Never been to Durbins but chose them coming in from out of state cause they were open late and we were hungry and wanting some good Chicago pizza, this place did not disappoint.we could only order pizza cause the kitchen was closed so pizza and white castles was a hit for the night.I wanted some Italian fiesta but this pizza did it for me.I loved it

This place was awesome! Its outdoor seating with a roof and bar and also a juke box.. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The bar tender was the waitress due to it being late I guess, but she did a great job.

I love their pizza, donut holes, and loaded fries! Ive been here quite a few time. Atmosphere and employees are great! Make sure to get the deal on Groupon! Ive only been to this location. They have a few. Will continue to come here! Brought my boyfriend for his birthday and he loved it too!

Love their thin crust pizzas! Kids love a small cheese pizza & its sliced in the usual triangular style. Bigger pizzas are the regular square sliced....

The portions were great, on the sampler. Friendly crowd, the bartender was really nice too. I didnt get her name but she has a lot of tattoos and was provided wonderful service. Id come back on a day off

Absolutely fantastic burgers cooked your way. Real meat too, not some frozen patty mess. A+

Great pizza & wings friendly staff & Karaoke.

Upon arrival no one greeted, was standing at the entrance for a while, had to go get a waitress ourselves. After ordering it took waitress over 30 minutes to take our order and was told it would be a while before we see any drinks or food. People arrived after us and got their food and drinks.. Asked for out check and apparently our food order was never put in! I get it its a busy night, but staff should be more organized.

Good people could beer & good food. What more could you ask for? Hmm ladys theirs not to many of those and that bites the big one! Dont think Ill be going back there.

It would be nice if the person taking orders acknowledged you when picking up ones order. A little be right with you would be nice not just totally ignore you.

Hands down some of the best thin crust in Chicago.

Waiter rose is great. She was the only one serving. So service was so slow. They need more staff if u ask me. They would of gotten 5 stars.

Great pizza and always a fun night out!

Came in for drinks with friends for someone’s birthday. While there noticed they were doing karaoke, and decided we would like to do it. When we went to get the book for a song, the person who was operating the karaoke proceeded to snatch the book. We let him know that we were interested in singing. He just walked away. After the guy who was singing finished his song. He gave the mic to a man that had been singing since we walked through the door. We weren’t even allowed to add our names to the roster. Mind you we’re blacks in a mostly white bar.

We arrive at 7pm and asked for water and a pitcher of beer. I understand they are busy and staff seemed overwhelmed it took half an hour to get 2 cups of water and 2 cups of beer when we asked for a pitcher. We also ordered a burger and some fries that never arrived, We waited for almost 2 hours. We ended up leaving without eating. Horrible service. I do not recommend this place. No 6ft no body wearing mask except for staff. The bar crowded. Waste of time and money.

Food is amazing! Highly recommend!

Just moved in to the neighborhood and we decided to give this place a try. delivery took an hour but that is to be expected for a saturday night. The delivery guys was friendly, the food was fresh, the wings and pizza were delicious.

Ordered drinks, waited an hour for a follow up on the food menu just to say were in the middle of a shift change and then say itll be about 20 mins. I guess Ill wait an hour and a half to order in this dump.

Service is a tad slow so maybe they need to get more staff. This place if off the chain though. They had bacon. Come on, bacon. Definitely stayed and spent 100s of dollars so come on by!

Worst place ever!!!!We got there No IDs checked. We sat down no IDs checked for drinks. Order two pitchers just got one and we only got two cups for 4 people. Order food never got to the table. Was never checked if we needed anything else. Food or beer never got to the table. Worst customer service. My friend went out to smoke. After a fight they started checking IDs and since he had a mexican counselor ID they did not let him in. Let me tell you he was in already he just stepped out to smoke. So unprofessional will never go back first and last time.

First time at Durbins had a great time with some friends. Our waitress was Tiff and she was great and real polite while working hard and giving our group attention. I liked the atmosphere it was chill and we all enjoyed our food😊 will be coming again in the future!

Used to love this place unfortunately it went down, service is horrible now took us 20 minutes to finally leave because we never received a drink, our waitress was coughing all over the place in her hand touching everyone’s drink without sanitizing or wearing her mask I watched her the whole time just coughing all over people especially durning this time 4/7/21 hopefully they get everything straight

Poor service!! Over the years they have gone down hill and need to hold their employees to a higher standard because currently they are the bottom of the barrel dont go there!!! Go to Franks down the street!!!

