If you enjoy Polish food/Central European food, you owe it to yourself to try Mabenka out. All the food tastes like it came from a grandmothers kitchen. Very fresh and hearty. The service is very fast, friendly and attentive. I am a healthy eater and very seldom need to take food home from a restaurant. For $20 I had enough food for 2 days! Everyone at the table was raving about the food as well.

The decor is a bit dated and you could miss the sign if youre not paying attention. Very attentive staff and prompt. Their chicken dumpling soup is great and the Lithuanian combo is huge! The dessert was sweet and Id come back here

It had been hidden from me for years, and a spur of the moment, and not wanting to wait 40mins to eat at huck Finns. We googled for another diner and this gem popped up.This decision was the best to ever be made. The staff is amazing, very professional, friendly, and attentive.They give a welcoming environment.Now the food....The food was a whole new experience to me, our waitress was very communicative and informed us on our choices of food.Our meal was beyond delicious and an excellent mix of tastes that we certainly dont regret. Their beef was so tender and juicy. The chicken was also juicy and def delicious.This place is far and beyond.I def would recommend at least a one time try.We will certainly be going back.

This place is very quaint. I visited for a family party and the party room was freshly plainted. It was quite clean. The food came in quite large portions, you definitely feel like your getting your moneys worth.

My mom loves this place. So Mothers Day is usually a la Mabenka. Last two years of course it has been take out, which is not quite as good as eating in person but its still wonderful and they do a good job including everything you would get dining in. Sometimes its bread, this time it was amazing kolacki!Id recommend asking for a double bag though because the steamy food always ends up tearing through the bottom of the bag!The staff is always really friendly too.

Mabenka is a neighborhood gem. The Lithuanian and Polish dishes are always spot on. Today we got the special, pork ribs.

Just had a satisfying breakfast! Shared an Freshly made Apple pancake with strawberry and whipped cream. The apples were freshly cut and the strawberries were fresh too! The coffee is so smooth, I can drink it black! The service is always friendly and welcoming. Oh and all their soup is homemade!

A large variety of options to choose from and the Polish food is excellent. I had the platter with stuffed cabbage, smoked butt, sauerkraut and dumplings. The chicken noodles soup too. It wa good!

Always a favorite, great for date night or family celebrations. The food here is always on point, flavorful, and traditional. The Polish/Lithianian foods are done well and tasty. Try any combo plate, chicken stir fry, or pierogies, and you wont be disappointed. Soups are tasty as well.

Mabenka is AMAZING. The amount of food you get for the price is great. The staff is so friendly and make sure you are well taken care of. If you haven’t been to Mabenka yet, it is a MUST try. Highly recommend the cream of spinach soup, dumplings, and potato pancakes. SO GOOD.

Fantastic Lithuanian Food with Great Service. Was in Chicago from South Bend IND for Dr Appt, found Mabenka on Google. Got the Lithuanian Combo, Sausage was spot on, great Rye Bread, the Mushroom Soup, Kugelis were very good, as was the Cepelinia.

Pork chops are divine, kugelis reminds me of home.

Great Service & Good Food! Breakfast was great & filling. We all ordered food to go & My breakfast & dinner combination tip included was $43. Very reasonable. Waitress was by herself working very hard but took care of everyone with a smile, and also took care of the billing & cash register! She was amazing!

My first time having a Lithuanian breakfast and I enjoyed it. My waitress was absolutely amazing. Kugelis was my favorite part about experience. Eat it with sour cream not apple sauce

Lets make this a Wow for ethnic Polish and Lithuanian cuisine. I was there for a Funeral luncheon and was very impressed with decor, food, service and bar. Thats a home run in my book. The food was delicious and looking at the menu very reasonably priced. The service was excellent and really catered to our needs. The room we were in was very nicely decorated.The chairs even had chair covers. Drinks were great!!! My only complaint would be the parking lot needed some repair and lines would definitely help in parking....but, thats parking. Great restaurant!!! Give it a try!!

Last week, I carried out perogies -- sauerkraut, potato, spinach -- potato pancakes, apple pancakes, beet soup, finger dumplings. Everything is delicious with very generous portions, and the service was fantastic!

Really really really good! Stumbled on this place during a work trip and have brought coworkers back. The pierogies are divine. Soup excellent. Service wonderful. And most lunches come with coffee! Love it!!
