Excellent service by a Real Watch Repair Craftsman. New Batteries in two watches, new band and crystal cleaning for one and bracelet adjustments in the other, all in just a few minutes. This is the place!

AWESOME!!! Great, friendly customer service and not so expansive. Paid 20 bucks for a watch battery which I think is very reasonable and the job was done in 5 minutes. But they only accept CASH. No plastic. I certainly look forward to my future watch services here.

I went there based on the 5 stars rating on yelp but I was not very satisfied. First, the owner greeted me in a very rude way, not looking at me while greeting or talking. Moreover, he charged me extra than all places I visited before. In addition to the way he said Cash only, no credit cards today was not nice at all. Maybe he is discriminative since Im not a white American; maybe!!

First and foremost, thank you Tom for your exceptional service and honesty. My boyfriend and I took his watch to Tom to repair. Tom advised, we should return the watch to Tissot since we were still covered under the one year manufactures warranty. We are grateful for his expertise and honestly xo

I was visiting Burbank recently and was hoping to find a good watch company to make to make a simple repair. The jewelry store in my home town suggested I find a more skilled watch repair company. My brother in law recommended this place and said they had great service for him. They were super friendly and finished the repair in about 10 minutes. I would definitely go back to them. Highly recommended.

The owner of the shop helped me out, by replacing the batteries in one watch and instead of doing work on another watch, recommended buying a new one altogether. Thanks for the amazing service! Ill be back with a new watch to swap out parts!

I had taken my watch to another place before Toluca Watch Co. and they told me I had to replace the whole clasp. Cost $10 to get repaired at Toluca Watch Co. and took a whole 5 min to repair. Will definitely come again.

This guy is so nice. He doesnt directly do military discount for small repairs, however he is very reasonably priced and will work with you on price you can afford. He very personable and would deff trust him with any future repairs me or my family need. He will not fix anything he feels can cause any future damage.

I have never been so well taken care of by a jeweler/watch repair business. These guys are friendly, sincere, and honest. They love what they do, and strive for the best customer service. Did I mention friendly? I rarely come in to the place, usually once a year for watch battery changes. They always remember me and take care of me on the spot! Fantastic.

Great products friendly folks! They turned my old old old pocket watch into an ahhhhmazing wrist watch. They made a very attractive leather band to fit my wrist and enclose my beautiful pocket watch😍

Charged me $5 to close the back of my watch after I’d changed the battery myself. He presented it to me, after closing the back, and showed me that the hour hand was misaligned and that I had caused it when I opened the back. I asked if he could fix that, and he said no. Why couldn’t he have told me the hands were messed up before closing the back and charging me for something that took 30 seconds? Shady way to conduct business.

I came in to have my bosss watch band adjusted. It took approximately 2 minutes and there was no charge! Great, friendly service.

NOBODY is as hard on a watch as I am, and I am the PICKIEST person about the fit... Jimmy has the patience of a god, and of course there is NO ONE BETTER at fixing whatever problem you might have. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!!

I took my wife there yesterday to get her watch battery replaced and to buy a new band. The service was very friendly and fast. I thought their enthusiasm might be lukewarm because we werent spending a lot of money, but they were very helpful.

Fixed my watch in under 20 min. Was here only to get a battery and adjustment. Parking is limited but it is free in the back of the store.

I brought my Swiss Railways Watch for a new battery. The watch had never been opened until Toluca Watch opened it and told me they didnt carry that battery. Right then the repairman/salesman started aggressively pushing an expensive Israeli copy of a Tag Heauer, so I took my watch back and left the store.An hour later I brought my watch to another local jeweler for the right battery. They had the right battery, but informed me that the battery contacts had been removed from my watch!

I know that these guys do not pay the rent with watch battery replacements, but they treated with respect and kindness, just like someone spending major $$$ to repair their watch.