Came here last friday after coming back from a haunted house. It was late at night around 11pm & we were hungry for something we could all share. Showed up as a group of 9 & surprisingly the place was pretty empty. Only the bar area was filled with mostly people drinking so the deck area was cleared for us to sit & pull tables together. It was also dimly lit so youre able to see everyone without the strain on the eyes from the lights. Surprisingly on fridays is when they have a DJ playing so we were pretty close to the music. & boy did the guy have a pretty amazing playlist! We were all vibing & singing along as a group since he had music that at least everyone has heard a couple times. The prices at Durbins were really good too since it was my first time going there compared to everyone else & to my surprise there was even a special on groupon where they had a 30 dollar coupon for 14 dollars! What a deal! Got ourselves the largest pizza they had with pepperoni, mushrooms & jalapenos & my god was the pizza delicious! The cheese was nice & melted where at a tug itd pull along with the slice & the jalapenos were a nice kick! Next time we come here Ill try something else. Maybe one of their burgers? All in all this place is delicious & a go to for a nice get together with friends & family!

Fun place to hangout with friends but only bartender, it can take you a very long time to get a drink on a crowded night. Terrible this place has rodents running around, will not be back here again.

Jumbo wings were pretty juicy and delicious thin crust pizza with pepperoni and jalapenos was on point onion rings were so crunchy and good. Although the Guinness draft tasted watered down and the Sprite had a weird taste. Other than that everyone kept their distance that is following the COVID guidelines.

DO NOT go to Durbins unless you are looking for a bad experience. The manager Jay is super disrespectful & physically hurt my friend (who is a WOMAN). If you are looking for a safer & better environment there are plenty of pizza places in Chicago!!!

We had a very good time and our Bar tender Micky always very friendly and great at her job. The manager Jay also a great manager. I always recommend this place to my friends.

The burger I had was awesome & it made up for the not so great lemon drop martini. I was disappointed that they didnt put the sugar on the rim & it tasted like straight vodka with a lemon wedge.

Used third party service Ubereats to order food from here was my first time trying this place out, Uber couldn’t find a delivery driver my order was an hour late, very disappointed that the food arrived cold. I understand where Uber is at fault for not finding a delivery driver but at the end of the day the restaurant could’ve warmed up the food at the very least for such a long wait. I had a big order but now just feels like a big loss of money and the fries sucked very thick while the pizza was bland.

This place was good, but bad experience with waitress and manager made us pay a bill that we had paid already. Paid our bill over 300.00 and the waitress was the worst so we didnt tip her, so she made a fake receipt with manager for 24.00 dollars unreal.

Was not happy with the manager Jay at all very rude disrespectful and ignorant about everything. If you want friendly family service this is not the place I will tell you that. I have worked in this industry for a long time and as a manager you get people to want to come back not make them feel disrespected. Will never go here again.

I love their PIZZA! I havent actually eaten or had a drink inside but it is a comfortable bar setting and the people seem all very nice. Durbins is definitely clean and maybe later on i will try having a drink inside but with food, I can say they make very good PIZZA 😄

The dj that was there last night was amazing. Took me back to my younger days with the music he played. We had a blast. And price for our drinks werent bad either. We will be returning.

Bartender rude racial profiling saying you were speaking Spanish when the person was clearly speaking English bartender under the influence which was why she didn’t understand what the person was asking for not even a 1 star should be no stars

Would have given durbins 1 star but the pizza and wings were good. My server took 15 minutes to bring a gingerale to the table and it was not busy at all. I then asked for a titos and lemonade which tasted like lemonade and a dash of titos. which took 15 minutes to bring mind you it wasnt busy at all. Dont know if this girl is new or what have you but she is not a good server by the way her name is Colleen and if you get her say you want a different server. I even seen a couple leave because they were not attended and they waited a half hour before they left.

As soon as I arrived I instantly felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The place was close to empty and still no one greeted me. I was completely ignored so I decided to leave. I felt discriminated against...I was the only woman of color there was no diversity what so ever and horrible horrible service. I hated my visit I will not return.

One of my favorite pubs. The pizza is really good (And even better on half price Mondays). The burgers are good, and there are always drink specials. Its usually not too loud, so you can have a conversation. Nice beer garden in the summer.
