I always enjoy visiting this watch shop. They have an impressive variety of watches, wrist bands and reading glasses. Youll even see a few antiques for sale and I love antique pocket watches! I always come for battery replacements and they replaced a cracked glass for me once.

This place is awesome! Harout has always taking care of my chase durer pilot commander watch I bought over 20 years ago! Theres no other place I send my watch for repairs. I come here for all my watch repair needs. Theyre honest and upfront. I went to another watch store for a repair, i was quoted 400 and Time Piece was able to do it for significantly less and turn around was 24 hours.

Timepiece Network fixed my Chase Durer Air Assault watch and did an great honest job. They were fast and caring and even after the repair ($188.00) including S&H.)were very accommodating in helping me set my watch up!!!They had my watch done a month after I sent it to them and it was fixed.I tried Watch Repairs USA in New York and they are nothing but rip offs. 2x the cost ($389.00) plus $28.00 for S&H after their ad says no S&H to get my watch back, and Watch Repairs USA get parts from Timepiece. It was 3 months before Watch Repairs even got around to an estimate. I told them no and sent to Timepiece, am I am so glad I did.Go to Watch Repairs if you want ripped off!!............ better still go to TimePiece if you want your watch repaired at a reasonable cost and service after the sale so to speak.Time Piece you are great.Mike TaylorSpokane ValleyWashington, USA

Four of five watches bought there have all had to be repaired. The only one that hasnt needed repair was a childs digital watch. The most recent broke within one week, and they refused to fix it. Apparently, my pocket is a bad place to carry a POCKET watch. The stem is VERY FRAGILE. You know, the part of the watch that is used constantly.Just sent two watches purchased there to the manufacturers for repair, shipping covered by me. This being the second time in a month for one of them. The first time, Timepiece Network did me a favor by sending it in for repair, then charged me for shipping.Shop elsewhere. Better yet, just look at your phone for the time. Or ask someone. Theyre sure to be friendlier than this place.
