My experience with them has been very consistent I appreciate them and especially the customer service agent Letty who works at this location! Shes fast and efficient and great to deal with. I went in about a week ago, been trying to leave a review but couldnt find the page to do so. Im glad i did find it, Letty is the woman who was working the day i came in. let me tell you, she is AWESOME. Shes quick, she knows how to provide customer service and knows what she is doing. Ask her anything about Advance America, she knows the answer. Im sure others who work there are great at their Job as well. However, Letty is the BEST! Thank You Letty for helping me out that day and getting a loan for me! i honestly never write reviews, but once i left the office from getting a loan, i had to let people know to come in and see for yourself. This is the only loan place I will go to. I’ve been going to this location for 3 or more years. I remember being turned down by several loan places and when I first came here I was so nervous that I wouldn’t get approved and Letti was the first person that helped me. She was very nice and did her best to make the transition easy for me. At that time Ivon wasn’t working there. Then I met Ivon the first day she was hired and she was such a sweet heart and she hasn’t changed. They were nice when I forgot my checks at home and even stayed open when I arrived close to closing. I was happy to refer my family to this location they are the best!!!!
