My entire experience was very rushed, is if they just wanted to get me in and out. I had questions about my mortgage tax certificate, property taxes all that. And they just didnt even try to add that stuff, which made me very wary . So I went TurboTax instead, and thank god I did, cuz I saved $2,000 in tax credits. This place seems more interested in just getting it finished then getting the max deductions.

I question the validity of my tax preparer as a professional accountant, as I questioned things throughout my entire appointment - to a point of almost walking out.9 days after filing, I received a recalculation from the State reducing the amount of my refund - makes me nervous about my Federal tax return.

Unhappy almost-customer. I had a confirmed face to face appointment for Sunday March 7th at 1pm and the office was closed. I tried calling but got another office that confirmed my appointment but was not sure why staff was not on hand. Not cool guys.

After searching for a tax professional to help my parents with their taxes, I’m glad I found Christine. She is someone who cares about people and knowledgeable with all the new tax laws. My mother is a retired EA and needed some extra care when someone other than herself is preparing her taxes. Christine not only took care of my mother, but helped my sisters whom use to rely on Mom for this time of year to do her taxes. I went to Jackson Hewitt in Brunswick and met with Christine because I was looking for someone new to do my taxes. Christine was helpful, professional, nice and funny. She answered any questions I had, gave me advice and found ways to save me money that my other tax place did not. I feel that she took the time to ask the right questions and got to know me so that she could do her best to help me. Really appreciate her preparing my taxes this year and will be referring my parents and friends to her. Glad I changed tax places and met Christine :)
