I think I found my new nail spot!!I had gotten dip powder nails at a different salon & wasn’t sure if I wanted to get them again because of how “thick” my nails looked afterwards. It looked like there were 10 layers of nail polish on my nails. However, Kim was SO precise & made sure to tap off the excess powder & file down a bit to ensure that it didn’t look so thick. She also took the time to clean under my nails so that the substance wouldn’t stick to my skin. I felt so cared for & had great conversation with Kim. I would highly recommend Fresh Look Nails to anyone looking for a new nail salon.Major pros:- very clean spot- great customer service- amazing prices- pretty nails 🤗

Really great spot for a pedicure. They have lots of colors to choose from and massage chairs that really get in there. The space is pretty and the pricing is good. It’s on the main avenue in Burien which is super cute!!

The ladies here have always been lovely. Their Deluxe Pedicure (with or without polish) is incredible, and well worth the hour it takes.

I ended up spending an extra hour there because the first nail technician was gluing the nails to my fingers. After that, things seemed to go smoothly, but perhaps because of the initial mistake some of my acrylic nails were put on crooked. All in all, an acrylic and gel manicure and gel pedicure took about 3 to 4 hours. I love the color selection here and most of the people are rather friendly. I wish I got the name of the first nail tech that worked on my nails. oh, and one more thing... The first nail technician I told to be careful with my nail beds, and she managed to cut them ever so slightly, which shows she didnt listen. I will likely go back one more time. To be fair, I really do like the way my nails look. Edit: I have gone back several times since the original review, and absolutely love the service and people!

Staff was very friendly and quite pleasant. Unfortunately my nails turned out trash. It was the techs first time and it was a bit obvious the moment he put acrylic on the glued nail before he even cut it down to size. My nails turned out extremely sharp, they were all lop sided and crooked and all of them are different lengths and sizes. The acrylic wasn’t applied correctly so there are lumps. Very sweet guy but I would not recommend service.

This is my new favorite nail salon in the Burien/Normandy Park area. Its relaxing and clean. And the staff are super nice and helpful.

It’s just one price for a haircut on a guy $13 which is super cheap but the results are amazing i ask for kim she really knows what she’s doing and she treats you like family. all of the people there are always super nice too.

They are all very nice, sincere, kind and extremely professional😁i always feel so comfortable right from the time I walk in they always say Hi Emily how are you? OMG the BEST I have been to yet. Employees are supper nice. I got my nails done professionally. My aunt was with me while I got my nails done and she thought the price and the service was great. So she got a hair cut. I have never seen her so happy about her hair in a long time. Now I know where Im going next time. 💖💅🏼👍🏼

I love this place. The prices are completely affordable, the work is beautiful, and the staff are very warm and inviting. I request Kim every time and shes great!

First, I asked the person doing my nails to be careful of a hangnail I had... She disregarded this and proceeded to rip it out, causing me to start bleeding everywhere. Instead of placing a paper towel over it, she placed her BARE HAND! Thats a health hazard! I was also asked to pay before she painted my nails, Ive never been asked to do this before! Its been only a couple days and my polish has already chipped almost all the way off. I will NEVER go back here again.

Have had what I thought was a standing appointment at 5:00 every other Wednesday FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS . Today was supposed to be my appointment. OH Kim said not on the book. Really even though weeks ago before you went on vacation, even agreeing to have Tina do my nails on my STANDING APPOINTMENT you assured me I was all set up when you got back. I remember specificly asking you you have me down for the 8th when you get back you Kim said yes. Guess you dont want my business anymore.
