I’m so glad I found Krystal Nails after bouncing around to lots of different salons. Excellent work in a very nice atmosphere. Tommy, Lonn and another lovely young lady know what they’re doing and they’re doing it right. Thank you all again - I’ll see you in a few weeks!

Krystal Nails salon offered highly professional services in a clean environment. I finally ventured out to the after 12 weeks at home! I was very pleased with the service and impressed with the newly painted and bright appearance of the salon. I had a pedicure and waxing. Im looking like my old self again! Great job!

I asked for a gel manicure with nude polish on all but my ring fingers which would have silver glitter. The glitter on my ring fingers don’t like the same and you can see the tip of my nails under the nude polish I picked (she should’ve done another coat). My thumb nails are also unevenly shaped and there is an air bubble on the one. Overall, they did a decent job but they didn’t pay much attention to detail. A little disappointing.

Such a comfortable and relaxing environment! Everyone will know your name and actually cares about your well being. They care more about the quality of your nails than bringing you in to get paid. Love this place and definitely will be my regular spot.

Just had my nails done there for the first time. AWESOME job and place. The technicians there are EXCELLENT. Thank you so very much! Me, my son, and my mom will DEFINITELY be coming there from now on!!!

Great service and customer service!

The ladies are very nice and they do very good work. Unfortunately, the man there is extremely rude. He is loud and embarrassing if you have a question or complaint. I called for an appointment and was told to come anytime. I suggested a time and he said fine. When I arrived I was told to soak my feet. After almost ten minutes when he was sorting polishes and the women were engaged with other customers I asked about the time and told him I could have come later. He made sure the whole shop heard the conversation and kept asking others if they were in a hurry. There was no reason for his discourteous behavior. I have noticed he has a habit of having anyone come anytime, gets them soaking their feet and then makes them wait.

This was the worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. The guys kept using racial slurs and many found it very offensive. He threatened to take my daughter home so I didn’t have too. My daughter is 11 and I felt very scared and uncomfortable. The lady also made my daughter friends finger bleed. The other lady put nail polish removal all over my other daughters friend cut on purpose. We were stressing out about time because my one daughters friend had to be home at a certain time. We had an appointment set so we could be out at 3. The guy kept letting random people go before us who didn’t have an appointment causing us to get out of there at 5. Overall that was the worst nail salon ever.

I went to Krystal nails to get my nails done and they acted so weird. I went with a big group and we had an appointment and they took random people before us. Then he used racial slurs that were really inappropriate. My friend was getting her nails done and the lady cut her finger and made her bleed. Then we were about to leave and he offered to take me friend home.

They r nice peopple but r too rough on the nails. two diffrent peopple were shaping my acrylic nails at diffrent days that i went and both of them ended cutting my fingers. i stopped going there.

I was sadden to see this today. I went into Krystal Nails and the guy who usually sits on the right hand side of the salon (the only guy in the salon) made a lady cry. He was rude to me when I asked for an appointment but I let it go. But I just couldnt let it go when I saw the lady that was before me cry because of the way he treated her. It was heartbreaking to see her so broken and to see him so unapologetic and harsh towards her. Out of respect to this nice lady Im not posting the video but I really hope this man changes his heart and treats his customers with more respect.

Came here on a Wednesday at 9:05. They said they opened at 9:00 on the door and online. They were not open! Disappointing.
