Friendly staff and wait times werent bad. Ive been twice and both times were a good experience.

Theyre not gender specific, but they literally do haircuts for anyone asking. Staff is the GOAT. Pls tip them they deserve it

Easy to check in online and see how long the wait times are. Hairstylists are great and my boys, age 5-12 love it.

Long wait & staff talked my son out of the hair cut he wanted because hes polite and mentally challenged.

We came in 15 minutes before they closed but the staff was great. Place was clean and had plenty of seating.

We got Priscilla she was bragging about that she was self-taught, botched my sons hair . There wes a patch with super long hair that didnt make any sense. Top center of his head his hair was shorter then the sides.

4 stars only because prices but service and cleanliness 5 stars

I had asked for a high skin fade with a line up. Just clean up the edges. Gave her a photo reference, and detail of showing her where the fade should start. The fade is uneven on each side of my hair, and she completely dug into my line up and pushed my hairline back. Then, my new hairline ISNT EVEN STRAIGHT! The whole time she seemed rushed and kept looking at her watch. She kept asking questions that were already answered because she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She definitely didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing with a pair of clippers. Never would hit up this spot again and definitely wouldn’t suggest it to others.

Ive only been a few times but Liz always does a great job, I appreciate how she makes conversation and makes the customer feel relaxed and welcome. Her proffesionalism and job quality was excellent.

Great stylest, fantastic waiting area, the constant sports makes men feel like theyre welcome, in a society where masculinity is a disease this place ignores the idiocy and just cuts hair.

Stylist was nice. Experience was as advertised though I wear strong glasses so without them the TVs add nothing for me.Always ask for the same haircut at Sport Clips but Ive not received the same cut twice at a Sport Clips.

First time at Sport Clips and Claudia nailed the style I was going for. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating of my son sleeping in a stroller. The MVP experience was rather neat, and definitely a way to garner a new repeat customer.

Love the service I got my haircut quick the staff is friendly I also felt really comfortable but my favorite part of the experience was the wash after your haircut and the hot towel is the best.👌

Gone about 2-3 times because my son loves the whole mvp thing but I dont think Ill be going again as twice the wait has been way to long due to only 1 or 2 girls working. My husband just went right now and walked out because only 1 girl and wait time was 1 1/2. On a Friday and only 1 girl working, very unprofessional for a business. No thank you moving on.

I often get my hair cut at sports clips at various locations due to the fact I travel often . One of the reasons I come to sports clips are the extras that are not often offered at franchise stores including the hot towel MVP options etc this was the 1st location where I was not asked what package I would like when the stylist was done cutting my hair she said thank you for coming in and that was it !!! No wash no hot towel in and out if 15 minutes $25.00 bucks lighter than when I came in . I guess this location is super cuts with another name . I will not be returning to this location and if the area I will use the Lancaster location .

Am a regular....got a rushed haircut, they cut my hair the way I didnt ask for got my ear knicked twice,bad attitude then also left mid haircut for 10minutes.......then rushed me out the door and sarcastically says bye 🤷🏽‍♂️
