Beautiful Hall. Unfortunately, the food that was served looked as if it had been seating under a heat lamp for too long. We couldnt tell what kind of beef dish was served. The wait staff did all that they could do but ultimately it was the food that I gave that rating for.

The Arbat Banquet hall is a beautiful and unique reception hall. Of course there are Pros and Cons. Pros: the hall is very unique, it has a 1920’s feel to it, is has a really nice bar as to other halls have little bars that feel like a last minute add on, there is really no bad seat for your guest, they hall have a really nice view of the center of the hall where the main activities occur. Their facility manager, Hovik is a great, fun easy going person to work with. The food made by the reception hall is delicious. We had 400 guests at our wedding and many of our guests have mentioned to us how they really enjoyed the food. Many of the vendors like bakeries and wedding supply renters love working with the Arbat hall as well.Things I wished I would have asked for: to have some of the appetizers be served in the bridal party room as we waited to enter the hall.Cons: the Bridal party room is very hot and we wish there was more air circulating up there. Many of our guests complained to us of other vendors soliciting with flyers and services that we (bride and groom) were not made of ware of and did not authorize. There flyers regarding massage services being passed out during cocktail hour, there were photographers at our venue not hired by the us (bride and groom)taking pictures of our guest, printing the pictures and then selling them to our guest for $15.

Went here for a wedding one time. It was a nice venue. The food was tasty. I didnt particularly like the layout of the hall with the two levels of seating but some other might appreciate it. I felt that it was isolating from the center of attention. Otherwise, it was a good experience and would be happy to be invited to same venue if another friend gets married there but not sure if I myself would pick it for a venue for my wedding.

I just had my Birthday at Arbat Banquet. The staff, the food, and the venue was amazing. The staff is very dedicated and will make your special day spectacular. I cannot stress how amazing everything in this venue was.I have family members that go to weddings just for the alcohol and the party. I was shocked that my family members could not stop raving about the food. Your guests will definitely not starve at Arbat. Their food is delicious!From the moment I walked into to venue to inquire about having my Birthday there, the staff was so responsive and so helpful. They took care of everything before, during, and after the Birthday. The Lounge area is great it felt like we were in Europe. You should check it out its Beautiful.

I was here for a wedding. The service is really good. The servers were very attentive. The food was good, but not great.

Here for a wedding event. Awful food. Usually the food is nothing great at these banquet Halls but this place was the worst I have experienced. The food has no flavor. The first time I have left hungry. The presentation of the food also is awful. The service is non existent. The setup of the hall is awkward. I personally wouldnt choose this place for my personal event.

Staff can be little nice specially manager if u booked hall until 3 they will start kicking u out at 1 to many restrictions
