This is where I have gone for years. Everyone here is wonderful and my nails always look great.

Amy was awesome- nice attitude really good customer service. The manicurist was friendly but seemed to be rushing and did not cut my cuticles right or the skin around my fingers 😒 and the paint job wasnt really good. Had2 ask her several times to fix jagged nails or lint in the polish.My 1st time trying here since my lady at Fresh Look hasnt been able to accommodate my schedule. Not happy with the 💅 manicure but the overall experience was OK! Very punctual, comfortable and clean & sanitary!

Expensive and they use little product. When you get french nails they paint them on instead of the acrylic pink and white and charge $75.00. Any where else I go $45.00 to $50.00 for the acrylic white and pink. Just saying!!!

I loved the service I received here. I wish I got the name of the person that provided my service to commend her for her work. She did amazing. Their message chair was also amazing. I fell asleep it was so comfortable. The seat also massages not just your back. Ill be coming back for service. Thats actually good when I dont normally desire to be a returning customer at businesses like this.

Got a gel manicure here today. I got french tips and theyre not even and the lines arent clean and theres little bubbles in my nails. Also my two of the nails on my left hand were BURNING under the UV lamp after she put the gel coat on. I Googled it and apparently she put the gel coat on too thick and that can damage the nail bed. Definitely not going back for average priced very poorly done manicure.

Good business. The employee that worked on my hands was detail oriented and sweet. She even shared maintenance tips so I won’t have to come in as often! I appreciated that. It might have reduce the frequency of my visits but that’s where I’m putting my money on hand care in the long run. Like I said, good business.

My experience was horrible. I got my nails done here, said they would be 30, ended up paying 45. The quality was not that good. Not even 24 hours later, they broke. When they paint my nails, they could do a heart; it looks like a glob, and they don’t show any effort to listen what I want on my nails.

Went to this salon for a full set today (only been there once for a fill last summer). It was clean and lady was nice. I got a white tip set; when finding what tip to put with what finger I noticed that one of them couldve worked better if she filed it a little before gluing it to my nail. She was a little rough in handling my hands. In the end my set was to my expectations but getting there couldve felt more comfortable. I would probably not go back for a full set, only use this place for a backup and for only fills.

Day 5-27, 2019, I went to do my nails and I asked for a design that they couldnt do to me, so I kindly told them to clean my nail. The lady got angry and ruined my nails and she still wanted me to pay.She also didnt clean my nails and didnt cut them either

I went in for a manicure for my first time. The girl did a great job, was very kind and it was decently priced. I’m confused by the bad reviews, because I really liked it & will go back.

I didnt like anything really 💁. First off I called to make an appointment and I get there and theyre totally unaware of me coming and dont even remember making it. So then she asks me what shape and length I like. I explained to her I like my nails to be at least medium length at the shortest and kinda skinny towards the tip. Also known as coffin shaped. But she still cut them super short! In result caused the whole shape to look weird. And I usually never want to be that nagging, complaining customer but she cut my thumb nails so short I asked her to redo. And she acted like she got an attitude about it. Then in the middle of doing my nails she asked for me to pay (understandable so I wont ruin my nails after paint) but then she begins doing another customers pedicure. After my paint she tells me Im dry when I felt they werent just to rush me out. Causing me to smudge my thumb nail. But just to not be a pest I let it be. Overall I was not a satisfied customer.

Had a great experience at Tulip nails the other day.. My nails looks wonderful! Had a french manicure in shellac.. They were careful and did a lovely job. Glad I found a new place to go get my nails done! I think I will bring them uv glasses to wear.. for the eye coverage when you get shellac.. otherwise. good.. My only complaint is the uv hardener machine felt much stronger than the other ones I have experienced.. not sure if I was overly sensitive or they need a upgrade on the machine... Very clean environment.. lots of colors.. Nice people..

Bad, bad place never going back! I was only gonna get pedicure but I happen to just ask the price for a full set she said $30 😱I was surprised I asked a second time! She said yes $30!! So I sat down and start getting a full set after all ok!, nails are thick af two days and they are getting all stuck in my hair already then pedicure awful no massage and they don’t disinfect tools 🤮 while sitting I see the price list and says full set $55 I thought in my mind maybe it’s a discount since they don’t have customers while all that happen they treated me and my sister like they weren’t getting paid and in so much rush! She was getting pissed off for every movement we made she was so rude!! Well so she finishes and she goes $55 I thought you said $30 I asked you two times and you said full set $30 that’s the only reason I got it done, this ladies are desperate for money that they have to lie not cool!

I would give them a lower star if possible. I paid 35 for a fill with shellac to start with and what a rip off for what I got. Lumpy, bubbly uneven and way to thick. I will NEVER go back.

No plastic liners in foot bays...ewwww!! All they do to sanitize is spray some multi-purpose cleaner and rinse. Poor/small color selection. For shellac, they give you a huge cup full of popsicle sticks with painted Nails glued to the end....impossible to pick a color like that, and almost every color was a shade of Pink. No systematic way to ensure your toes match your shellac nails. I was the only person in there and it took them almost 2 hrs to do my nails. AND...my shellac is 2 days old and almost every nail has already chipped!!

The woman that did my nails glued the nail to my skin when i went take them off she just pulled them out my finger was bleeding hurting she never said sorry and still charged me 35 dollar to take them off and because i “got blood on white” never going back my nail is in so bad shape and btw my nails had bubbles and they were getting stuck on my hair she did a squere nail insted of a cuffin

First time getting my nails done at a nail salon and first time acrylics. Staff really nice but a nail of mine they shaped out was crooked and when I asked for sqoval they gave me a square so I had to get it change to be a bit rounder so it looked more like a sqoval. The underneath and side tips or my nails looks like a mess aside from some of the nail being slanted. But overall I would say a good place to get your nail done for a decent price, I might try a different style next time and the rating might go up who knows.Updates from a year later but I forgot to put down. But when I came home to look at the nails they were so thick. It was my first time so I didn’t notice but my friend did and with heavy acrylics my nails were in pain from the weight for a few days. And since the acrylic was thick I had to file it for a while before I could soak them off.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB

Ive been going to this nail shop for 4 years and everytime ive had a great experience. Tgere was one time i had to bring my toddler with me and anyone knows that is hard to get ur nails done. Every lady that wasnt busy tried their vest to make sure my daughter was happy and tried playing with her. Overall their place is ALWAY clean and looks great. Wouldnt ever go anywhere else.
