We got married at the Foundry on June 27, 2021. We chose the Foundry for many reasons. It is an industrial, yet rustic, beautiful building with exposed brick, wooden floors and romantic string lights hanging from the ceiling. It also has a dreamy courtyard with overgrown greenery that makes it a perfect venue for summer weddings. We had our ceremony in the courtyard and moved the party inside where we had our cocktail hour in one room and our reception in the other. Our guests raved about the food, not only was it delicious but hot when it came out (which can be hard to do for mass catering). Ali is hands down the best wedding coordinator and we were lucky to have been able to work with her throughout the planning process. Ali is actually a big reason that we chose the Foundry. She is knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, creative and all around amazing to work with. I would plan another event at the Foundry just to work with her again.

A really great place to have a wedding, theres a courtyard if you wanted to get married right there and then have the reception right after beautiful banquet room. It is also a hotel so you and your guests dont have to worry about drinking and driving. They also provide a beautiful Bridal Suite when renting the venue

Surprised is all I can say. While the building is historically interesting, the location is Awful! Closer to strip malls than downtown or any central Buffalo areas of interest. The food was not particularly festive, and the service was not what we expected. Disappointing overall.

Mediocre hotel, dont really understand the high ratings. It was one of the most pricy hotels in buffalo, so we were expecting a nice hotel. However there was no atmosphere in the hotel, there were no people in the whole hotel except for 1 person at the reception, located somewhere remote, it felt dead. Room was big though

Not bad venue for banquet. Food was good, bartenders were young and inexperienced.

Nice place they did a great job renovating it.
