I’ve brought my car here on a couple different occasions, between Lisa scheduling/customer service and Dirks ability to get my car running well again, hats off to the team I appreciate you!

Fixed my 2012 Mercedes C-class and left me very happy. Car needed new intake and exhaust valve adjusters. Reasonable and competitive pricing with other independent shops and much less expensive than Mercedes dealership.

Here we go on Monday I began hearing some brake noise from my 2016 Mercedes E Series, I called AutohausBurlingame since i saw it being under new owners. I called and described the problem and was told to bring it in so they could lift it and check it. I went in on Wednesday afternoon and didnt have to wait much. The guys were fast and polite, professional and understanding. Dirk who worked on the car came back and said i needed new brakes and gave me a brake down of the prices. I dont remember last time i was given listed detailed pricing by a mechanic so I decided to do it it and got the wifey to pick me up. After they called me that the car was ready i picked it up and they showed me the old parts that they removed; not that I didnt trust them. I will recommend them to friends because they were good to their words on the time and the cost, and Ive never had a problem with the repair since. Thanks to Dirk and his team.
