Friendly staff, good drinks. Looks like a really cool bar. Great place to pregame before a hockey game or concert, which we do! Beers and drinks are pricey, but good selection .

On game night, they only served chicken wings and fries. Thats the one two punch. Must be the new event menu to move customers in and out before the game starts. Was a little disappointing since this was not the case last year. The manager was very friendly realizing we had a young Sabres fan and walked us through the ordering process.

Staff was super friendly. The wings and fries were the only thing on the menu that night, it was a concert day so they were surely simplifying their menu expecting to be busy. There wasnt a lot of people there though. However, their wings werent great. Very good and crispy but lacking in flavor and very dry.

Limited menu, but food is good. Prices are reasonable and service is quick. A perfect pre-Sabres or Bisons game eatery.

It is not the Cobblestone of old. Only wings and fries are served. The beer is over priced. I asked to close my account and the bartender did and walked away. I was not given a receipt to sign for our dinner. I asked for a receipt from the “manager” to make sure that what I was paying for was correct and he dropped the f bomb on me to explain that is the way things are done.

My daughter and I stopped in right before the 21 pilotes concert. I was abit taken back by the price of a shot. $6, they arent even that expensive in Canada. They only served wings that night but they were good. Your typical buffalo style wing. Staff was super friendly.

Used to run the pizzeria in here, first kitchen manager when they bought the oven. Miss those days. I miss experimenting, and chopping herbs and shaping balls of dough. My italian blood calls me to return to pizza making.

It has been awhile since I was there since my visit today. As far as the staff and the drinks its a good place to go but they no longer have a food menu. All they were serving for food was chicken wings and fries. Other than then limited food good place to go.

Always have a good time before and after games. Food is great and staff is pleasant. We also like the atmosphere and nostalgic feeling of old buffalo. One of my favorite spots to take old friends and meet new ones.

Excellent place, BEST wings in Buffalo by a long shot! Great food and love how the owner walks around speaking to guests. We would gladly drive here from Canada any day, but unfortunately its only open on game days. Great place to be before Sabres games!

Good food and drinks. Best used for sports events and parties. Very popular during home games for the Buffalo Sabres, as Key Bank Arena is on the next block over.On that note, traffic downtown will be bad both before and after a game. Plan accordingly.

It was priced well . Food was delish! And the huge building is absolutly beautiful!

They have good drink specials here, and I really enjoy watching my buffalo sabres play. The people here get extremely hyped for NHL season

Return visit to see WJ Canada/Slovakia hockey game at arena last night...Our server Taylor was awesome...she worked very hard to keep everything from going sideways on so many wing orders for such a big crowd...Wings here are pure awesomeness!Fills up fast and gets the crowd ramped up for a great evening...Ill be back...Thanks!

Went on a concert night and all they offered were chicken wings and French fries. They were good, but why only these foods?

Just an overall fun experience. Staff, food and drinks were good especially the pizza, burger and wings. There is a major renovation going on that will make this classic spot pop on the nightlife scene. Cant wait.

Would never recommend this place to even my enemies. No flatbread pizzas available besides cheese and pepperoni, out of many draft/craft beers, half of the tables food came out 20 minutes before the rest of the tables. Had to ask for silverware. Group of 5 on a Saturday night!!! No wonder the server said they were anticipating a light night with service like this its a wonder why they are still in business.

Wish I would have went here first instead of the lagerhaus. Better menu food looks better as well. Made the mistake of eating at the lagerhaus. Had the Bubblegum sandwich known as the Ruben.

Paid $15 to get in and had to go.back to the car to put jacket away. Came back to the door and was told I had to go to the back of the line for reentry despite having paid to get in and having a wrist band. Eneded up staying outside for 40 minutes in freezing temperatures just for them to close the door. Wont know much about the actual quality of the location and never will because I wont be coming back and I would never recommend this place.

A Buffalo institution that you sort of have to be from the area to know about. Solid beer selection and food. Place is always a mad house and very loud... kind of organized chaos. But, Im very fond of it and always visit when I am downtown.

Been here twice, nice place for a cold beer, prices are fair, but the pizza is not as good as I thought it would have been for New York State, and the first time I was there we had fantastic customer service and the second time it wasnt as busy but we has a really bad waitress, maybe just a bad day, I will go back to Cobblestone in the future for a cold beer before or after a game.
