My son loves enhancing his vehicle & has owned it since college. Recently he contacted me reluctantly about taking his car to a performance shop to install the new engine he always wanted & saved a considerable amount of money for (* over $4k) unfortunately, the engine was a lemon and under warranty he was owed a replacement. Its been since 26 March 2021 and still have not received his vehicle. Also, poor customer service and follow up about status of his car. As we all know ATLANTA is a needed car city yet no loaner vehicle was offered or refund in lieu of unnecessary wait time. Im currently being advised by my family Attorney to take it to these Internet streets because small claims court is filled with unprofessional companies like Royalty Performance. Be advised!

Customer service was iffy! Zac is cool....Seemed like a very professional shop but the results weren’t as expected. Bolts and nuts are miss match all over the places, missing bolts/nuts in certain area. Leaks from different areas. Custom fabs are not up to expectations, as they claimed to be professionals. Multiple issues after receiving the car. Overheating 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️.... Torque specs on certain areas were loose; which I had to readjust. Always making excuses after excuses.I will not highly recommend this shop unless you’re doing small repairs, minor changes etc... Otherwise, go somewhere else. Not worth the money you put in.... 1 and half star

Could not recommend a better shop. Took my 2013 G37 IPL in for a bumper2bumper inspection and got a very detailed and comprehensive report on the findings ($90, took ~1hour). I dealt with Zach mainly and he answered every question I had, gave plenty of advice/recommendations and was dropping knowledge throughout the conversation. Will definetly be returning for service / modifications in the future. 👌👌

I took my 98 tacoma to them about a month ago to get a bash bar made along with a hood dump. I wanted to wait a little while to test everything and see how it held up before I made a review. After about 1000 miles of hard abuse, Ill say I would definitely give everything a 5 out of 5 stars. There was a small issue but like most of us know, anything custom typically leads to issues. With that being said, Royalty Performance took care of the situation for me and definitely made me happy. I found out a little later after I got to bash bar powder coated that it was rubbing against the fender and making a knocking noise while from the vibration while driving but I fixed that myself by inserting a small rubber piece in between the bash bar and the fender. Overall, i am absolutely very satisfied with the bash bar, powder coat, and especially the wastegate hood dump. Definitely worth the price for sure and I fully plan on coming back to them in the future for a tune. Id give them a shot if you are on the fence. First off let me say shout out to Zach for the professionalism and assistance. Called in with a few questions in regards to a suspension set up for my Mustang and couldnt be more impressed in the level of knowledge Zach had. Even helped me with some recommendations on a exhaust set up and tune. Cant recommend them enough, I will definitely use Royalty again in the future!!

These guys are amazing! I used to take my car to another performance shop in the Atlanta area who I felt nickel and dimed me everytime I went there. Since my first experience with Justin and his team, Ive felt very confident and highly impressed with their attention to detail and ability to find things the other performance shop couldnt. Prices are good and they stepped me through the whole process. Highly recommend!!!

Should’ve waited the extra time vengeance said DO NOT USE THEM!! let my car come out of the shop with a bank 2 misfire and on a 5200$ build bought a super charger kit from pro charger chargered me 1400 for a tune vengeance downloaded there tune IT WAS THE FREE PROCHARGER TUNE THAT CAME WITH MY KIT

Justin was an absolute pleasure to work with! Brought in my 06 Acura RSX-S to get a V-band TIG welded on a stainless exhaust I had just spent $1000+ on. I was nervous about modifying the exhaust and potentially damaging it being that I spent so much on it. Justin reassured me and gave me full confidence that he would be able to take care of it while maintaining the integrity of the exhaust system. He listened carefully as I explained what my end goal was, and offered me several options to make it happen. He was quick, yet took his time to make sure it was done right, the first time. Throughout the process, he checked with me several times just to verify that I was pleased at every step of the way. He had me in and out in just a couple hours! The affordability and quality of the end result was absolutely phenomenal. There was also no snobby or rushed attitude like similar shops have. I dont have many, if any shops that I would trust to work on my car, however Royalty Performance definitely earned it. Thanks again!!

