I highly recommend Nail Max! Every year for my birthday I get my nails done by Mai and she does an amazing job every time. She’s super nice and always works with me to get the designs I want. Not to mention it’s really good quality and my nails always last me a couple weeks!

First off, the salon is stunning. Recently remodeled, this place feels like a luxury spa but all the prices are very reasonable. The pedicure chairs are brand new, so large and cozy, the best back massage chairs I have ever used. I had a spa pedicure by Gigi and it was hands down the best pedicure i have had in a very long time. Gigi made me feel so special and spent quality time making sure I had a great experience. I will definitely be coming back to her for my future pedicures. It was so easy to make an appointment, I was taken right in time, the salon was very clean and everyone was very professional.Also I get dip nails with the most amazing nail art by Mai. Her nail art is incredible and I walk away pleased each time. I highly recommend nail max for your salon needs ✨

I only needed a basic pedicure, but after getting that I would love to try some of their spa pedicures. Very friendly, professional, and they do a great job! Fit me in for a same day appointment and well worth the price.

I went to get a acrylics. I told the owner I wanted a small easy design on 2 of the nails. She said okay! The entire time I was getting my nails done I was persuaded not to get the design. I think it was because she just did not want to do it. The design was super basic. Also to mention every time I go there for acrylics they buff out and are shaped super poorly. Will not be coming here again.

I love this place chi chi is my go to lady I love her she does such a good job with my nails and she is very gentle gives me a lil massage while and after u get my feet and nails done she is beautiful. They are a lil on the expensive side but u get what u pay for I guess. This is my go to spot for relaxment time. The place is beautiful and very clean and very bright love their decor of the place makes u feel important and rich . All the ladies are lovely but like I said chi chi is my go to . Keep up the great work ladies keep making us stressed out hard working ladies happy we need it !

I called to book an appointment for 2 and was told that there appointment system is down and that I could walk in today. We arrived, were told to check-in at the front and sit, ok. Everything was fine until the owner approached us and said that we needed an appointment after we were told to come in. She said that she could do a pedicure for one of us or that we could come back the next day. We had already uberd there as we have been for a month and she was still unwilling to service us. She said that it was her call and thats it. I cannot believe we were treated so poorly after visiting for a month straight.

I am so impressed with the salon and the people that work there! Such a beautiful salon. Michael is absolutely amazing. My ombre french manicure and pedicure is absolutely gorgeous!!! Totally would recommend this place!!!

I went here a couple weeks ago and loved how my nails turned out... a couple weeks later when they’re about to fall off, they started ripping my actual nail in half and now two of my nails are ripped In half!!! Whatever they did has made my nails terrible and it has caused serious pain on my hand

I just got engaged and wanted my nails done to take flattering photos to send to family and friends. I originally reached out on this app via the messaging feature to inquire about getting a full stiletto set done and was recommended to set up an appointment with either Mai or Michael. I booked one with Michael. I came into the salon and was greeted politely, then after signing in waited in the seating area and browsed possible colors. I eventually decided on a mocha to soft white dip ombré. At first, when I was sat down with Michael and he began his process, I worried about it possibly being rushed due to the speed he was working. To my delight, it was more than just working fast; he was working efficiently, delicately, and precisely. By the time we were done, I was blown away. My nails are beautiful and I will absolutely be seeing Michael again in the future. Thank you for making my day even more special!The full set plus specialty dip/color cost me $60, and I left a tip for the job well done.

I drive 45 min just to have my nails done here! I highly recommend nail max and Michael as the best tech!!! Give them a try, u wont b disappointed!!

Absolutely love them! loved the atmosphere, as well. Its a huge nail spa. A lot of room to move around. The staff are all super friendly. They treated me as if Ive been there for years, even though it was my first time. My nail tech, Joe, was so kind and gentle. There was no discomfort. His wife is so nice. All of the women there are so beautiful. I am a regular customer as of today. I will never go anywhere else. He took my boring old ombre, and turned it into something new that actually fit my skin tone. Thank you all so much! ❤

Watch so you don’t get taken advantage of, my daughter came in for a fill and to replace 2 nails that broke off and they told her they needed to take them all off and start over because they were all going to fall off. She had them fill literally 2 weeks prior. They just wanted to make more money off of her and took advantage of a 15yr old who didn’t know any better.

I got acrylics put on and three or four of them fell off within the first week of getting them done. I went back and while they did fix them for free, about three weeks since then, Ive had one fall off and three snap in half. I have had acrylics done for at least two years so I am no stranger to how they work, how to maintain them, or how long they should last. Very poor quality.

