It would make a difference if she cared about how she cuts hair...but she obviously doesnt. Its terrible...she takes like 2 minutes and says is that enough?..after making it look worse. Then I find out she raised her price. Not good. If you raise your prices you should try to do better..not worse. Bad service..bad haircut

I have been coming here for years and have zero complaints. The shop is clean and well taken care of. The owner is so nice and has a smile everytime she greets a customer, which in turn makes you want to smile. There is never a wait when we come in. We commute from Renton to Burien just to come to Royal Hair Salon. Its just an all around great place to get your nails done, hair cut, eyebrows waxed, etc..

Wonderful staff and great work. A little thin on the layering of my shellac nails. Id also love to try the dip nails but they didnt have them. Overall great first impression and an affordable Groupon. Check them out 😁

I had to wait 50 minutes just for my haircut. While I was waiting, another person went inside. When it was my turn, the barber said the new customer goes first. Horrible service. I told the barber I want my hair in a certain style so many times, but she cut my hair totally differently. Ugh.
