It’s not all that.. really isn’t somebody needs to be inside the actual post office.. & stop letting homeless people sleep inside

Very convenient location and always unbusy. Just be mindful of the lunch break between 1 and 2 on the weekdays.

If I could make a negative review I would the man in his 20s was so beyond rude I was beyond myself. Rude to me, rude to the elderly man who came in after me. He was playing a movie on his phone and it was cursing when I walked in. He was clearly put off that he had to get off his chair to help me ship my letter. Said he couldnt read what I wrote and it would probably get lost so while i went to fix it he went to help the elderly man and he ended up yelling at him and being very impatient. How this guy has this job is beyond me, my only guess is he is trying to get fired to collect unemployment from the government. I have not gone karen on anyone as the kids call it now a days but I will tell you if there was ever a time I wanted to it was with this guy. I regret no video taping and posting online!!!

Great for a quick run

Rarely more than 2 or 3 waiting in line. I believe a lot of people dont know about this place. You cant really tell that its a post office unless you already know about it. You can rent p.o. boxes here also.

I have used this small USPS office to mail packages since it first opened and I find it much more convent than using the larger office on LaPalma. I do not want see this small office closed.

There is a front desk person who is not friendly at all. I have had 2 experiences with this guy who has a rude attitude at this USPS. Its like they get mad or bothered that someone is coming in to drop off their mail. On top of that, they are not helpful when you ask questions like how much is a forever stamp. Disappointed with the service here.

This is the worst post office you could go to.The guy working there is so rude and disrespectful, he has no clue on what he’s doing or the correct way to give customer service.IT’S HORRIBLE!!!

I dont understand why these reviews are so negative. Every time that Ive been there the employees were very nice and polite, smiling and helpful.

The man there is always helpful, and the location is very convenient.

After reading the reviews for post offices all around southern california i was very worried because my family recieves a lot of mail and we shop a lot online. Not even a week after moving into our place some of our mail never came. And most of the time its always late. I do not understand, why is it that i have never had issues with post offices in any other state ive lived in yet i here its a common problem. What in the world goes on here it makes me want to work for this office just to ensure my family and others get their mail

Dont go there for shipping boxes

Theres only one guy at the window and he seemed nice to other customers but when it was my turn he stopped smiling all of a sudden and had an attitude with me. He said I cannot sign up for a POBox if I dont have bills in my name. So basically Im screwed because I live in a motel.

Apparently someone tried to break into the community mail box so the mail service was stopped. There was no notice posted. None of the residents recieved mail for a week. Very poor service!!!! If i could give them a zero i would!!

The Guy is rude and doesnt listen..I got overcharged and he didnt fix the problem. Last time I go here.

I wish that I can give 0 star. The guy is so rude trowing my receipt. He doesnt know what is customer service is.

What a sad miserable place. It is sad that this is what America has become and I am afraid that this is yet another sign of what is going to become of this country. All I have to say is that the Vietnamese guy in there is the worst form of human being alive. I guess he got angry because we disturbed his slumber and made him get up and actually do some work.