A little more expensive than my usual place, but a heck of a lot closer... and they were friendly and did a good job. All the other nail places in this area suck.I will probably utilize their services a bit more often now since school is out for the summer because Ill have a lot less alone time til little dude is back in school 😅

I absolutely love this place!! I would never go anywhere else for my nails. When you walk in they always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome..If you dont have an appointment they always make sure to try and fit you right in with no long wait..The place is always so clean and very professional they make sure to display every techs license with their picture on the wall for you to see. I love the decor and the owners Mai and Joe are always doing new stuff to spruce it up..it always looks gorgeous. Its great to keep up with them on social media. they post their amazing work and any new styles and ideas for everyone to see. I love how everything is clean and organized you even get your own nail box with your name on it which holds your nail tools that they use...awesome idea💞..Everyone that I have referred to nail max has nothing but amazing things to say.. I get compliments everywhere I go on my pink and white nails...absolutely love this place I definitely recommend it.

I had gotten a full set which I wasn’t too thrilled with but it was fine. The nail tech did not speak to me once and stopped doing my nails mid acrylic to do another persons nails. I also should mention that I sat in the salon for close to two hours. I got them done last week and they had been feeling un stable which they should not, I pulled up my jeans today to get the pleasure of my nail snapping in half by fixing my jeans. Waisted $30. Will not be returning. Your better off going to a different salon.

Its OK. They didnt do a great job. The color faded from bright pink to white in 24 hours, which was weird.

They did a great job with my gel manicure, they listened to what I asked for and also were creative, friendly and good service.

They are the only nail shop that I found that does the ombre nails perfectly! Good quality, nails no chips or breaks after only a week. They are very nice and they all do a great job!

Overall horrible experience. Staff was very rude and the guy doing my nails and women doing my sisters nails kept rolling there eyes everytime we would tell them what we wanted. I am very unhappy with how my nails look, my sister as well. Also the staff are not very gentle they aggressively moved our hands. Another thing that had really made me angry is my sister got the exact same thing and they charged me more for my service. When my sister was paying she was told she had to venmo the money so. She did and the staff member that did her nails was hovering over her tto make sure she tipped. I definately will not be returning to this nail salon. Id take the McKinley mall nail salon over this one if they were the only two available.

Our pedicures were very nice. My daughters manicure was not as nice. Her cuticles were bleeding because too much skin was removed.

WORST nail dip Ive ever had. Told the girl about it and she swears she knows what shes doing but does not. Instead of fixing it she got argumentative. The girl that did my pedi was decent but the message chair didnt work properly either. NO I would not recommend this place.

My friend and I went here after our normal nail salon was too booked up. I used to go here years back and now I remember why I switched. The tech I had was judgey and at times very rude. I had a pedicure done which was fine, but then I got a dip powder manicure which was terrible. My cuticles were bleeding the tech was so rough. I left with the dip stuff dried all over my fingers. My nails were left rough and I had to file them when I got home. The dip is uneven and messy as well. For the treatment I received and final outcome, totally overpriced and not with it. I for sure will not be heading back there... only if it is to fix the mess on my nails they made. Very unhappy.

Messed up my nails I asked for coffin shape and I got supper skinny things and had to pay extra just for coffin and he didn’t do it right

I went there last week and got a full set with gel polish. The day after the gel polish started chipping off two of my nails and concidering it’s gel I was shocked. Two days later, my one pointer finger nails broke off completely. The staff was very nice but I am disappointed because the other place I go to is cheaper and I’ve never had them chip/break when I’ve gone there.

I was getting my nails done at a salon across / down McKinley and after the third fill in a row my nails were lifting after less than two weeks, I was forced to find a new place. First, I was absolutely overwhelmed with the selection of designs and colors and types of nails. (I think it took me an hour to pick what I wanted! 😂)Second, the ambiance of the salon is very nice. It’s well decorated and comfortable and inviting. The pedi area is beautiful and cozy and none of the techs are yelling across the salon in Vietnamese (one of my biggest peeves in other salons).Third, I have had three different techs work on my nails and they all do top quality work. Generally fills should be done every two weeks. I have gone a month between fills without breaking, lifting, Chipping or even the edges wearing off. The GEL polish is so worth the extra few dollars. They were able to take the disaster of a set I had gotten at the other salon and make them into something beautiful for me rather than soaking them off and starting with a fresh set.Fourth, you absolutely get what you pay for. They are a little more expensive but in the long run, they do the job right. I cannot wait to use their pedi services too!My only complaint whatsoever is that they are closed on sundays but that seems to be a standard thing for nail salons.

Hand down The best pedicure spa service I’ve had in many years. Stop by on a wimp because my girlfriend needed a mani/pedi before heading up north to Toronto. I cannot say enough about the thorough, detailed, pampering experience they provided while we were here visiting. Owners was very attentive to all customers walking in, they even have a receptionist to greet us and help you out. Shop is very clean and well kept, my girlfriend was noticing they have many selection of nail polishes, gels, dipping products and all the new trends. I had a female technician name Liz doing my pedicure, she was gentle and pay attention to all detail especially my cuticles and calluses . I got the onsen deluxe pedicure and the massage was WOW is all I have to say. Wish I live here because this place would definitely be my new place for my girlfriend and I to go.

Fantastic salon! I have been attending Nail Max for over a few months and have never had an issue. They treat all customers equally and the service is very good. The salon is very clean, classy, and relaxing. I had wonderful marble nails done for an event and they looked AMAZING.
