As a current tenant, its been great to work directly with people, instead of being put on hold for hours, requests being ignored, etc. like Ive dealt with for previous rentals. NCR Management is responsive, thoughtful, and thorough, and their entire team from leasing to maintenance has been impressive to work with so far. Thankful to have found these guys!

Gutter leaked and created a fall hazard.I fell and they incompletely patched it (it still leaks)Apartment leaked and they didn’t follow up to complete repairs so now there’s water damage inside my unitCracked skylights look like they could fall apart any day nowPower tripping manager cut power to my apartment because he didn’t like that I was paying them instead of paying Duke directly, had to spend a night in darknessNC is booming, you don’t have to deal with companies like this.Update: They called me and tried to talk about these reviews the same day I wrote it.It devolved into them trying to defend their actions and talking in an extremely condescending tone telling me things like “ignore feelings and look at facts”, as if the facts in my review are a positive.Every place has bad reviews, this is one of those reviews you should listen to

This is a great team with great people. I rented the 511 Frist street and really enjoyed it.1. They care the community a lot. for example, they send people washing the window regularly, do the deworming thing for the townhome, and so on.2. The people there is very helpful. They find someone to continue my lease when I have to move to different state.3. The rent is very good. I have a 2b1b at 625, now they are 650. It is the best offer I can get around this area. very quite, nice and nice!