Royalty Performance replaced the rear air shocks on my wifes Lexus GX470. They did it timely and for a fair price. I am super happy with the work done and LOVE the improved ride. Also while talking to them, I learned they are very familiar with this vehicle, so I will start using them for maintenance.

Excellent mechanics and good service. They can do anything from routine maintenance to full blown performance modifications and engine restoration. They are not cheap. But Ive not had an issue repeat itself but once and they stood by their work and commitment re-repairing the fault at no additional cost. They are my mechanics for a 1993 Nissan 300 ZX Twin Turbo that has 230K miles, still on the original engine, and still purring like a kitten.

Beginning at the end of Sept 20, I tried contacting Royalty to buy a swap kit that was listed for sale on facebook and I was also referred to them by someone in the Nissan community and their reviews and reputation were extremely high so it was a company I trusted right off the bat. I tried to purchase directly from them, and was told in messages and on the phone over a 2 month period that they would send me an invoice 3 times and never received one. During that time they did make me aware that the parts were made and ready to ship other than bushings that were delayed in supply chain. I was ok with that and still wanted to get my order in so when the bushings arrived the kit could ship, but I never got an invoice and was told in early Nov 20 that the bushings just arrived and would the kits would ship 2-3 business days and that they would send me an invoice that i never got again. 2 weeks later after failed attempts on the phone, I was told in txt message to purchase on fb for black friday sale, so I did that on Nov 25th and received 1 email from facebook saying my order was confirmed. 2 weeks later on Instagram they posted pictures and videos of parts being made and coated (same parts I was told were made and on the shelf months earlier). So I called and was told that all orders were made to order, which was completely opposite of what I was told months earlier. I was told to be patient and my order would be shipping as soon as they were ready. Then 1 week later I see a customer local to me in Az tag Royalty in a post on Instagram with the same parts that I ordered. He was kind enough to tell me when he ordered (2 days after me on Nov 27th) and when he received his parts (Dec 13th). So I contacted them and I was told that a hacker took control on their facebook and they had no access to any orders or information. I asked why I was told a completely different reason a week earlier and was told they didnt want the public to know about the incident. And that some customers got their orders but some didnt, so they obviously couldnt read their order cue and figure out what order goes first. Was told to be patient and wait for an outcome from facebook and that the owner would be handling my order, and give me an update in 3-4 days. 2 weeks goes by with no update so i asked what was going on and was told what are they supposed to do and what would i have them do? I asked them to keep my updated like they said they would and to not give me attitude when I just wanted an update. I was then told in message that other customers and the business have wayyyyy more at stake in the situation and to be patient again. 1 week later facebook cancelled my order without my consent and gave reason Royalty took too long to fulfill the order I messaged them making them aware of the cancellation by facebook message and txt and also tried calling with no answer. Another full week goes by with no response from them, so I figured they dont care and do not desire to fix my order so I left an accurate review on facebook about my experience, not blaming them for the hacker but for their lack of customer service and accountability. I received a message within hrs on Jan 22, after business hrs saying that my review was unfair to them but that they would enter my order manually on the following monday. Never heard from them again. They have not attempted once to contact me in 5 months of trying to buy parts from them, they have been fully aware of my contact info and my desire to buy from them....I dont feel after all of this its my responsibility to track them down after they have no done 1 thing to make my order happen, keep me aware of huge incidents within the company that caused major delays and then not even lift a finger once to do something they said they would. They have continually said everything is out of their control, but the things in their control like service they have failed miserably at Hopefully this review prevents someone else from going through this when ordering parts, I highly do no recommend this business.

Brought my Toyota to these guys to install lowering springs, struts and a sway bar that I had purchased. Explained everything to Justin and he offered suggestions of other parts we needed to make sure the job was done right. The end result was awesome!! Excellent work by Justin and the guys!! And competitive pricing too! Its good to have honest performance guys in the area that know what they are doing.

