asks for a refund I was told no don’t never waist your time or money on the nasty place

By far the worst place Ive tried to stay.....notice I said try. After paying for the room I and my wife went in to inspect the bed and its a good thing we did BED BUGS!!!!!!! After attempting to get a refund I just left and later disputed through my bank. I would rather sleep on the side of the road than in that place.

We found it strange that we were told to clean up the room and throw the trash out ourselves before we checked out... I understand that this hotel is more inexpensive than most, but I think it’s ridiculous that we had to do that.However, the hotel is clean, quiet, and safe. The owners seem well-meaning, but I think it was completely unprofessional for them to continuously remind us of when we had to check out and that we needed to clean up the room ourselves.

The room was horrible, the bed was not made. Once we walked in the room, we requested our refund. The people were nasty and would not give our money back.

Terrible Customer Service. Management and representatives are rude and unhelpful.

Biggest issue was hairs on the toilet and beard hairs on the sink. Unbelievable. No coffee pot or iron. Kitchen does not have any utensils. Kind of pointless for a kitchen. Id keep looking if I were you. And the Wi-Fi does not work.

They dont have maids. And theres no room service. So youl haffto clean your own room and do a short interveiw. But if comfort and cost were a place, itd be here. Thail run you about 70$ a night depending. But for a full fridge, a ever so slightly smaller then normal oven and a full stove top. Good water pressure and a comfortable and clean feeling bed. If im in burlington again i will return :)

My husband and I travel for work and have stayed at many, many hotels and this is by far the worst. The owners are nosey, bossy and unwilling to provide any necessary items.This in an extended stay suite but there are no dishes, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies or anything. They only clean and switch out towels once a week. Despite the fact we were paying for extra people to stay in our room they only provided us with 2 towels. When our sheets got dirty and I requested new ones the manager on duty gave me new ones but the next day the owners came and told me I should have washed my own sheets in their $4 a load laundry room instead of requesting new sheets. Under the bed and couch there was trash and huge dust bunnies. The kitchen walls had food splatters and the blankets were stained.I took my kids outside and the owners (a husband and wife) came and literally followed me from the front of the building out back, as I was trying to watch and take a walk with my children, telling me how I need to watch my kids in the parking lot (my kids never were in the parking lot except to get in and out of our vehicle) and that I needed to take them out to parks and stuff. Another day they also came to my room wanting to inspect it. I was in my pajama shorts and my littlest one was in just her diaper after getting out of the tub and they would not go away until they looked in. They freaked out because the sheets were not completely on the mattress. (They only had flat sheets on the beds that would not stay despite my repeated retucking) They told me I HAD to keep the sheet on the bed. Then the male owner started asking me about payment for the next week despite it not being due for 2 days and that my husband was the one that dealt with renting and paying. I was standing in my shorts holding a half naked baby trying to tell them everything was fine and my husband would pay and they would not go away. They kept asking questions and looking in the room until I insisted that they would just have to talk to my husband.They asked questions about where we were going, where we had been, what times we would be in and out of our room.We had planned on staying longer, but after their incessant prying we felt rather unwelcome there. They also hassled me as I was leaving and were giving me an attitude because I had told my husband about their intrusiveness and he had told them days before that he would prefer them talk to him about payments and any other issues.I am thoroughly disgusted with the treatment we received there. And am happy to have found a place to stay that is bigger, nicer, cheaper and that respects my privacy.

This hotel was by far one of the worst Ive stayed in, you get two towels a week, one roll of toilet paper, they dont even have fitted sheets, their towels and rags are stained up, the carpet was disgusting, bed was old and uncomfortable, no dishes provided, and on top of that they never gave me back my 100 deposit and the number for the hotel is disconnected to contact them to ask why!!

Wants to charge another $50 for my wife to stay in the room as well and on top of that they denied my wife’s service animal. It’s against the law to deny service animals.. but okay. Lost our service!

Had a funny smell to it.

The owners are always in your business. Will not stay here again.
