I have been a happy customer of On Track for many years and a number of cars. Mike has done everything from oil changes to a complete computer replacement. Mike and his staff are knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. As a single woman with little “car sense”, I am certain that when Mike says my car is properly repaired or maintained, I can drive away feeling safe and confident.

Mike was extremely helpful in diagnosing and explaining my car issues. He communicated frequently and was extremely responsive. I would recommend this shop if you are looking for an honest, fair mechanic.

I find Mike and his crew to be fairly priced, honest and having the integrity not to pad the bill with unneeded service and repairs. Mike was so professional and friendly. I was getting the runaround at my local dealership and decided to bring my truck into Mike from some referrals and Im so glad I did. He did the inspection and tune up on my truck, walked me through everything and helped me understand and ask questions. He fit me in quickly and dedicated time to the repairs, Im so grateful I found Mikes shop! He also knew I had a road trip coming up and clean my headlights lights for me, they look brand new!

My wife and I have taken our cars to On-Track for over a decade and we have nothing but praise for the business. Mike EARNED our business through years of dependable work and generally being a good guy. As a quick example, my wifes Saturn broke down and another shop quoted a $3K repair bill which included every possible problem. My wife called me in tears as she didnt have the money. I called Mike and described the bill. He calmly separated the urgent issues from those that could be postponed and was able to get my wife back on the road for $750. (Its still running today!)From that moment forward, OnTrack was our shop. If you want honest work at a fair price, OnTrack should be your shop too.

I highly recommend this place. Mike provides very efficient service with reasonable and honest pricing. As we are sheltering in place, Mike was able to set up a contact-free service with me. He provides pick up and drop off services, and I paid him over the phone. After agreeing on price, date, and time, Mike picked up the car, completed oil change and tire rotation, and returned my car all within 2 hours. All interactions were done over emails and phone calls. This is my second time using their service and I am happy with their work both times. If you need some auto work done and would like to support small local business during this challenging time, look no further.

Brought my car in because the engine either wouldnt start, or would stall shortly after it did start. Mike and his team did a great job at figuring out what was wrong with it, as well as going above and beyond to make sure that the car was fixed right before I drove away. Great service, accurate diagnosis and very helpful in advising what is needed and whats not needed to do. They changed the tires for my daughters car and was very communicative as to our options and let us picked the one best suited to us. So far there arent any problems. Really appreciated the care and effort Mike and Aaron put into this shop. If we need repairs we will come by again.

Weve taken our cars here for years and always been delighted by the service - honest, respectful, clear information and a very fair price. Recently took my car - and they threw in a car wash/vacuum. Its even better than it was before.

Mike diagnosed my 2010 Prius after the engine was overheating. On Tracks fee was very fair. The vehicle turned out to have a pretty much ruined engine and it was not cost effective to repair it. Their sniffing instrument found fuel in the coolant system which was indicative of failed head gasket (most likely) or worse. I ended up donating the vehicle (as scrap/salvage) and bought a new vehicle. Anyway, thank you Mike for helping make my decision much easier!

Over the past several years I’ve taken my car for service here, and every time my expectations are met or exceeded with above and beyond service, knowledge, honest and non-sales recommendations that are right for me and my vehicle. Went to On Track for a smog check. Thought the staff was friendly and accommodating. They worked with my urgent needs and I felt they were honest and upfront with me. As a result of the positive experience, On Track has become the first place Ill call for any future vehicle maintenance.

I learned of On Track Automotive through my work. The partners cars were being serviced by this business so I thought ..Lets give it a try. Ive been a loyal customer for 12 years. When asked if I take my car to a BMW dealership I laugh and say NO WAY ONLY ON TRACK!

On Track is my go-to repair shop for the last 10 years and 5 different vehicles (Asian & European). They are friendly, honest and good communicators. The work they do is high quality and on time, which makes it easy to plan into a busy day. They have always been clear about pricing and costs of repairs. They also inform me when they find a new issue and for my authorization, which is great. It also is nice to know theyre informing me of problems that could develop into more serious ones later. Last year they moved to a new system which means I get reminders for service intervals and can also get electronic copies of invoices instead of more paper files.

I just had my Subaru WRX 30k maintenance done here after calling a few shops for price quotes. When I first called for a quote I was routed straight to Mike. I called back hours later to schedule the appointment and I was routed straight to...Mike again. That sort of accountability stood out to me.On picking up my car Mike remembered that I had said I was going to replace a few air filters myself but that he had mistakenly added those on the original estimate. This came out without prompting him on my end and led to the final invoice being lower than the original estimate. Nice!

We were on vacation on our way to Alcatraz when our vehicle threw a belt. I sent my family on ahead on Uber and got the vehicle towed to the shop. Once there Mike insisted I Uber to Alcatraz and join my family. I did and had a great day with them. Ubered back to the shop and my vehicle was almost ready with a new alternator and belts. Out the door and back on the road by 5:00pm. He was gracious enough to work us in to the schedule so we could get back to our vacation. Drove another 3,500 trouble free miles to finish our trip and get home. They even called two weeks later to make sure I made it home with out any troubles.Thanks for saving my vacation.

Howzit all. Ive been bringing 93 Chevy s-10 blazer to On Track Auto for the past 7 yrs. This is the best one stop shop for you and all your auto servicing needs. No joke. Bought my suv new back in the day and mike and his crew have been keeping it running like new. Their Quality of work, honesty, and experience is 2nd to none.