Justin and Zach are awesome! Theyve always helped me with any questions Ive had on my z32 TT. I was able to purchase a motor from them and I cannot be more happy with the results. Theyve just recently helped me with a fuel system issue and once I turned my key the fuel pump came on!! Definitely recommend they to anyone looking to get quality work done. Customer FO LIFE.

Okay shop, one of the few that actually welds titanium in the Atlanta area. Could improve with customer communication, and time management from my experience, but overall decent people. I am giving 3 stars and not 5 because, it took almost 3 months to weld an exhaust (granted they had to order titanium, but still too long for such a simple job) and went over budget, from our original agreement.

This place is the real deal. They do the work and make sure it’s done right. They take pride in what they do and it shows. Super friendly and all around great guys. I would recommend their work to anyone!!!!!!

All I can say is great customer service. I ordered a Haltech Platinum Pro plug in ECU from Justin last week. I placed the order with him on Thursday and it was at my doorstep on Tuesday. Royalty Performance is definitely a shop you can trust. Justin got me a great price and followed through with everything he promised. I look forward to future business with him.

I took my car here after going trough 3 different shops, including one that tried to scammed me with a new engine ( souther motor works ) . This guys sounded super nice and profesional, however was another bad experience. I had them fixing the original problem ( a sensor ) and they returned the car with another broken sensor which according to a local mechanic the transmission must be removed to replace this 20 dollars sensor, unbelievable .I explained my situation to the owner and told me they will call me back, today after multiple attempts and many days calling time after time and leaving voice mails no one has call me back . Totally unprofessional and sorry they are under estimating a good costumer. I assumed a bad rating doesn’t mean much to them honestly because on my end I told them it was coming . This is an honest review based on a real experience.Not recommended !

Best Performance Shop in North GA!My 93 300ZXTT needed the once-over / full PM service and replacement of my old after-market suspension. This was my first experience with Royalty Performance (RP). Justin and the RP team installed Feal 441+ w/Swift upgrade coil-overs, SPC camber arms and traction arms kit. The level of professionalism and service was outstanding from start to finish. I received updates and pics throughout the build. Every item on my list was completed to perfection. These guys have definitely earned my business. Five (5) stars and then some!

Great group of people, very nice and helpful. They will answer all your questions and they will explain it more if you do not understand. I had a clutch job + CSC elimination kit done in less than 6 hours while other shops wanted my car for 3 days.

These guys absolutely killed it! Justins customer service was on point, I always knew what was going on with my car, if there was a problem he would let me know immediately. Shops I’ve been to in the past have done the opposite. Came in for a fender roll and suspension and a alignment. On my last car the previous shop made my fenders look like bacon...while Justin and his team made the car I brought to them look close to oem. Definitely doing business with them again, actually their probably the only shop that will touch my car now. Do business with these guys with confidence!

My husband, Brad, brought his car into Royalty Performance after contacting many companies in and around the Atlanta area. Justin took the time to explain the issue the car was having and gave him a realistic time frame on when he could complete the car. The car was ready and delivered on time as promised. Justin consistently updated Brad on the progress of his car and took the time to speak with him in great detail. When we retrieved the car, he even took the time to re-test drive the car with Brad and spent additional time showing him what he did under the hood. He even went the extra mile and fixed car hoses, etc. that were improperly installed (due to someone elses poor work). He was ethical and worked with a high level of integrity. Awesome mechanical experts, Justin swapped my motor in just 2 days, my 2006 350z rev up runs like a champ now. Great experience dealing with justin he most definitely will continue to have my buisness.

Aftermarket intercooler pipes are non-existent for Mazdaspeed Miatas and most are left to hacking up their stock mild steel pipes or DIY to accommodate larger cores. Thankfully Royalty Performance does fabrication and they got me squared up real quick with a custom one piece aluminum chargepipe. Amazing work, phenomenal customer service, and extraordinary people. I will be back for more work!
